技术领域
本发明涉及可即时安装的墙体和立柱盒,所述墙体和立柱盒组装在框架中,以便在轻型建筑技术领域中实现结构和经济优势。
背景技术
现今,在建造新的或翻新现有的建筑物和其他结构时经常使用轻型建筑技术。这意味着各种类型的建筑板材安装在木质框架或钢框架上,其中在框架的腔体中具有绝缘性。根据建筑规定的要求,例如对火灾、噪音、湿度、稳定性、电气和管道、紧固件等方面的要求,结构必须适配适当的框架、建筑板材的类型、建筑板材的存放和绝缘性,以实现墙体的正确价值和功能。这种方法目前是可行的,但存在缺点且有改进的可能。
除木材外,目前市场上可用的建筑板材和钢框架的附接选项相对较少,尤其是在需要考虑动态因素的较重安装件的情况下。通常在框架的外侧使用额外的一层木质板以实现所需的附接。或者,在将建筑板材和表面层放置就位之前,木架砖壁件或金属片材特别适合于框架上的相应固定点,这使得在没有砖壁件的情况下难以随后安装较重的紧固件。如果被迫使用多个片材层,使用更贴近的、更深的或双框架来符合要求和功能,则经济性和技术方面将会由于以下几个原因而变得不利:
·材料成本和劳动力成本增加。
·在潮湿环境中使用木材会造成腐烂、潮湿和霉菌损坏的风险。
·当墙体结构的尺寸增加时,可用的地面空间和体积会损失,并且无法在房间/建筑物内销售、出租或以其他方式使用。
·就新的建筑而言,需要建造更大的建筑物,以在建筑物中产生一定量的预定可用平方面积或体积。
问题的解决方案
本发明的可即时安装的墙体和框架盒通过提供本专利申请和专利权利要求中所述的规范,减少了并且在某些情况下完全消除了与现有技术相关联的问题。

具体实施方式
所述外壳的特征在于其可即时安装并安装在墙体系统(200)的一个或多个侧面上,而不是在墙体系统(200)的外侧使用多层建筑板材(500)来满足规定的要求(见示例图5)。这节省了材料和组装时间,并且可以构造更薄的墙体(300),从而释放房间中的可用空间和体积。与使用无机解决方案的现有技术相比,所述外壳可以应对相对较重的附接,这在例如潮湿环境中是期望的。所述外壳的扁平设计意味着其可以利用框架深度(103)的一部分,而不与结构内的绝缘件、管道或电线竞争。
所述外壳采用三明治式设计,并且由稳定但可渗透的芯(20)组成,所述芯处于一层或多层有机或无机材料(如石膏、水泥、木材、玻璃、塑料、橡胶、沥青等的建筑板材/吊架)中,以便在不同的安装环境(例如潮湿或非潮湿环境)中实现持久的功能,并且具有防火和阻声特性。所述芯部配备有载体(10)和/或背衬(13),并且如果需要,配备有金属或等效材料的前侧(2),以产生坚固且稳定的结构和附接选项。
墙体外壳(1)可以被设计成使得载体(10)的凸缘(15a、15b)不沿整个墙体外壳(1a)的整个长侧(2b、2b)延伸。凸缘(15a、15b)可被调适以从墙体外壳(1)的短边(3a、3b)中的一者或两者中移除。这允许墙体外壳沿着向上和/或向下的方向,在连接到导轨(600)或类似物的一对框架(100)之间适配向下的端部或向上的端部。如果凸缘(15a、15b)不能以这种方式进行调节,则墙体外壳(1)将不能装配在框架(100)之间并被向下推入导轨中。因此,凸缘从其端部移除的部分的长度必须至少等于导轨(600)的高度。当然,如果需要,也可以在端部处移除载体(10)的侧墙体(14a、14b)和/或背衬(13)。
