一种空冷变态贝氏体高强螺纹钢及处理工艺,解 决了现有的螺纹钢成本高,处理工艺复杂的问题;其 成分为C% 0.28~0.36,Mn% 0.80~1.20,Cr% 0.70~1.10,Si% 0.60~1.20,Mo% 0.20~0.40, V% 0.10~0.15,其余为Fe,限制S、P含量分别小于 0.03%;终轧温度控制在880~900℃,余热在200~ 300℃区间回火2~3小时后空冷;从而获得了强韧 性极佳的变态贝氏体螺纹钢。

Description

本发明为一种空冷变态贝氏体高强螺纹钢及处理工艺。
在GB4463-84《预应力混凝土用热处理钢筋》的技术标准中,用45Sl2CrV钢热轧成φ10的刻痕钢筋,需经淬火、回火调质后,其力学性能为σa≥1325MPa,σb≥1470MPa,σ10≥6%。其处理工艺复杂,成本高。
本发明的目的是解决上述所存在的问题,提供一种处理工艺简单,技术性能指标高的空冷变态贝氏体高强螺纹钢及处理工艺。
本发明是这样实现的:在电弧炉中冶炼,其成分为:
C%  0.28~0.36  Mn%  0.80~1.20
Cr%  0.70~1.10  Si%  0.60~1.20
Mo%  0.20~0.40  V%  0.10~0.15;
其余为Fe,限制S、P含量分别小于0.03%;初轧温度控制在1200~1250℃,终轧温度控制在880~900℃。余热在200~300℃区间回火2~3小时后空冷。当碳含量在低限时(C为0.28%),回火温度取下限200℃,碳含量在高限时(C为0.36%),回火温度取上限300℃。即成为32CrMnSiMoVA空冷变态贝氏体高强螺纹钢。
下面详细说明:采用常规的方法在电弧炉中冶炼,其成分控制在:
C%  0.28~0.36  Mn%  0.80~1.20
Cr%  0.70~1.10  Si%  0.60~1.20
Mo%  0.20~0.40  V%  0.10~0.15
其余为Fe,限制S、P含量分别小于0.03%;初轧温度控制在1200~1250℃,终轧温度控制在880~900℃,利用余热在200~300℃区间回火2~3小时后空冷。当碳含量在低限时(C为0.28%),回火温度取下限200℃,碳含量在高限时(C为0.36%),回火温度取上限300℃。
由于在冶炼过程中,用强化型元素Cr及微量的Mo、V,使C-曲线上珠光体的鼻子显著右移,用韧化型元素Mn、Si,使C-曲线中贝氏体的鼻子下移,从而获得了强韧性极佳的变态贝氏体。并经在200~300℃区间2~3小时的回火处理消除应力,其性能就可达到或优于σa≥1325MPa,σb≥1470MPa,σ10≥6%的力学性能指标。

Claims (2)

1、一种空冷变态贝氏体高强螺纹钢,其特征是:螺纹钢牌号为32CrMnSiMoVA,含有如下成分:
C%   0.28~0.36  Mn%  0.80~1.20
Cr%  0.70~1.10  Si%  0.60~1.20
Mo%  0.20~0.40  V%   0.10~0.15
其余为Fe,限制S、P含量分别小于0.03%。
2、根据权利要求1所需的制备空冷变态贝氏体高强螺纹钢的处理工艺,其特征是,终轧温度880~900℃,余热回火温度在200~300℃区间回火2~3小时后空冷。当碳含量在低限时(C为0.28%),回火温度取下限,碳含量在高限时(C为0.36%),回火温度取上限。
