本发明公开了一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸及其制备方法,标签纸分为底纸层、粘接剂层、硅油层、离型纸基片,底纸层又由经过改性的原纸层和原纸层表层涂料层组成。原纸层表层涂料层覆盖在所述原纸层外表面;粘结剂层均匀覆盖于所述原纸层表层涂料层的原纸层的一侧表面上;硅油层附于在所述离型纸基片一侧表面上,并与粘结剂连接。标签纸制备过程主要分为原纸层制备、原纸层表层涂料制备、底纸制备、涂布、干燥、压光、覆底纸、包装入库等步骤,本发明生产出的标签纸具备较高的耐低温性和湿强度,能够满足生鲜冷链过程中的使用需求。

本发明涉及一种标签纸及其制备方法,具体涉及一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,经常能在各种商品上看到粘贴有的标签纸,一般这类标签纸只需要具备优良的粘接性以及一定的强度。
而在食品在生鲜冷链过程中,由于一直处在较低的温度下,通常冷藏食品的冷藏温度在0~10℃之间,而冷冻的冷藏温度更低,一般在-20℃~-1℃之间。那么早生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸是相比于普通的标签纸,受到使用环境的影响,其要求也要比普通标签纸更高。
用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸基本要求为:
1、在低温高湿度的条件下,保证纸体的强度;
2、需要具备优异的持粘性。
目前,普通的标签纸还不能满足生鲜冷链过程中的需求,所以提供一种能在低温、高湿度条件下使用的标签纸还是一个待以完善的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于解决上述问题,提供一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的制备方法。
实现本发明的第一目的的技术方案为:
一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸,所述标签纸的结构从上往下包括:
底纸层
粘结剂层
硅油层
离型纸基片;
底纸包括原纸层和原纸层表层涂料层;
其中,原纸层包括以下重量份数的原料:
长纤维纸浆 40~70份
短纤维纸浆 10~20份
废纸浆 10~20份
湿强剂 5~10份
增韧剂 2~5份
粘合剂; 2~5份;
其中,原纸层表层涂料层包括以下重量份数的原料:
丙烯酸树脂 20~30份
异丁醇醚氨基树脂 10~15份
环氧树脂 2~4份
聚四氟乙烯(水性分散液) 1~4份
线性低密度聚乙烯 1~4份
正丁醇 2~6份
乙酸乙酯 10~15份
二甲苯 10~20份
乙二醇丁醚 2~5份

粘结剂层使用的压敏胶为由丙烯酸树脂与环氧改性的聚氨酯树脂的共混制成。
通过采用上述方案,提供了一种结构设计合理的用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸,底纸层由原纸层和原纸层表层涂料层组成,原纸层通过增韧剂的改性,提高其性能,同时提供了一种改性的热敏性原纸层表层涂料配方,来达到给原纸层增韧,增加其湿强度和耐低温性的作用。最后通过底纸层配合丙烯酸树脂与环氧改性的聚氨酯树脂的共混制成的压敏胶制成的粘接剂层和离型纸层,制成了能够满足本发明耐低温要求的热敏性标签纸。
所述离型纸基片为格拉辛、CCK、PEK、或者PET薄膜中任意一种。
通过采用上述方案,限定了离型纸基片的种类。
所述原纸层中原料组分湿强剂为PAE湿强剂;增韧剂为线性低密度聚乙烯;粘合剂为聚乙烯醇树脂PVA1799。
通过采用上述方案,采用线性低密度聚乙烯改性传统原纸配方,达到增韧的效果,同时由于本身线性低密度聚乙烯具有良好的耐低温热敏性,使得原纸层的耐低温性也相应提高。
所述原纸层表层涂料层中原料组分降温剂为闭物型对甲苯磺酸封;流平剂为有机硅类流平剂BYK~333或丁基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷;消泡剂为二甲基硅氧烷。

