Abstract
本发明提供肉灵芝和冰碛岩应用在养殖业中用于改变水质的用途,本发明能够遏制病菌繁殖,具有强有力的消毒杀菌作用,即使在水里面有死鱼,死虾浸泡多久也都不腐不烂。本发明能够长期抗藻,抗青苔,净化鱼缸水质,使水质长期新鲜不会有鱼腥味,甚至1‑2年无需换水,水质依然无有害物质,无需加任何药物护理。

本发明涉及养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种肉灵芝和冰碛岩应用在养殖业中用于改变水质的用途。
背景技术
很多景区诸如海底世界都是有很多的观赏鱼,甚至越来越多的观赏鱼逐渐走进人们的家中,可见,人们对观赏鱼甚是喜爱。但是鱼的排泄物以及剩余的食物溶于水中,长时间会使鱼缸水体内产生水藻,形成漂浮物,具有鱼腥味,从而会减弱鱼的活动能力,甚至引起鱼的死亡等。因此,需要有专人负责管理鱼缸,定期进行人工换水,更换过滤材料,定期加入药物护理等,从而给养鱼爱好者造成极大的不便。
因此,有必要研制出一个方案可以净化水,达到长期无需更换水,且不需要加药物护理的效果。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供肉灵芝和冰碛岩应用在养殖业中用于改变水质的用途,可以达到1-2年无需更换水,且不需要加药物护理的效果。

优选的,所述用途包括将所述肉灵芝应用于养殖业中的应用过程,所述应用过程包括如下步骤:
步骤1:在鱼缸中注入自来水400-550L,然后打开灯光、过滤系统、增氧泵、加热器,调节温度为26-28℃,使鱼缸内的水处于循环流动状态;
步骤2:往鱼缸内加入海盐800-1000g;
步骤3:加入草泥丸600-700g,将草泥丸盛于滤材袋中,然后将滤材袋直接放于过滤器里,水流先经过过滤棉,流经草泥丸后再经过一层过滤棉;
步骤4:加入电气石1200-1500g,放置于过滤槽或过滤器,或者直接放入鱼缸中;
步骤5:往鱼缸内加入肉灵芝300-400g,放置潜水泵附近处,同时保持肉灵芝处于不被太阳照射的状态,形成所述鱼虾养殖净水生态系统。
优选的,所述应用过程还包括如下步骤:在鱼缸内再放1-2个气泡石。
本发明的另一方面提供冰碛岩应用在养殖业中用于改变水质的用途。
优选的,所述用途包括将所述冰碛岩应用于养殖业中的应用过程,所述应用过程包括如下步骤:
步骤(1):在鱼缸中注入自来水400-550L,然后打开灯光、过滤系统、增氧泵、加热器,调节温度为26-28℃,使鱼缸内的水处于循环流动状态;
步骤(2):把洗净的冰碛岩800-1000g加入过滤系统的过滤格,放置于潜水泵附近位置;
步骤(3):把洗净的桤木果实25-30粒放入鱼缸中;
步骤(4):用水洗净竹碳片10片直接放入过滤格10片;
步骤(5):加入蒙脱石1500-1800g到鱼缸,所述蒙脱石PH为6.0-7.0,形成所述鱼虾养殖净水生态系统。
本发明的还一方面提供肉灵芝和冰碛岩应用在养殖业中用于改变水质的用途。
优选的,所述用途包括将所述肉灵芝和冰碛岩应用于养殖业中的应用过程,所述应用过程包括如下步骤:
步骤(a):在鱼缸中注入自来水400-550L,然后打开灯光、过滤系统、增氧泵、加热器,调节温度为26-28℃,使鱼缸内的水处于循环流动状态;
步骤(b):将过滤格分为过滤格A和过滤格B,把洗净的冰碛岩800-1000g加入过滤格A,放置于潜水泵附近位置;
步骤(c):把洗净的木鱼石800-1000g加入过滤格B;
步骤(d):将洗净榄仁叶各4-5片放入过滤格A和过滤格B;
步骤(e):放入太古海泥400-500g到鱼缸;
步骤(f):加入肉灵芝350-450g,放置潜水泵附近处,同时保持肉灵芝处于不被太阳照射的状态。
优选的,还包括如下步骤:在鱼缸内再放1-2个气泡石。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明能够遏制病菌繁殖,具有强有力的消毒杀菌作用,即使在水里面有死鱼,死虾浸泡多久也都不腐不烂。本发明能够长期抗藻,抗青苔,净化鱼缸水质,使水质长期新鲜不会有鱼腥味,甚至1-2年无需换水,水质依然无有害物质,无需加任何药物护理。
2、本发明能够改变水质里面的有害物质,软化水质,用在新开鱼缸使用效果明显,不需要加药物就可以使新开鱼缸水质软化,去除有害物质,增强观赏鱼免疫力,达到观赏鱼不易生病,延缓观赏鱼寿命的效果
3、本发明能有效减少清洗鱼缸过滤棉,过滤毯,以及清理鱼粪便次数,使用过程中鱼缸无需加杀菌灯,杀菌剂,药物维护。本发明无需加入传统工业滤材,使水质有活性。
4、本发明能实现新鱼缸30分钟内去除有害物质,免放药物。本发明能促进鱼虾生长,繁殖,能促进鱼虾伤口愈合周期。本发明能促进鱼虾交配频率。本发明能帮助幼鱼健康成长。本发明能提高水中硝化细菌活跃度。

