Abstract

本发明提供一种背光模块及显示装置,该背光模块包括:玻璃背板,其包括:平坦部;至少一散射部,所述散射部位于所述平坦部上,其中所述散射部的内表面设置有扩散层。本发明的背光模块及显示装置,能够简化背光模块的制程工艺,提高组装效率。

Description

一种背光模块及显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种背光模块及显示装置。
【背景技术】
由于玻璃相比于传统金属,具有表面平整光洁、可丝印、刻蚀不同的外观图案等优点,因此逐渐被应用在背光模块中。
现有的背板模块主要为直下式结构,通常包括玻璃背板、导光板和光学膜片,其中导光板和光学膜片依次位于玻璃背板上,然而由于现有的背光模组需要组装导光板和光学膜片,导致背光模块的制程工艺较复杂,降低了组装效率。
因此,有必要提供一种背光模块及显示装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模块及显示装置,能够简化背光模块的制程工艺,提高组装效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种背光模块,其包括:
玻璃背板,其包括:
平坦部;
至少一散射部,所述散射部位于所述平坦部上,其中所述散射部的内表面设置有扩散层。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述背光模块。
本发明的背光模块及显示装置,包括玻璃背板,其包括;平坦部和至少一散射部,所述散射部位于所述平坦部上,其中所述散射部的内表面设置有扩散层;由于在平坦部上增加散射部,且在散射部的内表面设置扩散层,因此有助于背光光源的散射,节省导光板和光学膜片,简化了背光模块的制程工艺,提高组装效率。

【具体实施方式】
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。
请参照图1和2,图1为本发明实施例一的背光模块的第一种结构示意图。
如图1所示,本实施例的背光模块10包括玻璃背板,玻璃背板包括平坦部11和四个散射部12,所述散射部12位于所述平坦部11上,其中所述散射部12的内表面设置有扩散层21。可以理解的,所述散射部12的数量不限于此,可以为一个或者一个以上。
所述背光模块还包括至少一灯条13;且所述灯条13与所述散射部12的位置对应。在一实施方式中,所述灯条13与所述散射部12一一对应。在另一实施方式中,多个散射部12对应一灯条13。所述灯条13可为LED灯条。
为了提高光线的利用率,所述玻璃背板具有一容纳腔101,所述灯条13位于所述容纳腔101内。比如在一实施方式中,所述玻璃背板为中空结构,也即上表面和下面板之间是空心的,所述灯条13固定在所述平坦部11的底部上。当然可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,所述灯条13也可位于玻璃背板的外部。在另一实施方式中,所述玻璃背板为实心结构,可在设置灯条的位置设置凹槽,以将灯条安装在此。
如图2所示,为了提高光线的利用率,所述平坦部11的底部的内表面设置有反射层15,所述发射层15在所述平坦部11的底部的正投影与所述灯条13在所述平坦部11的底部的正投影不重叠。
其中所述散射部12的形状与透镜(lens)的形状相同。在一实施方式中,所述散射部12的截面形状包括半圆形和椭圆形中的至少一种,当然可以理解的,所述散射部的截面形状还可为其他形状。该截面形状为纵截面形状。其中所述散射部12的外表面也可设置有所述扩散层。
由于在平坦部上增加散射部,且在散射部的内表面设置扩散层,因此有助于背光光源散射,节省导光板和光学膜片,从而简化了背光模块的制程工艺,提高了组装效率。此外由于可设置较多的灯条,因此可以减少灯条本身的功率,进而减少发热量,避免背光模块的温度过高。
请参照图3和4,图3为本发明实施例二的背光模块的第一种结构示意图。
如图3所示,本实施例的背光模块与上一实施例的区别在于;本实施例的灯条13通过支撑件14固定在所述平坦部11的底部上。其中所述灯条13的高度大于或等于所述平坦部11的高度。
为了提高光线的利用率,如图4所示,所述平坦部11的底部的内表面设置有反射层15,所述发射层15在所述平坦部11的底部的正投影与所述支撑件14在所述平坦部11的底部的正投影不重叠。如图5所示,为了进一步提高光线的利用率,所述发射层15在所述平坦部11的底部的正投影与所述灯条13在所述平坦部11的底部的正投影不重叠,也即此时在所述支撑件14上未覆盖灯条的位置也设置有反射层15。
由于在灯条的高度大于等于平坦部的高度,因此可以进一步提高出光率,降低了功耗,降低背光模块的热量。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,如图6所示,所述显示装置包括背光模块10,还可包括背框20和液晶显示面板30。
所述背框20设于所述背光模块10的两侧,其中所述背框20包括竖直部23和水平部24,所述竖直部23的底端固定在所述玻璃背板上,所述水平部24设置在所述竖直部23的顶端,所述水平部24与所述竖直部垂直设置。
所述液晶显示面板30位于所述背框20上。其中,所述液晶显示面板30具体位于所述水平部24上。
本发明的背光模块及显示装置,包括玻璃背板,其包括;平坦部和至少一散射部,所述散射部位于所述平坦部上,其中所述散射部的内表面设置有扩散层;由于在平坦部上增加散射部,且在散射部的内表面设置扩散层,因此有助于背光光源的散射,节省导光板和光学膜片,简化了背光模块的制程工艺,提高组装效率。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模块,其特征在于,包括:
玻璃背板,其包括:
平坦部;
至少一散射部,所述散射部位于所述平坦部上,其中所述散射部的内表面设置有扩散层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述背光模块还包括至少一灯条;且所述灯条与所述散射部的位置对应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述玻璃背板具有一容纳腔,所述灯条位于所述容纳腔内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光模块,其特征在于,
所述灯条固定在所述平坦部的底部上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模块,其特征在于,
所述灯条的高度大于或等于所述平坦部的高度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,
所述灯条与所述散射部一一对应。
7.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述散射部的截面形状包括半圆形和椭圆形中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,
所述平坦部的底部的内表面设置有反射层,所述发射层在所述平坦部的底部的正投影与所述灯条在所述平坦部的底部的正投影不重叠。
9.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的背光模块。
10.根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置还包括背框和液晶显示面板,所述背框设于所述背光模块的两侧,所述液晶显示面板位于所述背框上。
