The web rope winding device of claim 1, wherein: the horizontal reciprocating driving mechanism comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a chain and a driving wheel driving device for driving the driving wheel to rotate, the chain is tensioned outside the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the driving wheel is in transmission connection with a power output end of the driving wheel driving device, and the sliding block is connected with the chain.
3. The web rope winding device of claim 1, wherein: the mesh collecting holes are round or oval.
4. The web rope winding device of claim 1, wherein: the upper end edge of the strip-shaped notch is turned outwards.
5. The web rope winding device of claim 1, wherein: the blunt part is an arc wrap angle.

The web rope winding device of claim 1, wherein: the winding mechanism further comprises a movable seat, the upper end of the movable seat is provided with a transverse sleeve, the lower end of the movable seat is hinged to the frame, and one end of the passive winding shaft is located in the transverse sleeve.
7. The web rope winding device of claim 6, wherein: the movable seat is provided with a handle.
8. The web rope winding device of claim 1, wherein: a front guide roller is arranged in front of the horizontal reciprocating driving mechanism and is parallel to the length direction of the sliding groove.
