Abstract

本发明提供一种八缸空气压缩机,包括双轴电机,双轴电机包括定子和设于定子两端的转子轴,两侧转子轴分别连接有结构相同的齿轮箱;齿轮箱包括主动齿轮、传动齿轮和输出齿轮,主动齿轮固定于齿轮箱底部且与转子轴连接,传动齿轮设于齿轮箱中部且与主动齿轮啮合,两个输出齿轮两侧对称设于齿轮箱顶部且分别与传动齿轮啮合,输出齿轮中心穿设有输出轴,输出轴两端分别安装有偏心轮;每个偏心轮上方对应设有一个气缸,气缸包括气缸箱、连杆活塞和偏心轮轴承,连杆活塞顶部活动设于气缸箱,连杆活塞底部通过偏心轮轴承与偏心轮连接,具有结构紧凑、便于运输,压缩效率和工作效率高的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于空气压缩机技术领域,具体涉及一种八缸空气压缩机。
背景技术
空气压缩机是一种用以压缩气体的设备。空气压缩机与水泵构造类似,按工作原理 可分为三大类:容积型、动力型(速度型或透平型)、热力型压缩机;按性能可分为:低 噪音、可变频、防爆等空压机。现有的空气压缩机一般气缸数为1至2,储气速度严重 缓慢、影响工作效率、机器体积大、运输不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种八缸空气压缩机,以解决现有的空气压缩机气缸数较少, 存在储气缓慢、工作效率低的问题。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种八缸空气压缩机,包括双轴电机,所述双轴电机包括定子和设于所述定子两端 的转子轴,两侧所述转子轴分别连接有结构相同的齿轮箱;所述齿轮箱包括主动齿轮、传动齿轮和输出齿轮,所述主动齿轮固定于所述齿轮箱底部且与所述转子轴连接,所述 传动齿轮设于所述齿轮箱中部且与所述主动齿轮啮合,两个所述输出齿轮两侧对称设于 所述齿轮箱顶部且分别与所述传动齿轮啮合,所述输出齿轮中心穿设有输出轴,所述输 出轴两端分别安装有偏心轮;每个所述偏心轮上方对应设有一个气缸,所述气缸包括气 缸箱、连杆活塞和偏心轮轴承,所述连杆活塞顶部活动设于所述气缸箱,所述连杆活塞 底部通过所述偏心轮轴承与所述偏心轮连接。
进一步的,所述转子轴端部设置有散热风叶。
进一步的,所述连杆活塞包括一体成型的活塞结构和连杆结构,所述活塞结构的上 端部设置有活塞皮圈。
进一步的,所述气缸上方安装有气缸压板,所述气缸压板上装有四组进气阀和出气 阀;所述气缸压板与所述气缸之间设有气缸密封圈。
进一步的,所述气缸压板上方设置有储气箱,所述储气箱上开设有与进气阀和出气 阀对应的进气孔和出气孔。
进一步的,所述进气孔内设有进气消音器。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种八缸空气压缩机,通过一个电机带动八个气缸进行工作,提升空气压缩 机储气速度、提高工作效率;通过齿轮箱内主动齿轮、传动齿轮和输出齿轮,设备结构紧凑,机器体积小、便于运输。

具体实施方式
如图1-5所示,一种八缸空气压缩机,包括双轴电机1,双轴电机1包括定子11 和设于定子11两端的转子轴12,两侧转子轴12分别连接有结构相同的齿轮箱2,转子 轴12端部设置有散热风叶24;齿轮箱2包括主动齿轮21、传动齿轮22和输出齿轮23, 主动齿轮21固定于齿轮箱2底部且与转子轴12连接,传动齿轮22设于齿轮箱2中部 且与主动齿轮21啮合,两个输出齿轮23两侧对称设于齿轮箱2顶部且分别与传动齿轮 22啮合,输出齿轮23中心穿设有输出轴4,输出轴4两端分别安装有偏心轮3;每个偏 心轮3上方对应设有一个气缸5,气缸5包括气缸箱51、连杆活塞52和偏心轮轴承53, 连杆活塞52顶部活动设于气缸箱51,连杆活塞52底部通过偏心轮轴承53与偏心轮3 连接,连杆活塞52包括一体成型的活塞结构和连杆结构,活塞结构的上端部设置有活 塞皮圈54。
气缸5上方安装有气缸压板6,气缸压板6上装有四组进气阀61和出气阀62;气 缸压板6与气缸5之间设有气缸密封圈63,气缸压板6上方设置有储气箱7,储气箱7 上开设有与进气阀61和出气阀62对应的进气孔71和出气孔72,进气孔71内设有进气 消音器。
双轴电机1靠6205轴承固定在齿轮箱2上,主动齿轮21与散热风叶24安装在转 子轴12上面;传动齿轮22靠6203轴承安装固定在齿轮箱2中部,主动齿轮21与传动 齿轮22相互咬合传递相互旋转运动,输出轴4靠6204轴承安装固定在齿轮箱2上,偏 心轮3与输出齿轮23安装在输出轴4上面,连杆活塞52通过6908轴承安装在偏心轮3 上,同时也安装在气缸5里面;活塞皮圈54装在连杆活塞52上;输出齿轮23与传动 齿轮22相互咬合传递相互旋转运动;输出齿轮23旋转运动通过输出轴4带动偏心轮3 做旋转运动,偏心轮3的旋转运动带动连杆活塞52在气缸5里面做直线往复运动;气 缸5与气缸压板6中间设有气缸密封圈63,使气缸5里面产生的真空通过出气阀62, 进气阀61进行往复的换气运动;气缸5安装在气缸箱51里面,出气阀,62和进气阀61 安装在气缸压板6上面;储气箱7,气缸压板6通过螺钉以及定位销固定在气缸箱51 上面;储气箱7内置设有出气孔72与进气孔71结构;进气消音器通过进气孔71安装 在储气箱7上面,出气连接器通过出气孔72安装在储气箱7上面.橡胶连接脚一头安装 在齿轮箱2上面,一头与外置钢管架连接。

1.一种八缸空气压缩机,其特征在于,包括双轴电机,所述双轴电机包括定子和设于所述定子两端的转子轴,两侧所述转子轴分别连接有结构相同的齿轮箱;所述齿轮箱包括主动齿轮、传动齿轮和输出齿轮,所述主动齿轮固定于所述齿轮箱底部且与所述转子轴连接,所述传动齿轮设于所述齿轮箱中部且与所述主动齿轮啮合,两个所述输出齿轮两侧对称设于所述齿轮箱顶部且分别与所述传动齿轮啮合,所述输出齿轮中心穿设有输出轴,所述输出轴两端分别安装有偏心轮;每个所述偏心轮上方对应设有一个气缸,所述气缸包括气缸箱、连杆活塞和偏心轮轴承,所述连杆活塞顶部活动设于所述气缸箱,所述连杆活塞底部通过所述偏心轮轴承与所述偏心轮连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种八缸空气压缩机,其特征在于,所述转子轴端部设置有散热风叶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种八缸空气压缩机,其特征在于,所述连杆活塞包括一体成型的活塞结构和连杆结构,所述活塞结构的上端部设置有活塞皮圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种八缸空气压缩机,其特征在于,所述气缸上方安装有气缸压板,所述气缸压板上装有四组进气阀和出气阀;所述气缸压板与所述气缸之间设有气缸密封圈。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种八缸空气压缩机,其特征在于,所述气缸压板上方设置有储气箱,所述储气箱上开设有与进气阀和出气阀对应的进气孔和出气孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种八缸空气压缩机,其特征在于,所述进气孔内设有进气消音器。
