Abstract

一种数据访问方法及闪存设备。所述闪存设备在存储数据时，可以缩短待编码数据中的有效信息位，并用设置的填充信息填充的方式重新构造被编码数据。之后，所述控制器根据设置的BCH编码对构造后的数据进行编码，并将编码后的数据进行存储。根据这种方式，即使采用的是纠错能力较低的ECC编码，也能够保证数据的可靠性，延长闪存设备的使用寿命。