所述用途包括将所述肉灵芝应用于养殖业中的应用过程,所述应用过程包括如下步骤:
步骤1:在600L的鱼缸中注入自来水550L,然后打开灯光、过滤系统、增氧泵、加热器,将增氧泵调节至最大出气量,调节温度为26-28℃,使鱼缸内的水处于循环流动状态;
步骤2:往鱼缸内加入海盐1000g;由于鱼缸内的水处于循环流动状态,加入的海盐300分钟左右就能全部溶于水。
步骤3:加入草泥丸700g,将草泥丸盛于滤材袋中,然后将滤材袋直接放于过滤器里,水流先经过过滤棉,流经草泥丸后再经过一层过滤棉;
步骤4:加入电气石1500g,直接放入鱼缸中;电气石的人工艺品名叫碧玺,含有动物所需的全部常量元素,如:K、Na、Ca、P、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mo等微量元素和稀土元素,约58种之多。
步骤5:往鱼缸内加入肉灵芝400g,放置潜水泵附近处,潜水泵周围水流快能快速将肉灵芝释放出来的成份循环到整个鱼缸每个角落,同时保持肉灵芝处于不被太阳照射的状态,最后在鱼缸放1个气泡石增氧,气泡石大约直径80mmX高度16mm形成所述鱼虾养殖净水生态系统。
所述肉灵芝在富营养,富氧气和温暖等优裕条件下,极易亲和嗜氧性的醋酸菌、乳酸菌、简梗胞菌和酵母菌等8、9种酸性菌。

将上述实施例1、以及下述对比例1-8做对比试验,实验结果如下:

