Abstract

本发明公开了一种水处理专用的无纺布毡,该无纺布毡包括纤维缠结体和覆于该纤维缠结体上的聚四氟乙烯薄膜,该,纤维缠结体由第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维缠结制成,第一纤维为醋酸纤维素纤维,第二纤维为聚四氟乙烯纤维,第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维的质量比为2‑4:10‑12:5‑7,与现有产品相比,本发明水处理专用无纺布毡性能远优于传统布毡,采用醋酸纤维素纤维增大单位面积内的过滤速度,提高过滤效果,加入聚四氟乙烯纤维提高耐压性,实现强度、过滤精度、水通量和反冲洗性能方面的飞跃,并具有耐老化、抗氧化、耐酸等特性,由于聚四氟乙烯覆膜而具有稳定高通量的水处理过滤性能。

Description

一种水处理专用的无纺布毡
技术领域
本发明属于纺织化工技术领域,特别是涉及一种专门用于水处理过滤的无纺布毡。
背景技术
在21世纪的今天,人们对水污染的关切程度达到了空前。中国13亿人口中,有70%饮用地下水,660多个城市中有400多个城市以地下水为饮用水源。而地下水的污染,与工业污水排放有着密不可分的关系。现有污水处理的技术和效率都有待提高,缩短水处理中沉淀池的停留时间则能有效提高整体处理效率。
沉淀池中采用布毡过滤,能快速分离絮凝物。传统的布毡通常仅包含涤纶滤布,丙纶滤布,锦纶滤布和维纶滤布中的其中一种原料,传统布毡水通量较小,强度低,反冲洗性能差,且过滤效果较差,只能去除大颗粒杂质,小颗粒物质难以去除或去除效果不明显。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种性能优异,水通量大,强度高,过滤精度高,反冲洗性能好的无纺布毡。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种水处理专用的无纺布毡,该无纺布毡包括纤维缠结体和覆于该纤维缠结体上的聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述纤维缠结体由第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维缠结制成,第一纤维为醋酸纤维素纤维,第二纤维为聚四氟乙烯纤维,第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维的质量比为2-4:10-12:5-7。
进一步地,第三纤维为涤纶、玄武岩纤维或者活性炭滤棉。
进一步地,所述无纺布毡平均孔径为2-20μm,幅宽为3.5-4.5m,单位面积质量为50-140g/m2
进一步地,所述第三纤维为活性炭滤棉,醋酸纤维素纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维和活性炭滤棉的质量比为3:11:6。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明一种水处理专用的无纺布毡,具有以下有益效果:与现有产品相比,本发明水处理专用无纺布毡性能远优于传统布毡,采用醋酸纤维素纤维增大单位面积内的过滤速度,提高过滤效果,加入聚四氟乙烯纤维提高耐压性,实现强度、过滤精度、水通量和反冲洗性能方面的飞跃,并具有耐老化、抗氧化、耐酸等特性,由于聚四氟乙烯覆膜而具有稳定高通量的水处理过滤性能。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
一、无纺布毡
本发明一种水处理专用的无纺布毡,该无纺布毡包括纤维缠结体和覆于该纤维缠结体上的聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述纤维缠结体由第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维采用常规的针刺或水刺工艺使纤维缠结而制成,第一纤维为醋酸纤维素纤维,第二纤维为聚四氟乙烯纤维,第三纤维为涤纶、玄武岩纤维或者活性炭滤棉。第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维的质量比为2-4:10-12:5-7。无纺布毡平均孔径为2-20μm,幅宽为3.5-4.5m,单位面积质量为50-140g/m2
聚四氟乙烯由四氟乙烯经聚合而成的高分子化合物,其结构极其稳定,简式为-[-CF2-CF2-]n-,具有优良的化学稳定性、耐腐蚀性。经过几十年的应用,是公认的塑料之王,除熔融碱金属、三氟化氯、五氟化氯和液氟外,能耐其它一切化学药品,在王水中煮沸也不起变化,且具有良好的抗老化能力、耐高温(能在正250℃至负180℃的温度下长期工作)。
本发明中纤维缠结体覆膜后,膜一侧为疏水侧,另一侧为亲水侧,形成水通道(类似流体二极管),可提高过滤精度和水通量。聚四氟乙烯薄膜疏水侧的空气层能够有效抑制汲取液中盐溶质的反向扩散,具有选择性吸附能力。
作为一种优选地实施方式,第三纤维采用活性炭滤棉,醋酸纤维素纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维和活性炭滤棉的质量比为3:11:6。活性炭滤棉指合成纤维经过浸碳加胶处理,属于纤维范畴。
本发明一种水处理专用的无纺布毡,加入超强亲水性的醋酸纤维素纤维让布毡的通水能力增强,加入聚四氟乙烯纤维让布毡的恢复性能极大的提高,这种亲水性和疏水性的物质复刺使该无纺布毡的性能远优于传统布毡,实现强度、过滤精度、水通量和反冲洗性能方面的飞跃,并具有耐老化、抗氧化、耐酸等特性,无纺布毡由于聚四氟乙烯薄膜而具有稳定高通量的水处理过滤性能。本发明的水处理专用无纺布毡能选择性吸附和移除某些低含量有机物,可满足水处理高通量、精密、稳定过滤需求。
二、性能测试
下面传统滤布为丙纶滤布。
(1)孔径
孔径数据由孔径分析仪(氮吸附法)直接测得,孔径分布为每个孔径段各自的占比。由图1和图2可知,相比传统滤布,本发明的无纺布毡的孔径较小,集中在20μm以下,而传统滤布集中在80μm以下,并且30-80μm的孔径占比达50%以上,因此,本发明的无纺布毡的过滤精度较好。
(2)强度

