Under the washing working condition, the rotating speed of the washing cylinder 1 is less than 80r/min, and when the rotating direction of the washing cylinder 1 is the same as the direction of the drainage channel 3, the water in the washing cylinder 1 is not discharged; when the rotation direction of the washing drum 1 is opposite to the water discharge channel 3, the centrifugal force applied to the check valve 12 is smaller due to the smaller rotation speed of the washing drum 1, and the washing drum 1 is still in a closed state, so that water in the washing drum 1 cannot flow out.
Under the dewatering working condition, the rotation direction of the washing drum 1 is opposite to that of the water discharge channel 3, and when the rotation speed of the washing drum 1 is higher than 80r/min along with the gradual increase of the rotation speed of the washing drum 1, the one-way valve 12 is opened from inside to outside under the action of larger centrifugal force, and at the moment, water in the washing drum 1 flows out from the water discharge hole 9 to the water discharge channel 3 and through the water throwing port 4, so that the dewatering of the washing machine is realized.
In summary, the check valve 12 is opened by the centrifugal force generated when the washing tub 1 rotates at a high speed, and thus the direction of the drain hole 9 must be directed toward the axis of the washing tub.
As some embodiments of the present invention, when one end of the drain hole 9 of the drain channel 3 extends into the inside of the washing tub 1 through the front end plate 13, the drain channel 3 body may be disposed on the outer surface of the front end plate 13, or may be disposed on the side wall of the washing tub 1 near the front end plate 13.

As shown in fig. 12 to 16, this embodiment provides a bidirectional-rotation washing-free drum washing machine, which includes the washing drum capable of realizing bidirectional washing, an outer drum 15, a box 14, and a door cover 21, wherein the outer drum 15 is concentric with the washing drum 1, the door cover 21 is disposed at the front ends of the washing drum 1 and the outer drum 15, the door cover 21 includes a first door 211 and a second door 212, the second door 212 is disposed on the first door 211 through a rotation device 27, and the second door 212 can rotate relative to the first door 211. The second door 212 is used for sealing the washing drum 1 when the door cover 21 is closed, and the second door 212 can rotate along with the washing drum 1 when the drum washing machine works; the first door 211 is fixedly fastened with the outer cylinder 15, so as to ensure the normal operation of the drum washing machine under the washing working condition.
In this embodiment, the first door 211 is provided with a fixed shaft 28, the second door 212 is provided with a through hole 29, the second door 212 passes through the fixed shaft 28 through the through hole 29 and is rotatably connected with the first door 211, and in order to improve the rotation effect, a rotation device 27 is provided at the through hole 29.
Preferably, the rotating device 27 includes a spacer 271 and a bearing 272, the outer ring of the bearing 272 is in interference fit with the second door 212, the inner ring of the bearing 272 is a through hole 29, the spacer 271 is disposed between the first door 211 and the second door 212, at this time, when the second door 212 rotates, the spacer 271 keeps the rotation plane of the second door 212 in the same plane, and no deviation phenomenon occurs, so as to avoid friction or damage to the first door 211 when the second door 212 rotates.
Preferably, the first door body 211 and the second door body 212 are both circular, wherein the radius of the second door body 212 is smaller than that of the first door body 211, the first door body 211 and the second door body 212 are concentrically arranged, and the rotating device 27 is arranged at the center of the first door body 211 and the second door body 212.
In order to improve the rotation effect of the second door structure, a gap with a certain distance is provided between the first door 211 and the second door 212, so that only friction is generated between the rotation devices 27 when the second door 212 rotates on the first door 211; preferably, the first door 211 and the second door 212 may be sealed, and a layer of lubricating oil is disposed therebetween to improve rotation of the second door 212.
Further, a sealing device 30, such as a sealing rubber strip, is disposed at the outer edge of the second door 212, and when the door cover 21 is closed, the second door 212 seals the washing drum 1, and the sealing rubber strip can improve the sealing property between the two, so that the washing water is prevented from seeping or flowing out from the washing drum 1 when the drum washing machine is operated.
Preferably, the width of the sealing device 30 gradually increases from the second door 212 to the first door 211, the second door 212 and the sealing device 30 together form a truncated cone-shaped structure, and when the door cover 21 is closed, the sealing device 30 can provide a larger contact area with the washing drum 1, so that the tightness between the second door 212 and the washing drum 1 is further improved.
Further, a first flange 213 is provided on the first door 211, the first flange 213 protrudes toward the washing tub 1, a second flange 214 is provided at the front end of the outer tub 15, and the second flange 214 protrudes toward the side close to the first door 211.
