本发明公开了一种内后视镜安装架,涉及汽车制造技术领域,它包括安装内后视镜的底座及其上的支座,还包括雨量传感器,所述底座上的中部设有所述雨量光传感器;所述底座为中部空的环体,所述底座一周均布有多个用于卡接爪簧弹片的凸起,所述底座的凸起上设有多处用于周向限位和周向结合法向限位内后视镜的凹槽;所述支座上一周均布有多个用于周向结合法向限位内后视镜的限位凸台,所述支座一侧的凸缘上设有两个用于周向限位的限位凸台。本发明可以解决现有内后视镜和雨量光传感器安装不合理,影响前方驾驶视野,及安装松动的问题。

内后视镜安装架
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于汽车内后视镜的安装架。
背景技术
目前,汽车内后视镜和雨量光传感器均布置在前挡风玻璃内表面上部,分别通过内后视镜安装底座和雨量光传感器安装底座安装,内后视镜镜体与前挡风玻璃上内后视镜安装底座之间设有支座连接。内后视镜支座上设有一限位凸台,和安装底座上的一对对称凸台配合,用于内后视镜支座与安装底座的旋转限位;安装底座上的中部通过一对对称同心的小半环的凸起和内后视镜支座上设有的双爪弹片旋转卡接,用于法向限位。雨量光传感器设置在内后视镜一侧的附件区域,并使用盖板进行遮蔽。这样的结构存在较多问题:内后视镜和雨量光传感器的安装底座均需要前挡设计黑边进行遮挡,两者分开布置的形式,黑边区域较大,影响前方驾驶视野;另外,现有内后视镜支座的双爪弹片旋转卡接,仅凸台限位,因而限位不足,且过盈旋转装配容易造成内后视镜支座和安装底座的限位凸台磨损,导致装配后松动,不能多次拆装。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种内后视镜安装架,以解决现有内后视镜和雨量光传感器安装不合理,影响前方驾驶视野,及安装松动的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本内后视镜安装架包括安装内后视镜的底座及其上的支座,还包括雨量传感器,所述底座上的中部设有所述雨量光传感器;所述底座一周均布有多个用于卡接爪簧弹片的凸起,所述底座的凸起上设有多处用于周向限位和周向结合法向限位内后视镜的凹槽;所述支座上一周均布有多个用于周向结合法向限位内后视镜的限位凸台,所述支座一侧的凸缘上设有两个用于周向限位的限位凸台;安装步骤包括:先将底座安装于前挡风玻璃内表面上部,再将雨量光传感器安装于底座内,再安装支座,即完成内后视镜总成的安装。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述底座一周均布有四个用于卡接爪簧弹片的凸起。
进一步的:所述爪簧弹片为四爪弹片。
进一步的:所述支座上一周均布有四个用于周向结合法向限位内后视镜的限位凸台。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本内后视镜安装架将内后视镜安装底座和雨量光传感器安装底座集成为一个底座,通过先安装雨量光传感器,再安装支座,使得在一个空间可以安装内后视镜和雨量光传感器,前挡风玻璃黑边区域可以减少掉原来雨量光传感器的那一部分,整个大幅减少,前挡风玻璃黑边区域宽度从原来的111.7毫米减少到38.2毫米,前方驾驶视野范围增大;支座的限位凸台从原来的一侧两片改为一周均布四个用于周向结合法向限位内相结合,另加支座一侧凸缘的两个周向限位用,再结合卡接爪簧弹片的凸起结合处也从原来的两个变为一周均布的四个,可以很好地解决限位不足问题、安装内后视镜后松动的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1至图4所示的本内后视镜安装架,包括安装内后视镜1的底座2及其上的支座3,还包括雨量传感器4,底座2上的中部设有雨量光传感器4。
支座3上一周均布有四个用于周向结合法向限位内后视镜的限位凸台7,这四个限位凸台7上设有卡爪8,使用卡爪8定位,更加牢固;支座3一侧的凸缘上设有两个用于周向限位的限位凸台7。
底座2一周均布有四个用于卡接爪簧弹片的凸起,爪簧弹片为四爪弹片,这里5是爪簧弹片的一脚,6是凸起与爪簧弹片配合处;底座2上设有配合卡爪8的卡位9,底座2的凸起6上设有多处用于周向限位内后视镜的凹槽10,并且还设有周向结合法向限位内后视镜的凹槽11,使结合更加稳固,防止松动。
安装步骤包括:先将底座2安装于前挡风玻璃内表面上部,再将雨量光传感器4安装于底座2内,再安装支座3,即完成内后视镜总成的安装。
本内后视镜安装架将内后视镜安装底座和雨量光传感器安装底座集成为一个底座2,通过先安装雨量光传感器4,再安装支座3,使得在一个空间可以安装内后视镜1和雨量光传感器4,前挡风玻璃黑边区域12可以减少掉原来雨量光传感器4的那一部分,整个大幅减少,前挡风玻璃黑边区域宽度从原来的111.7毫米减少到38.2毫米,前方驾驶视野范围增大;支座3的限位凸台从原来的一侧两片改为一周均布四个用于周向结合法向限位内相结合,另加支座3一侧凸缘的两个周向限位用,再结合卡接爪簧弹片的凸起结合处也从原来的两个变为一周均布的四个,可以很好地解决限位不足问题、安装内后视镜后松动的问题。

Claims (5)

1.一种内后视镜安装架,包括安装内后视镜的底座及其上的支座,还包括雨量传感器,其特征在于:所述底座上的中部设有所述雨量光传感器;所述底座一周均布有多个用于卡接爪簧弹片的凸起,所述底座的凸起上设有多处用于周向限位和周向结合法向限位内后视镜的凹槽;所述支座上一周均布有多个用于周向结合法向限位内后视镜的限位凸台,所述支座一侧的凸缘上设有两个用于周向限位的限位凸台;
安装步骤包括:先将底座安装于前挡风玻璃内表面上部,再将雨量光传感器安装于底座内,再安装支座,即完成内后视镜总成的安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内后视镜安装架,其特征在于:所述底座一周均布有四个用于卡接爪簧弹片的凸起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的内后视镜安装架,其特征在于:所述爪簧弹片为四爪弹片。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的内后视镜安装架,其特征在于:所述支座上一周均布有四个用于周向结合法向限位内后视镜的限位凸台。
5.根据权利要求4所述的内后视镜安装架,其特征在于:所述支座上一周均布的四个限位凸台上设有卡爪。
