Abstract

本发明提供可一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,是将长链脂肪酸酰氯缓慢滴加到柠檬酸酯中,在150~180℃搅拌反应3~5小时,用甲醇钠中和至pH值为8~10,水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得淡黄色油状液体即为脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油。本发明制备的脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂具有顷点低和粘度指数优良等特点,可以和聚α烯烃以任意比例混合,加入抗磨减摩添加剂和抗氧剂可得到性能优良的满足低温性能的酯类润滑油。

Description

一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低温酯类润滑油,尤其涉及一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂及其制备方法,属于润滑油技术领域。
背景技术
柠檬酸酯类化合物以柠檬酸为主要原料,具有无毒、生物降解性好、挥发性小、抗细菌等优点,是一种环境友好型材料。柠檬酸酯最广泛的用途是塑料的增塑剂,由于其无毒,增塑效果好,是食品包装用PVC薄膜、 药品医药器械、玩具制品的主要增塑剂。柠檬酸酯作为一种重要的表面活性剂已经在世界范围内得到广泛的应用。但目前,中国对其的应用仅限于作为PVC 增塑剂材料,在润滑油添加剂方面尚未见专利报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法。
本发明制备脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂方法包括以下步骤:
(1)柠檬酸酯的制备:将柠檬酸和脂肪醇混合后加入催化剂和带水剂,在N2气氛,140℃~190℃下分水至无水分出为止;用甲醇钠中和至pH值为8~10,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,减压蒸馏,即得柠檬酸酯;
脂肪醇为甲醇、乙醇、正丁醇、异戊醇、正辛醇、异辛醇中的至少一种,优选正辛醇和异辛醇的混合醇,正辛醇和异辛醇可按任意比例混合。柠檬酸和脂肪醇的摩尔比为1:3~1:3.5。
催化剂为硫酸、磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、氯化铝或其它固体酸;催化剂的用量为柠檬酸和脂肪醇总质量的1~1.5%。
带水剂为苯、甲苯、二甲苯。
(2)脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备:将长链脂肪酸酰氯缓慢滴加到柠檬酸酯中,在150~180℃搅拌反应3~5小时,用甲醇钠中和至pH值为8~10,水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得淡黄色油状液体即为脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油。
所述长链脂肪酸酰氯为月桂酰氯、十四酸酰氯、硬脂酸酰氯、油酸酰氯,优选油酸酰氯。长链脂肪酸酰氯与柠檬酸酯的物质的量比为1:1~1:1.1。
上述制备的脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的性能指标:
倾点:-55~-22.8℃;
粘度指数:130~160(VI);
运动粘度:KV40,28~41mm2/s,KV100:5.7~7.34 mm2/s ;
综上所述,本发明制备的脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂具有顷点低和粘度指数优良等特点,可以和聚α烯烃以任意比例混合,加入抗磨减摩添加剂和抗氧剂可得到性能优良的满足低温性能的酯类润滑油。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备和性能作进一步说明。
实施例1
在装有温度计、搅拌器、回流冷凝管和分水器的容器中加入192g柠檬酸和230g正丁醇,再加入5g浓硫酸和40ml甲苯,在N2气氛下,150℃条件下分水至无水分出位止。用甲醇钠中和至pH值为9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥后减压蒸馏,即得柠檬酸酯;
取0.1mol月桂酰氯,按物质的量比1:1缓慢滴加到柠檬酸酯中,160℃搅拌反应4小时,用甲醇钠中和至pH值为9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得淡黄色油状液体即为润滑油产品,其各项性能指标见表1。
实施例2
在装有温度计、搅拌器、回流冷凝管和分水器的容器中加入192g柠檬酸和280g异戊醇,再加入5g磷酸和45ml二甲苯,在N2气氛下,180℃条件下分水至无水分出位止。用甲醇钠中和至pH值为9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥后减压蒸馏,即得柠檬酸酯;
取0.1mol十四酸酰氯,按物质的量比1:1缓慢滴加到柠檬酸酯中,160℃搅拌反应4小时,用甲醇钠中和至pH值为9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得淡黄色油状液体即为润滑油产品,其各项性能指标见表1。
实施例3
在装有温度计、搅拌器、回流冷凝管和分水器的容器中加入192g柠檬酸和400g正辛醇,再加入5g对甲苯磺酸和45ml二甲苯,在N2气氛下,180℃条件下分水至无水分出位止。用甲醇钠中和至pH值为8~9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥后减压蒸馏,即得柠檬酸酯;
取0.1mol硬脂酸氯,按物质的量比1:1缓慢滴加到柠檬酸酯中,170℃搅拌反应4小时,用甲醇钠中和至pH值为9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得淡黄色油状液体即为润滑油产品,其各项性能指标见表1。
实施例4
在装有温度计、搅拌器、回流冷凝管和分水器的容器中加入192g柠檬酸、280g正辛醇和140g异辛醇,再加入5g对甲苯磺酸和45ml二甲苯,在N2气氛下,180℃条件下分水至无水分出位止。用甲醇钠中和至pH值为8~9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥后减压蒸馏,即得柠檬酸酯;
取0.1mol油酸酰氯,按物质的量比1:1缓慢滴加到柠檬酸酯中,170℃搅拌反应4小时,用甲醇钠中和至pH值为9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得淡黄色油状液体即为润滑油产品,其各项性能指标见表1。
实施例5
在装有温度计、搅拌器、回流冷凝管和分水器的容器中加入192g柠檬酸、200g正辛醇和200g异辛醇,再加入5g对甲苯磺酸和45ml二甲苯,在N2气氛下,180℃条件下分水至无水分出位止。用甲醇钠中和至pH值为8~9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥后减压蒸馏,即得柠檬酸酯;
取0.1mol油酸酰氯,按物质的量比1:1缓慢滴加到柠檬酸酯中,170℃搅拌反应4小时,用甲醇钠中和至pH值为9,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得淡黄色油状液体即为润滑油产品,其各项性能指标见表1。
实施例6

Claims (9)

1.一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,是将长链脂肪酸酰氯缓慢滴加到柠檬酸酯中,在150~180℃搅拌反应3~5小时,用甲醇钠中和至pH值为8~10,水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得淡黄色油状液体即为脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油。
2.如权利要求1所述一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述长链脂肪酸酰氯为月桂酰氯、十四酸酰氯、硬脂酸酰氯、油酸酰氯。
3.如权利要求1所述一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:长链脂肪酸酰氯与柠檬酸酯的物质的量比为1:1~1:1.1。
4.如权利要求1所述一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述柠檬酸酯的制备:将柠檬酸和脂肪醇混合后加入催化剂和带水剂,在N2气氛,40℃~190℃下分水至无水分出为止;用甲醇钠中和至pH值为8~10,用水洗至中性,无水硫酸钠干燥,减压蒸馏,即得柠檬酸酯。
5.如权利要求4所述一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇为甲醇、乙醇、正丁醇、异戊醇、正辛醇、异辛醇中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求5所述一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇为正辛醇和异辛醇的混合醇,且正辛醇和异辛醇可按任意比例混合。
7.如权利要求4所述一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:柠檬酸和脂肪醇的物质的量比为1:3~1:3.5。
8.如权利要求4所述一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:催化剂为硫酸、磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、氯化铝或其它固体酸;催化剂的用量为柠檬酸和脂肪醇总质量的1~1.5%。
9.如权利要求4所述一种脂肪酰柠檬酸酯类润滑油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:带水剂为苯、甲苯、二甲苯。
