技术领域
本发明涉及发动机零部件领域,尤其是一种混合动力系统及具有该系统的车辆。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,混合动力系统成为了车辆新的趋势,在混合动力系统中,发动机及动力电机均可作为动力源向车辆输出动力,然而现有的混合动力系统的设计模式,在发动机停止工作,以及动力电机提供动力时,会存在有一部分动力电机做功通过齿轮链传递给发动机上的飞轮,从而产生额外的能耗,以至于会造成能量的浪费,降低电池的续航时间。
为了克服上述问题,现有技术会在动力电机提供动力时,对发动机进行锁止,然而,现有的锁止装置一般会通过卡爪等结构在动力电机单独工作时与发动机飞轮接触,对发动机飞轮进行锁止,并在需要发动机做功时,使卡爪等结构脱离与发动机飞轮的接触,使发动机飞轮回复转动。然而,由于该结构的制动力直接施加于飞轮上,且发动机飞轮的转速较高,在锁止装置对发动机进行锁止时,对发动机飞轮的冲击力较大,不容易与发动机飞轮结合,锁止效果不稳定。另外,由于混合动力系统本身就需要有较高的紧凑性,因此,不同的动力系统需要对锁止装置进行不同的设计,兼容性较低,成本较高,不利于混合动力系统的发展。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种混合动力系统及具有该系统的车辆,该混合动力系统能够在动力电机提供动力时,对发动机进行锁止,兼容性较高,结构简单,成本较低。
本发明提供一种混合动力系统,包括发动机、飞轮、动力电机、传动组件及锁止装置,所述发动机、所述飞轮、所述传动组件及所述动力电机依次相连,所述锁止装置包括启动轮、传动轴及离合器,所述离合器的一端固定于刚性壁上,另一端通过所述传动轴与所述启动轮相连,所述启动轮与所述飞轮啮合。
进一步地,所述离合器为电磁离合器,所述电磁离合器包括壳体、吸盘及衔铁,所述壳体固定于发动机缸体上,所述吸盘及所述衔铁的其中之一固定于所述壳体上,所述吸盘及所述衔铁的其中另一与所述传动轴相连,并随所述传动轴转动。
进一步地,所述衔铁设置于所述吸盘与所述启动轮之间,所述传动轴的一端与所述吸盘相连,另一端穿过所述衔铁,并与所述启动轮相连。
进一步地,所述传动轴的一端伸出于所述吸盘远离所述启动轮的一侧外,另一端伸出于所述启动轮远离所述吸盘的一侧外,在所述传动轴的两端均形成有卡槽,每一所述卡槽内均设置有以卡环。
进一步地,所述发动机缸体的侧壁向所述锁止装置所在方向凸伸形成有一安装板,所述离合器与所述启动轮设置于所述安装板的两侧,所述安装板上形成有一透过孔,在所述透过孔内设置有一轴承,所述传动轴穿设于所述轴承内,并连接于所述离合器与所述启动轮之间。
进一步地,所述壳体包括基座及盖板,所述基座固定于所述发动机缸体上,所述衔铁及所述吸盘设置于所述基座内,所述衔铁固定于所述基座上,所述盖板盖设于所述基座上。
进一步地,所述电磁离合器的静转矩大于19.43N*M。
进一步地,所述传动组件包括发动机输出轴、动力电机输出轴、传动齿轮组及动力输出轴,所述传动齿轮组包括齿圈、行星轮、太阳轮及行星架,所述行星架与所述行星轮相连,所述行星轮啮合于所述齿圈与所述太阳轮之间,所述飞轮通过所述发动机输出轴与所述齿圈相连,所述动力电机通过所述动力电机输出轴与所述太阳轮相连,所述动力输出轴与所述行星架相连。

在本实施例中,混合动力系统取消了辅助发动机启动的启动电机,发动机启动的工作可以由动力电机来完成,在原有启动电机的位置上,设置一个一端固定于刚性壁上的离合器,并将该离合器通过传动轴与启动轮相连。当混合动力系统需要动力电机单独向外提供动力时,通过使离合器结合,离合器能够阻止锁死启动轮,由于启动轮与飞轮是啮合关系,因此,就能够完成发动机的锁止,防止动力电机在单独做功时带动发动机,节约能源。由于在本实施例中,省去了启动电机,在启动电机的位置设置一与刚性壁连接的离合器,而原有的启动电机的传动轴、启动轮等相关部件的连接关系及布设位置均不会发生改变,因此,锁止装置的设置不会对混合动力系统的任何部件造成影响,能够广泛应用于各种混合动力系统中,兼容性较高。结构简单,成本较低。进一步地,通过离合器的设置,能够使飞轮与启动轮始终处于啮合状态,锁止机构在锁止时不会再对飞轮造成任何冲击,不会对飞轮造成损坏。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明进行详细说明如下。
