The invention utilizes the operation blind area of the rotary crane to arrange the living buildings, effectively utilizes the weather deck, improves the utilization rate of the operation deck, can load more installation objects or installation tools and the like under the same deck area, simultaneously can reduce the main scale of the ship body and has good economical efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a living building layout for an offshore crane installation vessel has a working deck 10 provided with a living area 11, a main crane base area 12, a main crane dead zone 13 and an active working area 14. A living building is arranged in the living area 11.
The main crane blind area 13 is located around the main crane base area 12, the living area 11 is located in the main crane blind area 13, and the working deck 10 is an effective working area 14 outside the main crane blind area. The shaded portion in fig. 1 and 2 is a living area 11.
The main crane 20 of the offshore crane installation vessel is a slewing crane.
The boundary 130 of the blind area 13 of the main crane is a circle which takes the rotation center of the main crane as the center of circle and takes the minimum rotation radius of the main crane as the radius.
The centre of rotation of the main crane is located in the middle of the main crane base area 12. The main crane base area 12 is located in the middle of the main crane blind area 13.

The problem of vibration noise of the living building can also be brought by the centralized arrangement of the living building and the main crane.