When the door cover 21 is closed, the first flange 213 is matched with the second flange 214, wherein the inner diameter of the first flange 213 is equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the second flange 214, and when the first door 211 is closed, the first flange 213 is tightly matched with the second flange 214, so that the tightness between the first door 211 and the outer cylinder 15 can be improved, washing water can be prevented from seeping out of the washing machine when the washing cylinder 1 is in operation, and noise generated when the drum washing machine is in operation can be reduced.
Working principle: when the door cover 21 of the drum washing machine is closed, the first door body 211 is fixed on the outer cylinder 15, the second door body 212 is matched with the washing drum 1, when the washing machine operates, the second door body 212 is fixed on the first door body 211, the second door body 212 rotates along with the washing drum 1 through the rotating device 27 between the first door body 211 and the second door body 212, and as the second door body 212 completely seals the washing drum 1, the washing water level in the washing drum 1 can be freely adjusted, the limit that the washing water level must be lower than the door plug in the traditional drum washing machine is broken through, a large amount of washing water can be stored and placed in the washing drum 1 during washing and rinsing, the defect that the drum washing machine needs to discharge water for multiple times for rinsing in the prior art is overcome, and the washing efficiency of the drum washing machine is improved.
Further, a hinge 31 is provided on the first door body 211, a latch 32 is provided on the other side of the first door body 211 opposite to the hinge, and the first door body 211 and the outer cylinder 15 are opened or closed by means of hinge and latch; when the drum washing machine is running, the lock catch 32 fixes the first door 211 on the outer drum 15, the door cover 21 of the washing machine cannot be opened at this time, and when washing is finished, the lock catch 32 is opened, the door cover 21 can be opened at this time, and the next operation is performed on the drum washing machine.
Preferably, the first door 211 is provided with a handle 33, and when a user needs to open the drum washing machine, an external force is applied to the handle 33 to open the lock catch 32, and the door cover 21 is opened, so that the user can use the drum washing machine.
Preferably, a water inlet device is arranged on the door cover 21, the water inlet device comprises a water inlet channel and a water inlet pipe 17, the water inlet pipe 17 is arranged at the inner top of the box body 14, one end of the water inlet pipe 17 is arranged on the box body 14 through the water inlet valve 16, the other end of the water inlet pipe 17 penetrates through a detergent box 18 arranged on the box body 14 to be communicated with the water inlet channel, and the water inlet channel penetrates through the door cover 21 to provide washing water for the washing machine.
Specifically, the water inlet passage 25 is provided outside the first door 211 or between the first door 211 and the second door 212.
Preferably, the water inlet channel 25 is hidden between the first door 211 and the second door 212, and a groove is arranged between the first door 211 and the second door 212 to accommodate the water inlet channel 25, and the side of the first door 211 facing the user is flat, so that the door cover 21 has an attractive and elegant appearance. One end of the water inlet channel 25 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 17; the fixed shaft 28 between the first door 211 and the second door 212 is provided as a hollow rotation shaft; the other end of the water inlet channel 25 is communicated with a hollow channel of the fixed shaft 28. Further, the water inlet pipe 17 may also be directly communicated with the fixed shaft 28, or the water inlet pipe 17 is communicated with the fixed shaft 28 through the water inlet channel 25. The water flows from the water inlet pipe 17 through the water inlet channel 25 and then to the washing drum 1 for washing.
In order to facilitate the installation of the washing drum 1 and the outer drum 15, the outer drum 15 is provided with a first outer drum 19 and a second outer drum 20 which can be split and combined, and when the washing drum 1 is installed, the first outer drum 19 and the second outer drum 20 can be installed in sequence respectively, so that the production of the drum washing machine is facilitated.
A water outlet 22 is arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder 15, a water outlet 23 is connected to the water outlet 22, and the water outlet 23 extends out through the box 14.
As shown in fig. 16, the water inlet passage may be preferably provided at the bottom of the washing tub, and the bottom water inlet passage 25a may be provided in the hollow shaft at the bottom. Or simultaneously, the water inlet channels are arranged at the bottoms of the door cover and the washing cylinder, so that the smoothness of water inlet is ensured, and the washing efficiency is improved.
The bidirectional washing no-clean drum washing machine with the door cover provided by the embodiment realizes that the bidirectional rotating drum washing machine does not leak water when the drum washing machine rotates at a low speed and can rapidly discharge washing water when the washing drum rotates at a high speed in the reverse direction. And through setting up the door closure in the front end of wash bowl and urceolus, realized that washing machine two-way rotation is washed, wash water can not leak from the wash bowl front end, promotes the washing effect.
