在过去二十年，非织造布工业高速发展，技术日新月异，非织造布工业制品已经进入千家万户，特别是消费水平高的欧美发达国家。用非织造布制成的干、湿巾，女用卫生巾，儿童纸尿裤等，因价格低廉，方便实用，干净卫生已经进入人们的日常生活。然而，目前所使用的非织造布产品，特别是湿态状况下使用的湿巾，如果丢弃在抽水马桶，会堵塞抽水马桶底孔，家庭排水管以及城市污水管道系统，给城市管理带了不方便。

本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的湿巾纸大多作用较为单一，仅为洁面型或者保湿型，用户户外使用过程需要携带两种不同的湿巾纸的问题，本设计一面为洁面型湿巾另一面作为保湿防护型湿巾，两片湿巾通过医用乳胶分隔，能够在需要洁面时，先用具有洁面功能的一面进行擦拭，然后使用保护防护性的一面进行保湿保养，不仅节省了制作成本，湿巾材料本体为冲散型无纺布，同时兼具冲散共能，避免湿巾堵塞马桶或下水道。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种冲散型洁面湿巾，包括第一擦拭层、第二擦拭层、分隔膜，所述分隔膜为乳胶材质，所述第一擦拭层作为载体附着有第一浸湿液，所述第二擦拭层作为载体附着有第二浸湿液，能够能够在需要洁面时，先用具有洁面功能的一面进行擦拭，然后使用保护防护性的一面进行保湿保养，不仅节省了制作成本同时使用更为方面。
优选的，所述第一浸湿液包含以下重量百分比成分：薄荷提取液2.5～4.3％、海藻提取物1.2～3.6％、芦荟油0.6～1.4％、月桂酰谷氨酸钠3.5～5.0％、pH调节剂0.8～1.5％、滑石粉1.2～5.6％、分解酶0.6～0.8％、芳香剂0.4～0.8％、蜂王浆提取物0.2～12％、余量为去离子水，其中去离子水作为基液，把混合物充分搅拌混合均匀，单面使用第一浸湿液能够清理用户脸上的油污，同时能够调节pH，具有极强的清理油污洁面的功效，分解酶能够对皮肤上的油脂进行分解，加速对面部的清洁。
优选的，所述pH调节剂为乳酸、三乙醇胺、柠檬酸、甘醇酸、乳酸钠中的一种或多种，弱酸里面的离子能够促进分解酶的活性，加速油脂的分解速度，同时能够改善面部的PH。
优选的，所述芳香剂为薰衣草、柠檬、苹果、玫瑰、茉莉的一种或多种，实现增香的功效。
优选的，所述第二浸湿液包含以下重量百分比成分：海藻糖1.2～2.3％、乳酸钠0.6～1.2％、植物提取液3.2～5.6％、保湿剂12～15％、角鲨烷1.3～2.4％、芦荟提取液5.2～7.8％、水溶珍珠粉0.1～0.3％、抗氧化剂0.08～0.2％、防腐剂0.08～0.2％、余量为去离子水，其中去离子水作为基液，把混合物充分搅拌混合均匀，作为湿巾纸的另一面具有补充水分，帮助美白肌肤，抑制黑色素的产生，提亮面部肤色，淡化斑点，同时水分渗入表皮的角质层，皮肤变得柔软，肌肤自然光亮有弹性。
优选的，所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、胶原蛋白、海藻提取物的一种或多种，能够实现对面部的保湿，防止水分流失导致面部干燥的情况。
优选的，所述防腐剂为维生素E、茶树精油、三梨酸、三梨酸钾的一种或多种，能够避免保湿液变质。
为了解决技术问题，本发明还提供了一种冲散型洁面湿巾的生产方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1：备浆：将浆粕短纤维和可降解长纤维与水充分混合，制成浓度为0.02％～0.05％的浆粕短纤维与可降解长纤维的混合纤维浆料；
步骤2：利用开松设备对木浆纤维进行开松，纤维经过开松后，喂入梳理结构，经过梳理后呈单纤维状态，在锡林或刺辊高速回转产生得离心力和气流的共同作用下，纤维从针簿锯齿上脱落，经由气流输送并凝聚在成网帘上，形成纤网；
步骤3：对步骤2制得的纤维网预湿之后通过水刺机加固，依次送至第二、第三、第四道水刺装置进行水刺，每道水刺水压力逐步增大，第一道水刺水压力为2.0MPa，第二道为3.5MPa，第三道为5.2MPa，第四道为7.5MPa；输网帘速度15m/min，水刺高度40mm；保证了湿巾的强度和湿巾的冲散型。
步骤4：经水刺缠结的湿纸经初步真空脱水后输入挤水装置后再进入烘燥装置，经烘缸干燥；
步骤5：取得薄荷提取液2.5-4.3份、海藻提取物1.2-3.6份、芦荟油0.6-1.4份、月桂酰谷氨酸钠3.5-5.0份、pH调节剂0.8-1.5份、滑石粉1.2-5.6份、芳香剂0.4-0.8份、蜂王浆提取物0.2-12份、余量为去离子水，经过搅拌器充分混合得到第一混合液，对第一混合液进行加热紫外灭菌，加热温度控制在30-35℃然后冷却至室温，分解酶0.6-0.8份然后进行第二次搅拌，输送至存储罐进行储存；
步骤6：取得海藻糖1.2-2.3份、乳酸钠0.6-1.2份、植物提取液3.2-5.6份、保湿剂12-15份、角鲨烷1.3-2.4份、芦荟提取液5.2-7.8份、水溶珍珠粉0.1-0.3份、余量为去离子水，经过搅拌器充分混合得到第二混合液，对第二混合液进行加热紫外灭菌，加热温度控制在62-75℃然后冷却至室温，加入抗氧化剂0.08-0.2份、防腐剂0.08-0.2份、进行二次混合搅拌，输送至存储罐进行储存；
步骤7：把步骤4制得的布料浸入有软化剂的槽进行软化，然后对布料进行双层复合，中间夹持分隔膜，然后对双层布料分别喷淋第一混合液和第二混合液；经过软化剂进行软化，能够增加湿巾的柔软程度，提升触感。
步骤8：然后经过卷取、复卷分切，完成冲散型湿巾纸原纸的生产。
本发明的优点：
1.本设计一面为洁面型湿巾另一面作为保湿防护型湿巾，两片湿巾通过医用乳胶分隔，能够在需要洁面时，先用具有洁面功能的一面进行擦拭，然后使用保护防护性的一面进行保湿保养，不仅节省了制作成本，湿巾材料本体为冲散型无纺布，同时兼具冲散共能，避免湿巾堵塞马桶或下水道。

