Abstract

本发明公开了一种面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:包括滑块本体和滑块触片,所述滑块本体与滑块触片的高度相同,两者活动连接,所述滑块触片的前侧壁为设有向内凹的弧形曲面,用于与偏心转子外周面面接触。本发明通过设置与与偏心转子外周面面接触的滑块触片,此滑块结构在压缩机运行时始终保持与滚动转子面接触,增加了泄露面积,从而减小了高压腔气体泄露到低压腔,提高了压缩机效率。

一种面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构
技术领域
本发明涉及滚动转子式压缩机技术领域,尤其涉及一种面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构。
背景技术
滚动转子式压缩机属容积式压缩机。如图1所示,滚动转子式压缩机包括气缸1、偏心转子6、滑块3以及气缸端盖。其中,偏心转子6在气缸1的内圆周面上滚动。现有滑块采用金属整体式结构,滑块沿转子的径向往复移动,并且滑片始终与偏心转子的外圆周面线接触。气缸的内圆周面、两个气缸端盖和偏心转子围成了一个密闭空腔,密闭空腔的位置随转子的转动而变化。滑片将所述密闭空腔分成低压腔和高压腔。气缸上开设有进气口和排气口,低压腔与进气口连通,高压腔与排气口连通。
然而,该滚动转子式压缩机在工作过程中,高压腔与低压腔存在压差,气体容易从高压腔向低压腔泄漏,使制冷量降低,并使滚动转子式压缩机的压缩效率降低,尤其是在高压腔与低压腔之间压差较大的工况下,气体从高压腔向低压腔泄漏的问题更为严重。因此需要提高高压腔和低压腔之间的密封性,以避免气体从高压腔向低压腔泄漏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术存在的不足提供一种能减小高压腔气体泄漏到低压腔,提高压缩机效率的面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:包括滑块本体和滑块触片,所述滑块本体与滑块触片的高度相同,两者活动连接,所述滑块触片的前侧壁为设有向内凹的弧形曲面,用于与偏心转子外周面面接触。
按上述技术方案,在滑块触片的前侧壁的一侧设有凹槽,所述凹槽与滑块一侧的高压腔相连通。
按上述技术方案,所述凹槽为方形槽,沿弧形曲面的高度方向间隔设有多个。
按上述技术方案,所述滑块触片通过球头铰链与滑块本体相连。
按上述技术方案,在滑块触片的背面设有连接部,在连接部设有圆弧形凹槽,用于与滑块本体前端设置的圆弧形销相连接形成铰链结构。
按上述技术方案,所述滑块触片的背面为弧形曲面。
按上述技术方案,所述滑块触片采用耐油塑料材料制成。
按上述技术方案,所述圆弧形销设置在滑块本体的中部,在滑块本体上位于圆弧形销的两侧对称设有限位部,在滑块触片的连接部上对应弧形凹槽的两侧设有肩块,所述肩块与限位部相配合,用于对滑块触片的转动角度进行限位。
按上述技术方案,所述滑动触片滑块中心线的转动角度范围为:0~15°。
本发明所取得的有益效果为:
1、本发明通过设置与偏心转子外周面面接触的滑块触片,此滑块结构在压缩机运行时始终保持与滚动转子面接触,增加了泄露面积,从而减小了高压腔气体泄露到低压腔,提高了压缩机效率;
2、在滑块的弧形曲面上设有与高压腔相连通的凹槽,在压缩气体时,气体可以作用在滑块方槽表面,可形成反推力,减小了作用在滚动转子压力,从而可以减小摩擦功耗,从而进一步提升压缩机效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图2-5所示,本实施例提供了一种面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,包括滑块本体3和滑块触片2,所述滑块本体3与滑块触片2活动连接,所述滑块触片2的侧壁设有向偏心转子侧内凹的弧形曲面201,用于与偏心转子6外周面面接触。
具体的,所述滑块触片通过球头铰链与滑块本体相连。如图3、4所示,在滑块触片的背面203设有连接部205,在连接部设有圆弧形凹槽,用于与滑块本体前端设置的圆弧形销302相连接形成铰链结构。所述圆弧形销302设置在滑块本体的中部,在滑块本体上位于圆弧形销的两侧对称设有限位部302,在滑块触片的连接部上对应弧形凹槽的两侧对应设有肩块204,所述肩块204与限位部303相配合,用于对滑块触片的转动角度进行限位。
本实施例中,所述滑块触片采用特殊耐高温,耐油塑料材料,使用注塑成型,具有耐高温、耐磨损等特点。
本实施例中,在弧形曲面的一侧还可以设有凹槽202,所述凹槽202与高压腔相连通。为方便加工,所述凹槽为方形槽,沿弧形曲面的高度方向间隔设有多个。在压缩气体时,气体可以作用在滑块方槽表面,可形成反推力,减小了作用在滚动转子压力,从而可以减小摩擦功耗,从而进一步提升压缩机效率。

1.一种面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:包括滑块本体和滑块触片,所述滑块本体与滑块触片的高度相同,两者活动连接,所述滑块触片的前侧壁为设有向内凹的弧形曲面,用于与偏心转子外周面面接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:在滑块触片的前侧壁的一侧设有凹槽,所述凹槽与滑块一侧的高压腔相连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:所述凹槽为方形槽,沿弧形曲面的高度方向间隔设有多个。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:所述滑块触片通过球头铰链与滑块本体相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:在滑块触片的背面设有连接部,在连接部设有圆弧形凹槽,用于与滑块本体前端设置的圆弧形销相连接形成铰链结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:所述滑块触片的背面为弧形曲面。
7.根据权利要求5所述的面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:所述滑块触片采用耐油塑料材料制成。
8.根据权利要求5所述的面接触防泄漏摆动式滑块机构,其特征在于:所述圆弧形销设置在滑块本体的中部,在滑块本体上位于圆弧形销的两侧对称设有限位部,在滑块触片的连接部上对应弧形凹槽的两侧设有肩块,所述肩块与限位部相配合,用于对滑块触片的转动角度进行限位。
