Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高低温密封胶及其制备方法和应用,该密封胶包括以下原料:环氧化的羟基封端的聚丁二烯、聚苯乙烯‑聚异戊二烯‑聚苯乙烯共聚物、增粘剂和抗老化剂。本发明的密封胶在‑30~80℃的温度范围内仍然能保持优异的粘性,对于PE材料的180°的剥离力≥22N/25mm,90°的剥离力≥30N/25mm;对于EPDM材料的180°的剥离力≥9N/25mm,90°的剥离力≥16N/25mm;对于喷漆门的180°的剥离力≥35N/25mm,90°的剥离力≥28N/25mm,不会出现脱胶的现象。本发明的密封胶尤其适用于PE材料、EPDM材料、喷漆门和塑料门。

一种耐高低温的密封胶及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及胶水领域,尤其涉及一种耐高低温的密封胶及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
密封胶是指密封面形状而变形,不易流淌,有一定粘结性的密封材料。按硫化方法的不同可以分为湿空气硫化型密封胶和化学硫化型密封胶;按形态的不同可分为膏状密封胶、液体弹性体密封胶、热熔密封胶;按施工后的性能可分为固化型密封胶和非固化型密封胶,密封胶的应用范围非常广,可以粘结皮革、玻璃、金属、门窗、塑料、纺织品等。
目前市场上销售的密封胶产品,大多无法同时满足高低温的性能要求,在温度变化范围大的环境中出现脱胶的问题,因而目前的密封胶无法满足市场的要求,因此,亟需开发一种耐高低温的密封胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高低温的密封胶及其制备方法和应用。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:

优选地,上述聚苯乙烯-聚异戊二烯-聚苯乙烯共聚物的数均分子量为100000~150000g/mol。
优选地,上述增粘剂选自萜烯树脂、松香树脂、古马隆树脂、石油树脂、油溶性酚醛树脂、松香甘油酯、氢化松香季戊四醇酯中的至少一种。
更优选地,上述增粘剂选自氢化松香季戊四醇酯。
优选地,上述抗老化剂选自2,2-亚甲基-二(4-乙基-6-叔丁基酚)、抗氧剂DLTP、抗氧剂BHT中的至少一种。
更优选地,上述抗老化剂选自2,2-亚甲基-二(4-乙基-6-叔丁基酚)。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述密封胶的制备方法,按照上述的原料进行称量,加入挤出机,共混、挤出,得密封胶。
本发明还提供了上述密封胶在PE材料、EPDM材料、喷漆门和塑料门中的应用。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的密封胶在-30~80℃的温度范围内仍然能保持优异的粘性,对于PE材料的180°的剥离力≥22N/25mm,90°的剥离力≥30N/25mm;对于EPDM材料的180°的剥离力≥9N/25mm,90°的剥离力≥16N/25mm;对于喷漆门的180°的剥离力≥35N/25mm,90°的剥离力≥28N/25mm,不出现脱胶的现象。
2、本发明的密封胶尤其适用于PE材料、EPDM材料、喷漆门。

6.根据权利要求1所述耐高低温的密封胶,其特征在于:所述抗老化剂选自2,2-亚甲基-二(4-乙基-6-叔丁基酚)、抗氧剂DLTP、抗氧剂BHT中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述耐高低温的密封胶,其特征在于:所述抗老化剂选自2,2-亚甲基-二(4-乙基-6-叔丁基酚)。
8.权利要求1~7任意一项所述耐高低温的密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于:按权利要求1~7任意一项所述的组成称取原料,加入挤出机,共混、挤出,得密封胶。
9.权利要求1~7任意一项所述耐高低温的密封胶在PE材料、EPDM材料、喷漆门中的应用。