作为本发明的一种具体实施方式，所述第一浸湿液包含以下重量百分比成分：薄荷提取液2.5～4.3％、海藻提取物1.2～3.6％、芦荟油0.6～1.4％、月桂酰谷氨酸钠3.5～5.0％、pH调节剂0.8～1.5％、滑石粉1.2～5.6％、芳香剂0.4～0.8％、蜂王浆提取物0.2～12％、余量为去离子水，准备薄荷提取液2.5份-4.3份、海藻提取物1.2份-3.6份、芦荟油0.6份-1.4份、月桂酰谷氨酸钠3.5份-5.0份、pH调节剂0.8份-1.5份、滑石粉1.2份-5.6份、芳香剂0.4份-0.8份、蜂王浆提取物0.2份-12份、余量为去离子水，其中去离子水作为基液，把混合物充分搅拌混合均匀，单面使用第一浸湿液能够清理用户脸上的油污，同时能够调节pH，具有极强的清理油污洁面的功效。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式，所述pH调节剂为乳酸、三乙醇胺、柠檬酸、甘醇酸、乳酸钠中的一种或多种。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式，所述芳香剂为薰衣草、柠檬、苹果、玫瑰、茉莉的一种或多种。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式，所述第二浸湿液包含以下重量百分比成分：海藻糖1.2～2.3％、乳酸钠0.6～1.2％、植物提取液3.2～5.6％、保湿剂12～15％、角鲨烷1.3～2.4％、芦荟提取液5.2～7.8％、水溶珍珠粉0.1～0.3％、抗氧化剂0.08～0.2％、防腐剂0.08～0.2％、余量为去离子水，海藻糖1.2份-2.3份、乳酸钠0.6份-1.2份、植物提取液3.2份-5.6份、保湿剂12份-15份、角鲨烷1.3份-2.4份、芦荟提取液5.2份-7.8份、水溶珍珠粉0.1份-0.3份、抗氧化剂0.08份-0.2份、防腐剂0.08份-0.2份、余量为去离子水，其中去离子水作为基液，把混合物充分搅拌混合均匀，作为湿巾纸的另一面具有补充水分，帮助美白肌肤，抑制黑色素的产生，提亮面部肤色，淡化斑点，同时水分渗入表皮的角质层，皮肤变得柔软，肌肤自然光亮有弹性。

