技术领域
本发明属于咀嚼片领域,涉及一种多菌共生益生菌咀嚼片,尤其涉及一种通过多层包埋技术制备的多菌共生益生菌咀嚼片。
背景技术
益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,是定植于人体肠道、生殖系统内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。
人体肠道内存在的细菌,其中包含了有利于人体健康的有益菌,也有易诱发疾病的坏菌。当肠道的益菌总数越多,坏菌数量就会相对减少。此外,每个人有不同的体质,不同的益生菌也有不同的特性,有些人可能适合这些菌,有些人可能适合别的菌;多种菌种组合通常可以避免上述的差异,从而对大多数的人都有作用,当然,多种益生菌组合并不是种类越多越好,而是适当的组合,这个组合的菌种彼此没有拮抗,而且最好能有协同作用。复合式的菌种配方,需兼顾菌种间的共生性与保存稳定性,这是制程技术上的一大考验。
益生菌产品在经过加工、运输、储存的过程中,容易造成菌数的快速流失,更为重要的是,多菌共生益生菌进入人体内,必须经过胃酸、胆碱的攻击之后,才能够进入肠道进行定殖。现有技术中一般采用冷冻干燥法和喷雾干燥法制备益生菌固体饮品,以保持多菌共生益生菌的活菌数。冷冻干燥法虽可粉体容易吸湿、不易保存,且费时、成本高;喷雾干燥法虽可控制粉体特性,但含菌量较冷冻干燥法低,且存活率较差。
鉴于上述种种缺陷,本发明以期创设一种通过多层包埋技术制备的多菌共生益生菌咀嚼片,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以顺利经过胃酸、胆碱,提高益生菌活菌数的通过多层包埋技术制备的多菌共生益生菌咀嚼片。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种通过多层包埋技术制备的多菌共生益生菌咀嚼片,其特征在于,将多菌共生微胶囊、乳糖、果粉经过总混、压片、包装等工艺制成益生菌咀嚼片,方便携带及服用。多层包埋技术藉由保护剂的筛选,将益生菌包覆其中,使益生菌在体内消化道输送过程中能够减轻受到胃酸、胆碱的伤害,增加到达小肠的益生菌活菌数,同时能够兼具维持益生菌活性及菌数的功能,而且生产的时间也较冷冻干燥法短。
本发明的有益效果是:本品为咀嚼片,携带和服务方便,配方中加入果粉,口感更好;通过多菌共生,使肠道内的有益菌处优势地位,抑制有害菌繁殖和分泌细菌素,防止外来致病菌入侵,降解或分解毒素、有害物,防治便秘、腹泻,调节免疫力,增进人体健康。多菌共生益生菌微胶囊包埋技术提高了产品的储存稳定性、溶解度和流动性;保护敏感性成分,大幅度提高对光、热、氧气和温度等环境的抵抗能力;隔离活性物质或相互易反应的组成分。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。
本发明一实施例所述的一种通过多层包埋技术制备的多菌共生益生菌咀嚼片,其制备过程依次包括以下步骤:
第一,根据需要,筛选出多个菌种优质的菌株。
第二,将筛选的多个菌种的菌株进行组合培养。
第三,通过包埋技术将多菌共生益生菌包覆其中制备成微胶囊。
第四,将多菌共生微胶囊、乳糖、果粉经过总混、压片、包装等工艺制成益生菌咀嚼片。
多个菌种优质的菌株包括短双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、乳酸双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌。
本发明的工作原理如下:
包埋技术是利用β环糊精(β-cyclodextrin)作为载体,在分子等级下与芯材进行包合的微胶囊技术。因为β环糊精具有特殊的环状及空心结构,是由7个葡萄糖分子以α-1,4连结而成的环状化合物,外形为圆台状,内部则形成疏水中心,可与芯材分子结合使其置于中心部位完成包埋过程。其制程较为简易,只需配置饱和β环糊精水溶液,再依比例加入非极性的芯材充分搅拌后即可形成包合微胶囊。
压片工艺:将微胶囊、乳糖、果粉经总混、压片、包装工艺制成益生菌咀嚼片。
