The rear bevel gear 11 is connected with a third shaft; the first shaft, the second shaft and the third shaft are all installed on the seat stand 1 through bearing seats.

When the incomplete bevel gear 10 and the front bevel gear 12 are in first-time meshing transmission, the right belt wheel 16 and the incomplete gear 6 can rotate at a constant speed for 180 degrees through the transmission of the belt 15, so that the incomplete gear 6 can be alternately in meshing transmission with the two racks 5a in sequence once, and the whole transmission frame 5 is caused to slide back and forth in a reciprocating manner once in the rear direction.
