本发明公开了一种抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,包括:腈纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维和紫外线吸收剂,所述涤纶纤维为主纤维,所述腈纶纤维缠绕在所述涤纶纤维外部,所述锦纶纤维缠绕在所述腈纶纤维外部,所述腈纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维呈交叉状缠绕,所述紫外线吸收剂通过浸渍法浸渍在所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维上。通过上述方式,本发明能够显著提高复合纤维的抗紫外线效果,达到防晒防紫外线的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维领域,特别是涉及一种抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维。
背景技术
生活中,不可避免会被阳光照射,长期照射在阳光下,阳光中的紫外线,特别是中长波紫外线会对人体产生危害,是导致皮肤老化和严重损害的原因之一。因此需要具有抗紫外线功能的布料、面料,来阻止紫外线对人体产生危害,目前市面上的抗紫外线纤维,抗紫外线效果好的,价格昂贵,价格低廉的产品通常抗紫外线效果非常差,因此需要设计一种抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,制备工艺简单,生产成本较低,适用于大规模生产,从而满足人们的日常需要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种,能够显著提高复合纤维的抗紫外线效果,达到防晒防紫外线的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,包括:腈纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维和紫外线吸收剂,所述涤纶纤维为主纤维,所述腈纶纤维缠绕在所述涤纶纤维外部,所述锦纶纤维缠绕在所述腈纶纤维外部,所述腈纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维呈交叉状缠绕,所述紫外线剂通过浸渍法浸渍在所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维均为短纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维均为扁平纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维单根纤维密度均<15dtex。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述腈纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维交叉角度为60°。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述紫外线吸收剂为单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够显著提高复合纤维的抗紫外线效果,达到防晒防紫外线的目的。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,包括:腈纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维和紫外线吸收剂,所述涤纶纤维为主纤维,所述腈纶纤维缠绕在所述涤纶纤维外部,所述锦纶纤维缠绕在所述腈纶纤维外部,所述腈纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维呈交叉状缠绕,所述紫外线剂通过浸渍法浸渍在所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维上。
进一步说明,本发明中的腈纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维物理结构为短纤维形态和扁平纤维形态,同时单根纤维密度均<15dtex。防紫外线纤维是指对紫外线有较强的吸收和反射性能的纤维。不同纤维或纺织品的色彩对紫外线的透过率也不相同,从化纤角度考虑,短纤维优于长丝,细纤维比粗纤维好,扁平、异形纤维优于圆形纤维。因此,将腈纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维物理结构设计为短纤维形态和扁平纤维形态并且单根纤维密度均<15dtex,是从而从长度、粗细、形状三个方面来提高产品的抗紫外线性能。
再进一步说明,腈纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维交叉角度为60°。在60°夹角情况下,复合纤维受阳光照射的面积最为充分,从而能够更有效的发挥纤维的抗紫外线效果和紫外线吸收剂对紫外线的吸收效果。
更进一步说明,紫外线吸收剂为单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯能够强烈地吸收波长为240~340nm的紫外线,并且具有优良的耐热升华性,耐洗涤性、耐气体褪色性和机械性能保持性。通过浸渍法浸渍在腈纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维上,能够充分提高纤维的抗紫外线程度和紫外线吸收程度,提高抗紫外线效果。
本发明从纤维的物理结构角度出发,同时配合纤维的抗紫外线特性,辅以紫外线吸收剂搭配,从三个方面来减少紫外线的侵袭,提高产品的抗紫外线效果和紫外线吸收效果,从而达到对人体皮肤的安全防护。

1.一种抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,其特征在于,包括:腈纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维和紫外线吸收剂,所述涤纶纤维为主纤维,所述腈纶纤维缠绕在所述涤纶纤维外部,所述锦纶纤维缠绕在所述腈纶纤维外部,所述腈纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维呈交叉状缠绕,所述紫外线剂通过浸渍法浸渍在所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,其特征在于,所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维均为短纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,其特征在于,所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维均为扁平纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,其特征在于,所述腈纶纤维、所述涤纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维单根纤维密度均<15dtex。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,其特征在于,所述腈纶纤维和所述锦纶纤维交叉角度为60°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线效果好的复合纤维,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂为单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯。
