本发明公开了一种陶瓷晕染釉料,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚丙烯酸30‑35份、阿拉伯胶40‑45份、柠檬酸钠1‑3份、着色剂20‑35份、表面活性剂2‑5份、消泡剂1‑3份、防腐剂0.1‑0.2份、防霉剂0.8‑1.5份、水150‑180份;上述陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法:步骤(1):称取上述各原料;步骤(2):将着色剂及水混合研磨获得物料A;步骤(3):将步骤(2)中获得物料A、聚丙烯酸、阿拉伯胶、柠檬酸钠、表面活性剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、防霉剂加热搅拌获得陶瓷晕染釉料。

一种陶瓷晕染釉料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及绘画颜料技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种陶瓷晕染釉料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代美术绘画越来越追求个性化发展,随着科学技术的发展,绘画材料也越来越趋于多样性以满足画家的需求。
目前,国内常见的水性绘画材料是水粉、水彩、国画和丙烯画颜料。这些产品各有特点,其中只有国画颜料是中国传统的绘画材料。色彩对于中国绘画是非常重要的组成部分,中国绘画的传统与创新、民族与世界一直是近代中国画发展面临的最大问题。目前国画颜料使用最普遍的就是浆状的国画颜料,它使用便捷,颜色细腻,色彩丰富,很受画家们的喜爱。
但是,近年来,随着国内外绘画材料的迅猛发展,许多画家也在追求其个性化的绘画技巧和手法,以期在绘画创作上有所突破。这时传统的国画颜料就不能很好的满足画家的需求,尤其是画家在进行水墨画创作时,由于颜色在晕染效果参差不齐,在创作时十分影响绘画的效果。
因此,研制一种防水的水性颜料是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种能够防水、防霉且具有良好的晕染效果的颜料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种陶瓷晕染釉料,包括以下重量份数的原料:
聚丙烯酸30-35份、阿拉伯胶40-45份、柠檬酸钠1-3份、着色剂20-35份、表面活性剂2-5份、消泡剂1-3份、防腐剂0.1-0.2份、防霉剂0.8-1.5份。
本发明有益效果:本发明中通过采用聚丙烯酸及阿拉伯胶为主料,增加了本发明中颜料的粘结性及防水性,本发明中添加的柠檬酸钠与聚丙烯酸复配具有增效作用,本发明中还添加了防霉剂防止颜料在储存过程中发霉。
优选地,所述着色剂为色粉颜料。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、羧酸盐中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
优选地,所述消泡剂为硫酸钠、二甲基硅氧烷、聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
优选地,所述防腐剂为布罗波尔、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸酯中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
优选地,所述防霉剂为壳聚糖和/或苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯。
着色剂为白色、黄色、红色、蓝色、绿色、棕色、紫色、黑色的色粉颜料
本发明还提供了一种陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):按照一种陶瓷晕染釉料称取各原料;
步骤(2):将着色剂及水混合研磨获得物料A;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)中获得物料A、聚丙烯酸、阿拉伯胶、柠檬酸钠、表面活性剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、防霉剂加热搅拌获得陶瓷晕染釉料。
本发明中提供的制备方法,步骤简单,易操作,可适用于工业化生产。
优选地,步骤(2)中研磨至粒径为50-70μm;所述研磨转速为1000-1200r/min;所述研磨时间为15-30min。
优选地,步骤(2)中所述水的量为150-180重量份。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述加热温度为90-110℃;所述搅拌时间为35-45min,所述搅拌速度为500-600r/min。
上述陶瓷晕染釉料的使用方法:根据上述配方及制备方法制备出的颜料,采用刷子撒到陶瓷制品上,然后采用刷子将陶瓷制品上的颜料刷平,自然晾干,其中上述陶瓷晕染釉料的浓度为50~55mol/L。