Example 7
The embodiment provides a control method of a washing machine for bidirectional washing, which comprises the following steps:
after the clothes are placed, the door cover is closed, the washing machine is opened, and a user selects one of a washing working condition, a rinsing working condition or a dewatering working condition;
under the washing working condition, the washing cylinder starts to rotate, the rotation speed of the washing cylinder is not more than 80r/min, the valve on the water discharge channel is in a closed state, the rotation direction of the washing cylinder is the same as or opposite to the direction of the water discharge channel 3, the water inlet valve 16 is opened, tap water is injected into the washing cylinder through the water inlet channel until reaching the liquid level height set by a washing program, and after the water injection is completed, the washing cylinder continues to rotate bidirectionally to start washing;
under the dewatering working condition, the washing cylinder rotates unidirectionally along the direction opposite to the direction of the water drainage channel 3, when the rotating speed of the washing cylinder is greater than 80r/min, the water drainage channel valve is opened, and water in the washing cylinder flows out through the water drainage channel.
Preferably, the included angle alpha formed by the two ends of the drainage channel 3 and the central axis of the washing cylinder on the circular projection of the washing cylinder 1 is in the range of 90-360 degrees, preferably 100-180 degrees.
Further, the rinsing working condition is the same as the washing working condition.
According to the control method for the bidirectional washing machine, water in the washing cylinder cannot flow into the space between the washing cylinder and the outer cylinder in the washing process, so that water consumption is saved, secondary pollution to clothes is avoided, and the effect of no water leakage in bidirectional rotation washing of the hole-free inner cylinder washing machine is achieved.

defining the direction from the drain hole (9) to the water throwing port (4) of the drain channel (3) as the direction of the drain channel (3), wherein the rotating speed of the washing cylinder (1) is not more than 80r/min under the washing working condition and the rinsing working condition, and the rotating direction of the washing cylinder (1) is in the same direction or opposite direction with the drain channel (3); under the drainage working condition and the dehydration working condition, the rotation direction of the washing cylinder (1) is opposite to the drainage channel (3), and after the rotation speed of the washing cylinder (1) is greater than 80r/min, the valve of the drainage channel (3) is opened.

The bi-directional washing no-clean drum washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fixed shaft (28) is arranged on the first door body (211), the through hole (29) is arranged on the second door body (212), and the second door body (212) penetrates through the fixed shaft (28) through the through hole (29) to be connected with the first door body (211) in a rotating mode.
3. The bi-directional washing no-clean drum washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the hinge (31) is arranged on the first door body (211), the lock catch (32) is arranged on the other side of the first door body (211) opposite to the hinge (31), and the first door body (211) and the outer cylinder (15) are opened or closed in a hinged and locked mode.
4. The bi-directional washing no-clean drum washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the valve is arranged as one of an elastic valve (11) or a one-way valve (12).
5. The bi-directional washing no-clean drum washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the drainage channel (3) is arranged at least one of the front end plate (13), the cylinder wall and the rear end plate of the washing cylinder (1).

The bi-directional washing no-clean drum washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the elastic valve (11) is arranged at the water throwing port (4) end of the water drainage channel (3), and the one-way valve (12) is arranged at the water drainage hole (9) end of the water drainage channel (3).
7. The bi-directional washing no-clean drum washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the front end of the wall of the washing cylinder (1) is provided with a front end plate (13), and the front end plate (13) is externally covered with a front cover plate (2).
8. The bi-directional washing no-clean drum washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the inner surface of the front cover plate (2) is provided with a semi-closed water channel groove (24), and the water channel groove (24) and the front end plate (13) form a drainage channel (3).
9. A control method of a washing machine for bidirectional washing is characterized in that: use of a washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
after the clothes are placed, the door cover is closed, the washing machine is opened, and a user selects one of a washing working condition, a rinsing working condition or a dewatering working condition;
under the washing working condition, the washing cylinder starts to rotate, the rotation speed of the washing cylinder is not more than 80r/min, the valve on the drainage channel is in a closed state, the rotation direction of the washing cylinder is the same as or opposite to the setting direction of the drainage channel 3, the water inlet valve 16 is opened, water is injected into the washing cylinder through the water inlet channel until reaching the liquid level height set by a washing program, and after the water injection is completed, the washing cylinder continues to rotate bidirectionally to start washing;
under the dewatering working condition, the washing cylinder rotates unidirectionally along the direction opposite to the arrangement direction of the drainage channel 3, when the rotation speed of the washing cylinder is greater than 80r/min, the drainage channel valve is opened, and water in the washing cylinder flows out through the drainage channel.
