The linear driving device 3c1 is a magnetic coupling rodless cylinder sliding table, the straight strip light curtain 3c2 is a strip-shaped light curtain formed by a plurality of diffuse reflection photoelectric switches arranged at equal intervals, the vibration switch sends a signal to the microprocessor when sensing vibration, the microprocessor sends a signal to start the linear driving device 3c1 and the straight strip light curtain 3c2, the linear driving device 3c1 drives the straight strip light curtain 3c2 to move from one side of the goods shelf 1 to the other side of the goods shelf 1, therefore, the work interval of the goods shelf 1 is scanned through each diffuse reflection photoelectric switch on the straight strip light curtain 3c2, and the controller 2 calculates the position and the angle of goods through the signal fed back by the straight strip light curtain 3c 2.
The vibration switch sends a signal to the microprocessor when sensing vibration, the microprocessor sends a signal to start the linear driving device 3c1 and the straight strip light curtain 3c2, the linear driving device 3c1 drives the straight strip light curtain 3c2 to move from one side of the goods shelf 1 to the other side of the goods shelf 1, therefore, each diffuse reflection photoelectric switch on the straight strip light curtain 3c2 scans the working interval of the goods shelf 1, and the controller 2 calculates the position and the angle of goods through the signal fed back by the straight strip light curtain 3c 2; then the controller 2 sends a signal to the roller type reset mechanism 4a, the servo motor is started to drive the rubber roller to rotate through the speed reducer, and the rubber roller moves the goods pressed above the rubber roller back to the inside of the goods space; meanwhile, the controller 2 sends a signal to the cloud deck 5a and the camera 5b, the camera 5b starts to synchronously transmit pictures to the monitor, and the cloud deck 5a drives the camera 5b to align to a goods position with a problem.
In the above specific embodiment, the intelligent warehousing control system based on infrared light curtain supervision further includes a warehousing control server located in the background, and the warehousing control server is communicated with the controller 2 and the monitoring system 5 of each shelf through a wired or wireless network, and is configured to obtain a record of goods loading or unloading operation and a goods serial position record from the controller 2, and obtain a monitoring picture from the monitoring system 5.