实施例1
陶瓷晕染釉料的原料:聚丙烯酸30g、阿拉伯胶40g、柠檬酸钠1g、黄色颜料20g、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮2g、硫酸钠1g、布罗波尔0.1g、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯0.8g、水150g。
陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法:步骤(1):称取上述各原料;
步骤(2):将黄色颜料及水混合以1200r/min的转速研磨15min至粒径为70μm获得物料A;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)中获得物料A、聚丙烯酸、阿拉伯胶、柠檬酸钠、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、硫酸钠、布罗波尔、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯以600r/min的搅拌速度在110℃下加热搅拌35min获得陶瓷晕染釉料。
实施例2
陶瓷晕染釉料的原料:聚丙烯酸35g、阿拉伯胶45g、柠檬酸钠3g、红色颜料35g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5g、二甲基硅氧烷3g、山梨酸酯0.2g、壳聚糖1.5g、水180g。
陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法:步骤(1):称取上述各原料;
步骤(2):将红色颜料及水混合以1200r/min的转速研磨15min至粒径为70μm获得物料A;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)中获得物料A、聚丙烯酸、阿拉伯胶、柠檬酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二甲基硅氧烷、山梨酸酯、壳聚糖以600r/min的搅拌速度在110℃下加热搅拌35min获得陶瓷晕染釉料。
实施例3
陶瓷晕染釉料的原料:聚丙烯酸33g、阿拉伯胶43g、柠檬酸钠2g、蓝色颜料30g、羧酸盐4g、聚氧丙烯甘油醚2g、苯甲酸钠0.15g、壳聚糖1.1g、水170g。
陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法:步骤(1):称取上述各原料;
步骤(2):将蓝色颜料及水混合以1200r/min的转速研磨15min至粒径为70μm获得物料A;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)中获得物料A、聚丙烯酸、阿拉伯胶、柠檬酸钠、羧酸盐、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、苯甲酸钠、壳聚糖以600r/min的搅拌速度在110℃下加热搅拌35min获得陶瓷晕染釉料。
实施例4
陶瓷晕染釉料的原料:聚丙烯酸33g、阿拉伯胶44g、柠檬酸钠2g、蓝色颜料30g、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮2g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3g、二甲基硅氧烷1g、聚氧丙烯甘油醚2g、布罗波尔0.08g、苯甲酸钠0.07g、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯0.8、壳聚糖0.3g、水180g。
陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法:步骤(1):称取上述各原料;
步骤(2):将蓝色颜料及水混合以1200r/min的转速研磨15min至粒径为70μm获得物料A;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)中获得物料A、聚丙烯酸、阿拉伯胶、柠檬酸钠、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二甲基硅氧烷、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、布罗波尔、苯甲酸钠、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯、壳聚糖以600r/min的搅拌速度在110℃下加热搅拌35min获得陶瓷晕染釉料。
对比例为实施例4中聚丙烯酸换成丙烯酸。
性能测试
将上述实施例1-4及对比例获得的颜料,取样进行性能测试,并将用刷子撒到画纸上,然后采用刷子将画纸上的颜料刷平,自然晾干后撒上水测定其防水效果,其结果所得列于表1中。

由上述表中可得出本发明要优于对比例,且实施例4为最优实施例,能够达到良好的防水效果及晕染效果。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷晕染釉料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为硫酸钠、二甲基硅氧烷、聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷晕染釉料,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为布罗波尔、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸酯中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷晕染釉料,其特征在于,所述防霉剂为壳聚糖和/或苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯。
7.一种陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):按照权利要求1-6中任一项所述的一种陶瓷晕染釉料称取各原料;
步骤(2):将着色剂及水混合研磨获得物料A;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)中获得物料A、聚丙烯酸、阿拉伯胶、柠檬酸钠、表面活性剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、防霉剂加热搅拌获得陶瓷晕染釉料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中研磨至粒径为50-70μm;所述研磨转速为1000-1200r/min;所述研磨时间为15-30min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述水的量为150-180重量份。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种陶瓷晕染釉料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述加热温度为90-110℃;所述搅拌时间为35-45min,所述搅拌速度为500-600r/min。