实现本发明另一目的的技术方案是:上述用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
①原纸层制备:将长纤维纸浆、短纤维纸浆和废纸浆加入碎浆机中,进行碎解处理后泵入浆车中进行打浆,控制打浆浓度2.5%~3.5%,打浆度为25~30°SR;加入湿强剂、增韧剂和粘合剂,混合后过压力筛,过筛后再加入适量助留剂和施胶剂,控制灰分在2%~7%,再对表面进行干燥处理,干燥通过软压光机对其进行软辊压光处理,压力为50~200kN/m,辊面温度为100~150℃,软压光后取出,干燥,干燥温度为80~120℃,留作备用;
②原纸层表层涂料层制备:
a、将正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、二甲苯、乙二醇丁醚以及消泡剂加入搅拌釜中充分搅拌,得到混合溶剂;
b、常温条件下,将丙烯酸树脂、异丁醇醚氨基树脂、环氧树脂、线性低密度聚乙烯以及聚四氟乙烯(水性分散液)加入搅拌釜充分搅拌分散;
c、将步骤b中混合物充分混合后,加入降温剂搅拌均匀,再加入平流剂调整粘度,即制备得到原纸层表层涂料层,留作备用;
③底纸制备:将步骤①制得的原纸通过涂布机对其覆盖步骤(2)制得的表层涂料,涂料固含量为50%~70%,粘度控制在1000~3000 cps,涂量为20~50g/m2,通过烘干机干燥,烘干温度为80~150℃,并通过软压光机对其进行软辊压光处理,压力为50~200kN/m,辊面温度为100~150℃,软压光后取出备用;
④压敏胶涂布:将步骤③得到的底纸层采用帘式涂布涂布法将改性压敏胶均匀地涂布在底纸层一侧,其中压敏胶中固含量为40~60%,粘度控制在500~1000cps,总涂布量为20~50g/m2,涂布车速为400~600m/min;
⑤干燥处理:通过烘干机对涂覆压敏胶后的底纸层进行干燥,烘干温度为100~120℃,其中干燥时长为30min,压敏胶干燥形成覆盖在底纸层外表面的标签压敏胶层;
⑥压光:将经过步骤⑤处理的标签纸半成品进行压光,压光区域为一个硬辊,压光压力为200~400kN/m2,压光时长为50min,辊面温度为110℃~120℃;
⑦覆底材;最后将进过压光处理的标签纸半成品,附上含硅油层的离型纸底材;
⑧包装入库:对得到的成品纸进行性能测试,检验完成后对其进行剪裁,最后包装入库。
通过采用上述方案,提供了一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸的制备方法,具体包括原纸层制备、原纸层表层涂料制备、底纸制备、涂布、干燥、压光、覆底纸、包装入库等步骤,生产的标签纸具备优良的力学性能,同时还具备较好的耐低温性以及较高的湿强度,能够满足生鲜冷链过程中的使用需求。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明提供的标签纸结构设计合理,各部分配合合理;
2、底纸层由配方分别进行改进的原纸层和原纸层表层涂料有机结合,制备的底纸层具备高湿强度、高韧性、高耐低温性,能满足生鲜冷链过程中标签纸制备的底纸层的要求;
3、采用耐低温热敏性的压敏胶配方组合,同样适配于耐低温的标签纸的粘接剂层的要求;
4、提供的标签纸制备方法,步骤设计合理,能将各个部分有机的结合在一起,制得的标签纸,具备优良的性能,满足生鲜冷链过程中的使用需求。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均可以通过市购获得的常规产品。
实施例:本实施例的一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸结构如图1所示,其制备方法如图2所述包括下述步骤:
(1)原纸层制备:将长纤维纸浆50份、短纤维纸浆15份和废纸浆15份加入碎浆机中,进行碎解处理后泵入浆车中进行打浆,控制打浆浓度3%,打浆度为28°SR;加入PAE湿强剂 8份、增韧剂线性低密度聚乙烯粉末 5份和粘合剂聚乙烯醇树脂PVA1799 4份,混合后过压力筛,过筛后再加入适量助留剂和施胶剂,控制灰分在4%,再对表面进行干燥处理,干燥通过软压光机对其进行软辊压光处理,压力为120kN/m2,辊面温度为100℃,软压光后取出,干燥,干燥温度为100℃;
(2)原纸层表层涂料制备:
a、将正丁醇4份、乙酸乙酯12份、二甲苯15份、乙二醇丁醚4份以及消泡剂二甲基硅氧烷2份加入搅拌釜中充分搅拌,得到混合溶剂;
b、在常温条件下,将丙烯酸树脂26份、环氧树脂3份、线性低密度聚乙烯4份以及聚四氟乙烯(水性分散液)3份加入搅拌釜充分搅拌分散;
c、步骤b中混合物充分混合后,加入降温剂封闭型对甲苯磺酸1份搅拌均匀,再加入流平剂丁基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷2份调整粘度,即制备得到原纸层表层涂料;
(3)底纸制备:将步骤(1)制得的原纸通过涂布机对其覆盖步骤(2)制得的表层涂料,固含量为60%,粘度控制在1800 cps,涂量为25g/m2,通过烘干机干燥,烘干温度为120℃,并通过软压光机对其进行软辊压光处理,压力为120kN/m2,辊面温度为100℃,软压光后取出备用;
(4)压敏胶涂布:将步骤(3)得到的底纸层采用帘式涂布涂布法将改性压敏胶均匀地涂布在底纸层一侧,其中压敏胶中固含量为55%,粘度控制在600cps左右,总涂布量为30g/m2,涂布车速为400m/min;
(5)干燥处理:通过烘干机对涂覆压敏胶后的底纸层进行干燥,烘干温度为120℃,其中干燥时长为30min;
(6)压光:将经过步骤(5)处理的标签纸半成品进行压光,压光区域为一个硬辊,压光压力为300kN/m2,压光时长为50min,辊面温度为115℃;
(7)覆底材;最后将进过压光处理的标签纸半成品,附上含硅油层的离型纸底材。
(8)包装入库:对得到的成品纸进行性能测试,检验完成后对其进行剪裁,最后包装入库;
经过以上工艺步骤后,取出标签纸样品,得到以下数据:
选取制备的标签纸试样6份,分为1-6组,分别测试其厚度、耐水性、环形初粘力、180°剥离力和持粘性。
其中耐水性测试,将标签纸置于潮湿环境下72h,进行耐水性测试,测试表现主要看标签纸是否起皱、是否翘边、是否脱落。
测试按照《压敏胶胶粘带初粘性试验方法(环形法)》GB/T 31125-2014进行。
180°剥离强度测试按照《胶粘带剥离强度试验方法》GB/T 2792-2014进行。
持粘性测试参照GB/T 4851-1998《压敏胶带持粘性试验方法》,修改测试条件温度 于-5±3℃情况下,测试时间为1周。