为了解决技术问题，本发明还提供了一种冲散型洁面湿巾的生产方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1：备浆：将浆粕短纤维和可降解长纤维与水充分混合，制成浆粕短纤维与可降解长纤维的混合纤维浆料；
步骤2：造纸工序，将混合后的浆料制成湿纤维层；
步骤3：水刺加固，将纤维层输入水刺设备中进行水刺得到成型无纺布；
步骤4：烘干，经水刺缠结的湿纸经初步真空脱水后经由烘箱进行烘干，然后经过卷取、复卷分切，完成冲散型湿巾纸原纸的生产。

Claims (8)

1.一种冲散型洁面湿巾，其特征在于：包括第一擦拭层、第二擦拭层、分隔膜，所述分隔膜为乳胶材质，所述第一擦拭层作为载体附着有第一浸湿液，所述第二擦拭层作为载体附着有第二浸湿液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲散型洁面湿巾，其特征在于：所述第一浸湿液包含以下重量百分比成分：薄荷提取液2.5～4.3％、海藻提取物1.2～3.6％、芦荟油0.6～1.4％、月桂酰谷氨酸钠3.5～5.0％、pH调节剂0.8～1.5％、滑石粉1.2～5.6％、分解酶0.6～0.8％、芳香剂0.4～0.8％、蜂王浆提取物0.2～12％、余量为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冲散型洁面湿巾，其特征在于：所述pH调节剂为乳酸、三乙醇胺、柠檬酸、甘醇酸、乳酸钠中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种冲散型洁面湿巾，其特征在于：所述芳香剂为薰衣草、柠檬、苹果、玫瑰、茉莉的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲散型洁面湿巾，其特征在于：所述第二浸湿液包含以下重量百分比成分：海藻糖1.2～2.3％、乳酸钠0.6～1.2％、植物提取液3.2～5.6％、保湿剂12～15％、角鲨烷1.3～2.4％、芦荟提取液5.2～7.8％、水溶珍珠粉0.1～0.3％、抗氧化剂0.08～0.2％、防腐剂0.08～0.2％、余量为去离子水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种冲散型洁面湿巾，其特征在于：所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、胶原蛋白、海藻提取物的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种冲散型洁面湿巾，其特征在于：所述防腐剂为维生素E、茶树精油、三梨酸、三梨酸钾的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲散型洁面湿巾的生产方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤1：备浆：将浆粕短纤维和可降解长纤维与水充分混合，制成浓度为0.02％～0.05％的浆粕短纤维与可降解长纤维的混合纤维浆料；

步骤5：取得薄荷提取液2.5-4.3份、海藻提取物1.2-3.6份、芦荟油0.6-1.4份、月桂酰谷氨酸钠3.5-5.0份、pH调节剂0.8-1.5份、滑石粉1.2-5.6份、芳香剂0.4-0.8份、蜂王浆提取物0.2-12份、余量为去离子水，经过搅拌器充分混合得到第一混合液，对第一混合液进行加热紫外灭菌，加热温度控制在30-35℃然后冷却至室温，分解酶0.6-0.8份然后进行第二次搅拌，输送至存储罐进行储存；
步骤6：取得海藻糖1.2-2.3份、乳酸钠0.6-1.2份、植物提取液3.2-5.6份、保湿剂12-15份、角鲨烷1.3-2.4份、芦荟提取液5.2-7.8份、水溶珍珠粉0.1-0.3份、余量为去离子水，经过搅拌器充分混合得到第二混合液，对第二混合液进行加热紫外灭菌，加热温度控制在62-75℃然后冷却至室温，加入抗氧化剂0.08-0.2份、防腐剂0.08-0.2份、进行二次混合搅拌，输送至存储罐进行储存；
步骤7：把步骤4制得的布料浸入有软化剂的槽进行软化，然后对布料进行双层复合，中间夹持分隔膜，然后对双层布料分别喷淋第一混合液和第二混合液；