本发明提供了一种混合动力系统及具有该系统的车辆,该混合动力系统能够在动力电机提供动力时,对发动机进行锁止,结构简单,成本较低。
图1所示为本发明实施例提供的混合动力系统的结构示意图,图2所示为图1中锁止装置位于发动机上时的结构示意图,图3所示为图1中锁止装置的截面结构示意图。如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供的混合动力系统包括发动机10、飞轮20、动力电机30、传动组件40及锁止装置50,发动机10、飞轮20、传动组件40及动力电机30依次相连,锁止装置50包括启动轮51、传动轴52及离合器53,离合器53的一端固定于刚性壁上,另一端通过传动轴52与启动轮51相连,启动轮51与飞轮20啮合。
在本实施例中,混合动力系统取消了辅助发动机10启动的启动电机,发动机10启动的工作可以由动力电机30来完成,在原有启动电机的位置上,设置一个一端固定于刚性壁上的离合器53,并将该离合器53通过传动轴52与启动轮51相连。当混合动力系统需要动力电机30单独向外提供动力时,通过使离合器53结合,离合器53能够阻止锁死启动轮51,由于启动轮51与飞轮20是啮合关系,因此,就能够完成发动机10的锁止,防止动力电机30在单独做功时带动发动机10,节约能源。由于在本实施例中,省去了启动电机,在启动电机的位置设置一与刚性壁连接的离合器53,而原有的启动电机的传动轴52、启动轮51等相关部件的连接关系及布设位置均不会发生改变,因此,锁止装置50的设置不会对混合动力系统的任何部件造成影响,能够广泛应用于各种混合动力系统中,兼容性较高。结构简单,成本较低。
进一步地,在本实施例中,离合器53可以为电磁离合器,电磁离合器包括壳体531、吸盘532及衔铁533,壳体531固定于发动机缸体上,吸盘532及衔铁533的其中之一固定于壳体531上,吸盘532及衔铁533的其中另一与传动轴52相连,并随传动轴52转动。在混合动力系统运行中,当吸盘532与衔铁533结合,传动轴52就会被锁死,离合器53就会通过传动轴52及启动轮51向飞轮20提供制动力,发动机10就会被锁止;当吸盘532与衔铁533分离时,此时启动轮51虽然与飞轮20啮合,但是其可以自由转动,启动轮51会随着飞轮20进行空转。也即,在本实施例中,启动轮51与飞轮20始终处于啮合状态,飞轮20的制动力是产生于离合器53,并依次从传动轴52及启动轮51传递至飞轮20上,制动力起始于离合器53的摩擦力,不会再对飞轮20造成任何冲击,不会对飞轮20造成损坏。为了使传递到启动轮51上的扭矩能够克服动力电机30输出的扭矩,完成对飞轮20的锁止,在本实施例中,电磁离合器53的静转矩需要大于19.43N*M。
更为具体地,优选地,衔铁533设置于吸盘532与启动轮51之间,传动轴52的一端与吸盘532相连,另一端穿过衔铁533,并与启动轮51相连。
壳体531包括基座5311及盖板5312,基座5311固定于发动机缸体上,衔铁533及吸盘532设置于基座5311内,衔铁533固定于基座5311上,盖板5312盖设于基座5311上,使基座5311及盖板5312内形成容置空间,以对衔铁533及吸盘532进行保护。
进一步地,在本实施例中,发动机缸体的侧壁向锁止装置50所在方向凸伸形成有一安装板11,离合器53与启动轮51设置于安装板11的两侧,在安装板11上形成有一透过孔111,在透过孔111内设置有轴承112,传动轴52穿设于轴承112内,并连接于离合器53与启动轮51之间。
传动轴52的一端伸出于吸盘532远离启动轮51的一侧外,另一端伸出于启动轮51远离吸盘532的一侧,在传动轴52的两端均形成有卡槽521,每一卡槽521内均设置有一卡环(图未示),通过卡环的设置,能够防止传动轴52在轴向方向的跳动。
进一步地,传动组件40包括发动机输出轴41、动力电机输出轴42、传动齿轮组43及动力输出轴44,传动齿轮组43包括齿圈431、行星轮432、太阳轮433及行星架434,行星架434与行星轮432相连,行星轮432啮合于齿圈431与太阳轮433之间,飞轮20通过发动机输出轴41与齿圈431相连,动力电机30通过动力电机输出轴42与太阳轮433相连,动力输出轴44与行星架434相连。通过传动齿轮组43的设置,能够将发动机10及动力电机30的动力啮合,以及将动力电机30的动力传递至发动机10,带动发动机10启动。