由表1和表2可知,本发明的无纺布毡的横向断裂强力值为传统滤布的横向断裂强力值的1.7倍以上,本发明的无纺布毡的纵向断裂强力值为传统滤布的纵向断裂强力值的1.5倍以上,因此,相比传统滤布,本发明的无纺布毡的强度性能大大提升。

表3中水通量的测定数据为稳定运行后每天测3次,每次间隔一小时所得的数据,序号1-8表示稳定运行后测定的前8次数据(按时间先后排序)。
由表3可知,传统滤布的水通量的平均值为34.05L/(m2·h),本发明无纺布毡的水通量的平均值为232.98L/(m2·h),因此,相比传统滤布,本发明的无纺布毡的水通量大大提升。

表4中恢复率的测定数据为稳定运行后每天测3次,每次间隔一小时所得的数据,序号1-8表示稳定运行后测定的前8次数据(按时间先后排序)。
由表4可知,传统滤布的恢复率(与第一天运行稳定时的平均通量比值)的平均值为49.6%,本发明无纺布毡的恢复率(与第一天运行稳定时的平均通量比值)的平均值为89.4%,因此,相比传统滤布,本发明的无纺布毡的水恢复率大大提升,进而得知本发明的无纺布毡的反冲洗性能好。

1.一种水处理专用的无纺布毡,其特征在于:该无纺布毡包括纤维缠结体和覆于该纤维缠结体上的聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述纤维缠结体由第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维缠结制成,第一纤维为醋酸纤维素纤维,第二纤维为聚四氟乙烯纤维,第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维的质量比为2-4:10-12:5-7。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水处理专用的无纺布毡,其特征在于:第三纤维为涤纶、玄武岩纤维或者活性炭滤棉。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水处理专用的无纺布毡,其特征在于:所述无纺布毡平均孔径为2-20μm,幅宽为3.5-4.5m,单位面积质量为50-140g/m2
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水处理专用的无纺布毡,其特征在于:所述第三纤维为活性炭滤棉,醋酸纤维素纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维和活性炭滤棉的质量比为3:11:6。
