Background
With the development of green ecological agriculture, the reduction of the use amount of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is in the trend. By applying the organic fertilizer and the microbial preparation, the fertilizer can be partially or even completely replaced, and the dosage of the pesticide is reduced; the edible safety of the agricultural products is powerfully guaranteed while the yield and the quality of the agricultural products are ensured.
The current standard of the organic fertilizer is NY 525-2012, which puts requirements on indexes such as organic matter content, total nutrients and the like in the organic fertilizer. Agricultural microbial preparations are in the development stage, and no clear standard exists.
EM (Effective Microorganisms) is a common compound microbial agent and is compounded by 10 Microorganisms of more than 80, which mainly comprise photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, saccharomycetes and filamentous bacteria. The EM bacteria are easy to live and reproduce, can quickly and stably occupy the dominant position, and form a dominant community of beneficial microbial bacteria. The EM bacteria have the following main functions: organic acid, enzyme and other substances are secreted, and the release of soil nutrient components and the absorption and utilization of plants are promoted; protecting plant cell membrane system, regulating plant metabolism, enhancing immunity of plant, and improving its stress resistance; has the effects of inhibiting and killing soil pathogenic bacteria and preventing and treating diseases; the hormone such as gibberellin is secreted, the speed of activating the plant rooting is accelerated, and the plant rooting, growth, reproduction, flowering and fruiting are promoted. The common use modes of the EM fungicide are as follows: soaking seeds, dressing seeds, soaking roots and spraying leaves; fermenting and composting; spraying soil and topdressing.
The invention patent of the publication No. CN103332971B discloses a lemon ferment liquid fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The lemon enzyme liquid fertilizer is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 40-50% of lemon peel, 30-40% of peanut meal, 10-20% of bone meal, 5-10% of brown sugar, 1-2% of pectin complex enzyme, 1-2% of ferment bacteria, 0.5-1.5% of EM flora and purified water according to the weight ratio of 100: 300. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the soil environment can be improved, the vigorous metabolism of soil microorganisms is promoted, the soil activity is improved, the soil hardening is loosened, the fertility and the disease and bacteria resistance are increased, the cold and drought resistance of crops are enhanced, the soil elements are adsorbed and degraded, the vigorous growth of the crops is promoted, the quality and the yield of the crops are improved, insect pests such as insects and mosquitoes can be reduced, the use of chemical pesticides is avoided as much as possible, and the soil environment-friendly, healthy and low-cost planting method has the advantages of environmental protection, health and low-cost planting.
The invention patent of the grant publication No. CN 104892119B provides a liquid microbial agent for preventing soil hardening and a preparation method thereof. The liquid microbial agent is composed of fulvic acid, brown sugar, urea, aspartic acid, polyacrylamide, EDTA-iron, alginic acid, chinaberry seed extract, rapeseed extract, bacillus subtilis, EM (effective microorganisms), lactic acid bacteria, trichoderma and bacillus mucilaginosus. After the microbial inoculum is used for one year, the volume weight of the soil is 1.0-1.2, the total porosity is 50-55%, the ventilation porosity is 15-22%, and the total amount of heavy metals in the soil is reduced from 600mg/kg of 500-260 mg/kg of 220-260 mg/kg; when the liquid microbial agent is used for planting the linear peppers for 3 years, soil hardening does not occur.
The composite microbial agent and related products which are easy to use and excellent in effect have become market hotspots.
