Abstract

本发明公开了一种无残留的胶带用热熔胶,该热熔胶由碳五加氢石油树脂、环氧化聚丁二烯树脂、丁二烯‑苯乙烯‑二乙烯基苯共聚物、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体和抗氧剂组成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:将碳五加氢石油树脂、环氧化聚丁二烯树脂、丁二烯‑苯乙烯‑二乙烯基苯共聚物、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体和抗氧剂加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼、挤出、冷却和切粒,得到无残留的胶带用热熔胶。本发明的热熔胶可以在‑30~80℃的环境中使用,将其涂覆在薄膜基材上制备的热封胶带可以用于粘合PP、PE、PC、ABS、合成橡胶、纸、木材等产品,不仅剥离强度高,且胶带去除后产品上不会残留热熔胶。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,具体涉及一种无残留的胶带用热熔胶。
背景技术
热熔胶是一种可塑性的粘合剂,在一定温度范围内其物理状态会随温度改变而改变,而化学特性却不变,其无毒无味,属于环保型化学产品。热熔胶常温呈固体状态,便于包装、运输和存储,且生产工艺简单,广泛应用于冰箱、电缆、烟草、食品、乳业等行业。
胶带表面上涂覆有一层粘合剂,因此能够粘住物品,而将热熔胶融化后涂覆在薄膜基材上,便可以得到热封胶带。目前,市售的热封胶带普遍存在适用的温度范围窄(低温环境使用胶带易脱落)、易在被粘物表面留下残胶、剥离强度较低差等问题,无法很好地满足实际需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无残留的胶带用热熔胶。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种无残留的胶带用热熔胶,由以下质量份的组分组成:
碳五加氢石油树脂:40~60份;
环氧化聚丁二烯树脂:15~35份;
丁二烯-苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物:30~50份;
苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体:20~30份;
抗氧剂:0.5~2份。
优选的,所述碳五加氢石油树脂的软化点为95~105℃。
优选的,所述环氧化聚丁二烯树脂的数均分子量为800~2000g/mol。
优选的,所述环氧化聚丁二烯树脂中环氧基含量为7wt%~8wt%,羟基含量为2wt%~3wt%。
优选的,所述丁二烯-苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物的数均分子量为80000~120000g/mol。
优选的,所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEPS)。
优选的,所述苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的数均分子量为100000~150000g/mol。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂425。
上述无残留的胶带用热熔胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:将碳五加氢石油树脂、环氧化聚丁二烯树脂、丁二烯-苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体和抗氧剂加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼、挤出、冷却和切粒,得到无残留的胶带用热熔胶。
优选的,所述混炼的温度为140~180℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的热熔胶可以在-30~80℃的环境中使用,将其涂覆在薄膜基材上制备的热封胶带可以用于粘合PP、PE、PC、ABS、合成橡胶、纸、木材等产品,不仅剥离强度高,且胶带去除后产品上不会残留热熔胶。

实施例1:
一种无残留的胶带用热熔胶,其原料组成如下表所示:

注:
实施例1~5中各原料的指标如下:
碳五加氢石油树脂:软化点95~105℃;
环氧化聚丁二烯树脂:数均分子量800~2000g/mol,环氧基含量7wt%~8wt%,羟基含量为2wt%~3wt%;
丁二烯-苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物:数均分子量80000~120000g/mol;
苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物:数均分子量100000~150000g/mol。
对比例1:
市售某热熔胶。
测试例:
1)对实施例1~5和对比例1的热熔胶进行性能测试,测试结果如下表所示:

注:
180°剥离强度的测试标准如下:GB/T 2792-1998。
2)将实施例1~5和对比例1的热熔胶分别融化后涂覆在PP薄膜上(相同的上胶量),得到热封胶带,再将热封胶带粘贴在基材(PP、PE、PC、ABS、合成橡胶、纸和木材)上,常温放置30天,再撕掉胶带,观察基材上的胶膜残留情况,测试结果如下表所示:

Claims (5)

1.一种无残留的胶带用热熔胶,其特征在于:由以下质量份的组分组成:
碳五加氢石油树脂:40~60份;
环氧化聚丁二烯树脂:15~35份;
丁二烯-苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物:30~50份;
苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体:20~30份;
抗氧剂:0.5~2份;
所述环氧化聚丁二烯树脂的数均分子量为800~2000g/mol;
所述环氧化聚丁二烯树脂中环氧基含量为7wt%~8wt%,羟基含量为2wt%~3wt%;
所述丁二烯-苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物的数均分子量为80000~120000g/mol;
所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物;
所述苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的数均分子量为100000~150000g/mol。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无残留的胶带用热熔胶,其特征在于:所述碳五加氢石油树脂的软化点为95~105℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的无残留的胶带用热熔胶,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂425。
4.权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的无残留的胶带用热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将碳五加氢石油树脂、环氧化聚丁二烯树脂、丁二烯-苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体和抗氧剂加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼、挤出、冷却和切粒,得到无残留的胶带用热熔胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混炼的温度为140~180℃。