在本实施例中,混合动力系统取消了辅助发动机10启动的启动电机,发动机10启动的工作可以由动力电机30来完成,在原有启动电机的位置上,设置一个一端固定于刚性壁上的离合器53,并将该离合器53通过传动轴52与启动轮51相连。当混合动力系统需要动力电机30单独向外提供动力时,通过使离合器53结合,离合器53能够阻止锁死启动轮51,由于启动轮51与飞轮20是啮合关系,因此,就能够完成发动机10的锁止,防止动力电机30在单独做功时带动发动机10,节约能源。由于在本实施例中,省去了启动电机,在启动电机的位置设置一与刚性壁连接的离合器53,而原有的启动电机的传动轴52、启动轮51等相关部件的连接关系及布设位置均不会发生改变,因此,锁止装置50的设置不会对混合动力系统的任何部件造成影响,能够广泛应用于各种混合动力系统中,兼容性较高。结构简单,成本较低。进一步地,通过离合器53的设置,能够使飞轮20与启动轮51始终处于啮合状态,锁止机构在锁止时不会再对飞轮20造成任何冲击,不会对飞轮20造成损坏。
本发明还提供了一种车辆,该车辆包括上述的混合动力系统,关于该车辆的其它技术特征,请参见现有技术,在此不再赘述。

Claims (9)

1.一种混合动力系统,其特征在于:包括发动机、飞轮、动力电机、传动组件及锁止装置,所述发动机、所述飞轮、所述传动组件及所述动力电机依次相连,所述锁止装置包括启动轮、传动轴及离合器,所述离合器的一端固定于刚性壁上,另一端通过所述传动轴与所述启动轮相连,所述启动轮与所述飞轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述离合器为电磁离合器,所述电磁离合器包括壳体、吸盘及衔铁,所述壳体固定于发动机缸体上,所述吸盘及所述衔铁的其中之一固定于所述壳体上,所述吸盘及所述衔铁的其中另一与所述传动轴相连,并随所述传动轴转动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述衔铁设置于所述吸盘与所述启动轮之间,所述传动轴的一端与所述吸盘相连,另一端穿过所述衔铁,并与所述启动轮相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述传动轴的一端伸出于所述吸盘远离所述启动轮的一侧外,另一端伸出于所述启动轮远离所述吸盘的一侧外,在所述传动轴的两端均形成有卡槽,每一所述卡槽内均设置有以卡环。
5.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述发动机缸体的侧壁向所述锁止装置所在方向凸伸形成有一安装板,所述离合器与所述启动轮设置于所述安装板的两侧,所述安装板上形成有一透过孔,在所述透过孔内设置有一轴承,所述传动轴穿设于所述轴承内,并连接于所述离合器与所述启动轮之间。
6.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述壳体包括基座及盖板,所述基座固定于所述发动机缸体上,所述衔铁及所述吸盘设置于所述基座内,所述衔铁固定于所述基座上,所述盖板盖设于所述基座上。
7.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述电磁离合器的静转矩大于19.43N*M。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述传动组件包括发动机输出轴、动力电机输出轴、传动齿轮组及动力输出轴,所述传动齿轮组包括齿圈、行星轮、太阳轮及行星架,所述行星架与所述行星轮相连,所述行星轮啮合于所述齿圈与所述太阳轮之间,所述飞轮通过所述发动机输出轴与所述齿圈相连,所述动力电机通过所述动力电机输出轴与所述太阳轮相连,所述动力输出轴与所述行星架相连。
9.一种车辆,其特征在于:所述车辆包括权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的混合动力系统。
