The invention relates to the field of mechanical conveying, in particular to a belt conveyor for distributing and packaging products.
Background
Generally, most workshops stack a batch of products at a central position of the workshop after completing the processing of the batch of products, and when the products need to be rapidly packaged one by one, in order to facilitate transportation and arrangement in space, a plurality of packaging points are distributed in a circular direction centering on the stacking point, so that the transportation distance from the stacking point to each packaging point is kept equal for transportation, but due to limited economic conditions, distributed transportation of the products at the packaging points to each packaging point is difficult to complete under the condition of using a single conveyer belt.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a belt conveyor for distributing and packaging products, aiming at overcoming the defects and realizing the product conveying to a plurality of packaging points.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the belt conveyor for distributing and packaging the products comprises a base plate, wherein a rotary guide assembly is arranged on the base plate; the base plate is also provided with a movable base plate, and the movable base plate is provided with a driving assembly matched with the rotary guide assembly; the driving assembly is connected with a conveying assembly.
The base plate is provided with an annular groove for slidably mounting the movable base plate.
The rotary guide assembly comprises a central shaft fixedly mounted on the base plate, and a guide gear is fixedly mounted on the upper portion of the central shaft.
The driving assembly comprises a motor arranged on the movable base plate, the motor is connected with an incomplete gear, and the incomplete gear is respectively engaged and matched with an inner gear and an outer gear; the internal gear is meshed and matched with the guide gear.
The inner gear and the outer gear are respectively and correspondingly connected with an inner shaft and an outer shaft which are both arranged on the movable base plate through bearing seats; a first bevel gear is mounted on the upper portion of the outer shaft.
The conveying assembly comprises a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear is connected with a left shaft, a left belt wheel is mounted on the left shaft, and a conveying belt is mounted on the left belt wheel.
The conveying belt is connected with a right belt wheel, and the right belt wheel is connected with a right shaft; and the left shaft and the right shaft are both arranged on the movable base plate through bearing seats.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the automatic angle-deflection radial-conveying device has high automation degree, can control the conveying belt to alternately perform angle deflection and radial conveying in the annular direction on the basis of having the function of unidirectional linear conveying, can automatically distribute and convey products from a single stacking point to a plurality of packaging points, and is relatively convenient to use.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention will be described more clearly and more completely with reference to the drawings in the following embodiments, and it is understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the present invention, rather than all of the present invention, and based on the embodiments, other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive exercise are within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the belt conveyor for product distribution and packaging comprises a backing plate 1, wherein a rotary guide assembly is mounted on the backing plate 1; the backing plate 1 is also provided with a movable base plate 4, and the movable base plate 4 is provided with a driving assembly matched with the rotary guide assembly; the driving assembly is connected with a conveying assembly.
The base plate 1 is provided with an annular groove 1a for slidably mounting the movable base plate 4.
The rotary guide assembly comprises a central shaft 2 fixedly installed on the base plate 1, and a guide gear 3 is fixedly installed on the upper portion of the central shaft 2.
The driving assembly comprises a motor 5 arranged on a movable base plate 4, the motor 5 is connected with an incomplete gear 6, and the incomplete gear 6 is respectively engaged and matched with an inner gear 7 and an outer gear 8; the internal gear 7 is meshed with the guide gear 3.
The inner gear 7 and the outer gear 8 are respectively and correspondingly connected with an inner shaft 9 and an outer shaft 10 which are both arranged on the movable base plate 4 through bearing seats; a first bevel gear 11 is mounted on the upper part of the outer shaft 10.
The conveying assembly comprises a second bevel gear 12 meshed with the first bevel gear 11, the second bevel gear 12 is connected with a left shaft 13, a left belt wheel 14 is installed on the left shaft 13, and a conveying belt 15 is installed on the left belt wheel 14.
The conveyer belt 15 is connected with a right belt wheel 16, and the right belt wheel 16 is connected with a right shaft 17; the left shaft 13 and the right shaft 17 are both mounted on the movable base plate 4 through bearing seats.
When the invention is used specifically, the motor 5 drives the incomplete gear 6 to rotate at a constant speed, so that the incomplete gear 6 is respectively in alternate meshing transmission with the inner gear 7 and the outer gear 8.
When the incomplete gear 6 is in meshing transmission with the external gear 8, the left belt wheel 14 can be driven to rotate at a high speed through gear tooth transmission, so that the conveying belt 15 performs one-way transmission, namely, the effect of transmitting a product from one side of the cushion plate 1 close to the center to one side close to the outer side is achieved.
When incomplete gear 6 and internal gear 7 meshing transmission, through the meshing transmission of internal gear 7 and leading gear 3, can order about movable base plate 4 and conveyer belt 15 and can use leading gear 3 as a rotatory nominal angle of center, realize adjusting the transportation position in the annular direction promptly to conveniently carry the product to a plurality of packing points that the annular direction distributes.
