A gastroscope is a medical examination method, which can directly observe the real situation of the examined part by utilizing the gastroscope, is convenient for clear diagnosis, and is the preferred method for stomach examination, the gastroscope is inserted into the stomach by means of a thin and soft gastroscope tube, after the gastroscope examination is finished, in order to keep the gastroscope tube clean and sanitary, the gastroscope tube needs to be cleaned and disinfected, and the gastroscope tube is convenient to use next time, the prior cleaning method is that the gastroscope tube is placed into a vessel filled with cleaning liquid, the gastroscope tube is cleaned by hands manually, the gastroscope tube is easy to bend and damage, the working strength of workers is increased, the gastroscope tube is cleaned by adopting a gastroscope cleaning device, although the work burden of the workers is lightened, the cleaning sponge used for cleaning on the gastroscope cleaning device is abraded and thinned, when the cleaning sponge is abraded to a certain degree, the friction between the cleaning sponge and the gastroscope tube is reduced, the cleaning effect is reduced, so that the cleaning sponge needs to be replaced periodically in order to keep the cleaning effect of the gastroscope tube, the waste of the cleaning sponge is caused, and the use cost of the gastroscope cleaning device is increased.

The present invention is directed to an apparatus for cleaning and sterilizing a gastroscopic device, which solves the problems set forth in the background above, and to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: an apparatus for cleaning and disinfecting a gastroscopy device comprises a first shell and a second shell, wherein the left end of the first shell is communicated with the right side of the second shell, the first shell is provided with six first water inlets and a water outlet, six cleaning boxes are annularly distributed in the first shell, the cleaning boxes are communicated with the first water inlets through hoses, three connecting rods and two first springs are alternately distributed between each cleaning box and the first shell, one end of each connecting rod is hinged with a hinged seat at the back side of the cleaning box, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with a hinged seat at the inner side of the first shell, both ends of the first spring are fixedly connected with the fixed block, the fixed block at one end of the first spring is hinged with the hinged seat at the back side of the cleaning box, and the fixed block of the first spring other end is articulated with the articulated seat of first shell inboard, washs the case right side and is equipped with the rotary drum, and the sleeve screw-thread fit connection in the middle part of rotary drum side and first shell right side.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: in the process that the cleaning box for cleaning the gastroscope tube moves leftwards under the pushing action of the rotary drum, the three parallel connecting rods synchronously swing to enable one side of the first shell of the cleaning box to move, when the rotary drum moves rightwards, the elastic force of the first spring pushes the cleaning box to contract, the cleaning box is always horizontal, the opening and the contraction of the cleaning box are adjusted through the rotary drum, the first spring and the connecting rods, so that the cleaning sponge can still keep the extrusion state between the cleaning sponge and the gastroscope tube even if the cleaning sponge is worn and thinned, and further the cleaning sponge has enough force to wipe the gastroscope tube; in addition, the three parallel connecting rods synchronously swing to ensure that the cleaning box is always kept in a horizontal state, so that cleaning sponges at different positions on the cleaning box can wipe the gastroscope tube with uniform force, and the gastroscope tube is prevented from being damaged due to uneven force; secondly, the driven wheel of the gastroscope tube cleaning machine can be contracted through the telescopic rod and the second spring, when the gastroscope tube passes through the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the driven wheel moves downwards under the driving of the telescopic rod under the action of the elastic force of the second spring, so that the driving wheel, the driven wheel and the gastroscope tube are in full contact, sufficient friction force is ensured between the driving wheel and the gastroscope tube, and the gastroscope tube is driven to enter the cleaning box for cleaning and disinfection; in conclusion, the gastroscope tube is moved by the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the gastroscope tube is cleaned by the cleaning box, the cleaning and disinfection work can be completed without manual operation, the working strength of workers is reduced, the cleaning sponge worn and thinned due to long-term use on the cleaning box can still keep the extrusion state with the gastroscope tube by adjusting the opening and the contraction of the cleaning box, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning sponge can be kept without frequently replacing the cleaning sponge.

Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides a technical solution: an apparatus for cleaning and disinfecting a gastroscopy device comprises a first shell 1 and a second shell 2, wherein the left end of the first shell 1 is communicated with the right side of the second shell 2, six first water inlets 101 are annularly distributed on the first shell 1, a water outlet 103 is arranged on the lower side of the first shell 1, six cleaning boxes 5 are annularly distributed in the first shell 1, two cleaning sponges 16 are fixedly connected to the front sides of the cleaning boxes 5, the cleaning sponges 16 are in a right-angled trapezoid structure, the left side surface of each cleaning sponge 16 is an inclined plane of a right-angled trapezoid, a water spraying opening 503 is arranged at the position of the cleaning box 5 on the left side of each cleaning sponge 16, the water spraying openings 503 are through holes which are uniformly distributed, the water spraying openings 503 are communicated with a water storage box 501 inside the cleaning boxes 5, a second water inlet 502 is arranged on the back side of the water storage box 501, the second water inlet 502 is communicated with the back side of the cleaning boxes 5, and the second water inlet 502 is communicated with the first water inlets 101 through a hose 6, the first water inlet 101 is communicated with an external cleaning liquid supply pipe, three connecting rods 8 and two first springs 7 are alternately distributed between each cleaning box 5 and the first shell 1, the three connecting rods 8 are uniformly distributed in parallel, the two first springs 7 are distributed in parallel, when the first springs 7 are in a natural extension state, an isosceles trapezoid is formed between each first spring 7 and the adjacent connecting rod 8, the first springs 7 and the connecting rods 8 are two inclined edges of the isosceles trapezoid respectively, one end of each connecting rod 8 is hinged with the hinged seat 14 at the back side of the cleaning box 5, the other end of each connecting rod 8 is hinged with the hinged seat 14 at the inner side of the first shell 1, two ends of each first spring 7 are fixedly connected with the fixed blocks 15, the fixed block 15 at one end of each first spring 7 is hinged with the hinged seat 14 at the back side of the cleaning box 5, and the fixed block 15 at the other end of each first spring 7 is hinged with the hinged seat 14 at the inner side of the first shell 1, wash 5 right sides of case and be equipped with rotary drum 4, the sleeve 102 screw-thread fit in the middle part of 4 sides of rotary drum and 1 right side of first shell is connected, and 4 left sides of rotary drum evenly distributed have a plurality of spherical recess 401, all cooperate in every spherical recess 401 to rotate and be connected with a spherical bulge 402, spherical bulge 402 with wash 5 right side contacts.

Specifically, the invention is used as follows: before the gastroscope tube 3 is cleaned, the position of the cleaning box 5 is adjusted through the rotary drum 4, the rotary drum 4 is rotated, when the spherical bulge 402 on the left side of the rotary drum 4 pushes the cleaning box 5 to move leftwards, the connecting rod 8 synchronously swings, under the action of the connecting rod 8, the cleaning box 5 is always kept in a horizontal state in the leftward movement process of the cleaning box 5, the cleaning box 5 is opened towards one side of the first shell 1, when the rotary drum 4 moves rightwards, the first spring 7 pushes the cleaning box 5 to contract towards the central axis direction of the first shell, the diameters of channels formed on the front sides of the six cleaning boxes 5 are adjusted through the rotary drum 4, when the gastroscope tube 3 is contacted with the cleaning sponge 16, the compression degree of the cleaning sponge 16 is realized, then, the gastroscope tube 3 which uses the gastroscope device to be cleaned is inserted from the through hole on the left side of the second shell 2, when the gastroscope tube 3 passes through the arc-shaped side surfaces of the driven wheel 13 and the driving wheel 10, the second spring 12 and the telescopic link 11 shrink, the elasticity of second spring 12 makes from driving wheel 13 simultaneously, action wheel 10 and gastroscope tube 3 side fully contact, it removes to keep enough frictional force to drive gastroscope tube 3, driving motor drives action wheel 10 and rotates, make gastroscope tube 3 remove to wasing case 5, back in the washing liquid gets into water storage tank 501, spray on gastroscope tube 3 through water jet 503, later wash sponge 16 clean gastroscope tube 3, the washing liquid and the spot that spray down discharge through outlet 103.