由以上数据可知,本发明所取得的产品具有高湿强度、高耐低温性,能满足生鲜冷链过程中的各项使用需求。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸,其特征在于:标签纸的结构从上往下包括:
底纸层(1)
粘结剂层(2)
硅油层(3)
离型纸基片(4);
底纸层(1)由底纸构成,底纸包括原纸层(12)和原纸层表层涂料层(11);
其中,原纸层(12)包括以下重量份数的原料:
长纤维纸浆 40~70份
短纤维纸浆 10~20份
废纸浆 10~20份
湿强剂 5~10份
增韧剂 2~5份
粘合剂 2~5份;
其中,原纸层表层涂料层(11)包括以下重量份数的原料:
丙烯酸树脂 20~30份
异丁醇醚氨基树脂 10~15份
环氧树脂 2~4份
聚四氟乙烯(水性分散液) 1~4份
线性低密度聚乙烯 1~4份
正丁醇 2~6份
乙酸乙酯 10~15份
二甲苯 10~20份
乙二醇丁醚 2~5份
降温剂 1~2份
消泡剂 1~2份
流平剂 1~2份;
粘结剂层(2)使用的压敏胶为由丙烯酸树脂与环氧改性的聚氨酯树脂的共混制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸,其特征在于:所述离型纸基片(4)为格拉辛、CCK、PEK、或者PET薄膜中任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸,其特征在于:所述原纸层(12)中原料组分湿强剂为PAE湿强剂;增韧剂为线性低密度聚乙烯;粘合剂为聚乙烯醇树脂PVA1799。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸,其特征在于:所述原纸层表层涂料层(11)中原料组分降温剂为闭物型对甲苯磺酸封;流平剂为有机硅类流平剂BYK~333或丁基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷;消泡剂为二甲基硅氧烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸,其特征在于:所述原纸层表层涂料层(11)覆盖在所述原纸层(12)外表面;所述粘结剂层(2)均匀覆盖于所述底纸层(1)的一侧表面上;所述硅油层(3)附于在所述离型纸基片(4)一侧表面上,并与粘结剂层(2)连接。
6.一种根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的用于一种用于生鲜冷链过程中的标签纸制备方法,其特征是,具有以下步骤:
①原纸层(12)的制备:将长纤维纸浆、短纤维纸浆和废纸浆加入碎浆机中,进行碎解处理后泵入浆车中进行打浆,控制打浆浓度2.5~3.5%,打浆度为25~30°SR;加入湿强剂、增韧剂和粘合剂,混合后过压力筛,过筛后再加入适量助留剂和施胶剂,控制灰分在2~7%,再对表面进行干燥处理,干燥通过软压光机对其进行软辊压光处理,压力为50~200kN/m,辊面温度为100~150℃,软压光后取出,干燥,干燥温度为80~120℃,留作备用;
②原纸层表层涂料层(11)制备:
a、将正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、二甲苯、乙二醇丁醚以及消泡剂加入搅拌釜中充分搅拌,得到混合溶剂;
b、在常温条件下,将丙烯酸树脂、异丁醇醚氨基树脂、环氧树脂、线性低密度聚乙烯以及聚四氟乙烯(水性分散液)加入搅拌釜充分搅拌分散;
c、将步骤b中混合物充分混合后,加入降温剂搅拌均匀,再加入流平剂调整粘度,即制备得到原纸层表层涂料层,留作备用;
③底纸制备:将步骤①制得的原纸通过涂布机对其覆盖步骤(2)制得的表层涂料,涂料固含量为50~70%,粘度控制在1000~3000 cps,涂量为20~50g/m2,通过烘干机干燥,烘干温度为80~150℃,并通过软压光机对其进行软辊压光处理,压力为50~200kN/m,辊面温度为100~150℃,软压光后取出备用;
④压敏胶涂布:将步骤③得到的底纸层采用帘式涂布涂布法将改性压敏胶均匀地涂布在底纸层一侧,其中压敏胶中固含量为40~60%,粘度控制在500~1000cps,总涂布量为20~50g/m2,涂布车速为400~600m/min;
⑤干燥处理:通过烘干机对涂覆压敏胶后的底纸层进行干燥,烘干温度为120℃,其中干燥时长为30min,压敏胶干燥形成覆盖在底纸层外表面的标签压敏胶层;

⑧包装入库:对得到的成品纸进行性能测试,检验完成后对其进行剪裁,最后包装入库。