通过对表1中实施例1与对比例1-8的对比分析,可以得出如下实验结论:
本发明实施例1中的肉灵芝、草泥丸、海盐、电气石配合使用效果最佳,净水效果最好。本发明实施例1中鱼缸一年内不换水,不添加药物护理,其NO2亚硝酸盐0.05mg,NO3硝酸盐30mg,NH4氨氮0。其余对比例中NO2亚硝酸盐,NO3硝酸盐,NH4氨氮的含量都要比实施例1要高。
本发明实施例1中的肉灵芝。草泥丸。海盐、电气石配合使用效果最佳,鱼虾活跃度强,一年排卵约4-6次,鱼缸内壁干净不会滋生青苔。
本发明实施例1中的肉灵芝。草泥丸。海盐、电气石配合使用效果最佳,鱼缸滤槽底部一年没换水都堆积了厚厚一层,水质依然清澈无异味,鱼虾依然活泼食欲良好。
采用本发明实施例1的方案,鱼缸内能体现在投喂鱼虾进食过程中,鱼缸里鱼虾食欲好,投喂时水质不会发现漂浮物或是异味,用手去水里抓鱼后也不会有鱼腥味;能明显看到鱼虾平时在鱼缸里面活泼游动,还有时相互打架嬉戏;本发明实施例发现鱼虾有时打架刮伤,伤口几天就自己愈合,期间无需药物护理跟换水杀菌处理。
本发明实施例1的作用机理是:肉灵芝水可以吞噬病菌和细菌,抑制细菌生长,肉灵芝还会释放一些活性营养物质、多种氨基酸、维生素、蛋白质、微量元素、促进伤口愈合的酶、抗体等等。
根据其实验数据,肉灵芝、草泥丸、海盐、电气石相互配合,可以使其其肉灵芝水吞噬细菌的能力增强,相互配合使用的净水效果更好。
实施例2
本发明的实施例2提供冰碛岩应用在养殖业中用于改变水质的用途。
所述用途包括将所述冰碛岩应用于养殖业中的应用过程,所述应用过程包括如下步骤:
步骤(1):在600L的鱼缸中注入自来水550L,然后打开灯光、过滤系统、增氧泵、加热器,将增氧泵调节至最大出气量,调节温度为26-28℃,使鱼缸内的水处于循环流动状态;
步骤(2):把洗净的冰碛岩1000g加入过滤系统的过滤格,放置于潜水泵附近位置;潜水泵周围水流快能快速将冰碛岩释放出来的成份循环到整个鱼缸每个角落;
步骤(3):把洗净的桤木果实30粒放入鱼缸中;每粒桤木果实大约重3-5g。
步骤(4):用水洗净竹碳片10片直接放入过滤格10片,每个过滤格放入两块竹碳片;每片竹碳片大约重15-20g;
步骤(5):加入蒙脱石1800g到鱼缸,所述蒙脱石PH为6.0-7.0,最后在鱼缸内放1个气泡石增氧,气泡石大约直径80mmX高度16mm,从而形成所述鱼虾养殖净水生态系统。
将本发明实施例2以及对比例9-16进行实验对比,实验结果如下:

本发明实施例2中的冰碛岩、桤木果实、竹炭片、蒙脱石配合使用效果最佳,净水效果最好。本发明实施例2中鱼缸内的一年内不换水,不添加药物护理,其NO2亚硝酸盐0.03mg,NO3硝酸盐30mg,NH4氨氮0。其余对比例中NO2亚硝酸盐,NO3硝酸盐,NH4氨氮的含量都要比实施例2要高。
本发明实施例2中的冰碛岩、桤木果实、竹炭片、蒙脱石配合使用效果最佳,起到鱼虾增强免疫力,鱼虾有时打架刮伤,伤口几天就自己愈合,期间无需药物护理跟换水杀菌处理。
本发明实施例2中的冰碛岩、桤木果实、竹炭片、蒙脱石配合使用效果最佳,鱼虾食欲猛,活跃度高,增长快。
本发明实施例2中的冰碛岩、桤木果实、竹炭片、蒙脱石配合使用效果最佳,鱼虾喂养过程中未发生病例,健康成长,解决了养鱼爱好者的困扰。
本发明实施例2中的冰碛岩、桤木果实、竹炭片、蒙脱石配合使用效果最佳,免除频繁换水操作,节省人力,节省水资源,更加环保。

将本发明实施例3中太古海泥、肉灵芝配合使用,以及太古海泥、肉灵芝单独使用,进行实验对比,实验结果如下:

从上表得知,将本发明实施例3中将太古海泥、肉灵芝配合使用的净水效果,优于太古海泥、肉灵芝单独使用的净水效果,净水效果优于将冰碛岩单独置于过滤格、木鱼石单独置于过滤格中。

步骤1:在鱼缸中注入自来水400-550L,然后打开灯光、过滤系统、增氧泵、加热器,调节温度为26-28℃,使鱼缸内的水处于循环流动状态;
步骤2:往鱼缸内加入海盐800-1000g;
步骤3:加入草泥丸600-700g,将草泥丸盛于滤材袋中,然后将滤材袋直接放于过滤器里,水流先经过过滤棉,流经草泥丸后再经过一层过滤棉;
步骤4:加入电气石1200-1500g,放置于过滤槽或过滤器,或者直接放入鱼缸中;

步骤(b):将过滤格分为过滤格A和过滤格B,把洗净的冰碛岩800-1000g加入过滤格A,放置于潜水泵附近位置;
