背景技术
地埋衬塑管道因常年埋在地下,因此对其的防腐性要求极高。中国专利CN201220621038.7公开一种2PE防腐流体输送管道,包括管体、粘接层、防护层及渗透层,其中,所述管体通过粘接层与防护层牢固结合,所述管体的内壁设置渗透层,是采用化学热处理方法渗入相应的金属或非金属元素。所述的粘接层厚度为150~270μm;所述的防护层采用高密度聚乙烯层,厚度为1.8~2.5mm。该发明专利虽然具有结构简单、吸水率低和粘接性强的优点,但是它的防腐蚀能力较差,并且容易受到蛀虫的侵蚀而引起管部受损的情况,缩短了管道的使用年限,不适合推广使用。

参看图3所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它由管道本体1、塑料内衬11、基管12、缓冲层13、钢衬14、粘接层141、防水层15、色漆层16、防腐蚀层17、第一保护层18、防腐蚀贴片19、防虫药剂191、第二保护层192、法兰2组成,管道本体1为三通结构,管道本体1内部为塑料内衬11,塑料内衬11和基管12粘接固定,基管12外侧设置缓冲层13,缓冲层13的设置能够对基管进行保护,避免由于管道本体外部受力内凹的情况下损伤基管,缓冲层13外部设置钢衬14,钢衬14和缓冲层13通过粘接层141粘接固定,钢衬14外表面设置防水层15,防水层15的设置防水层的设置使管道本体具有一定的防水性能,防水层16外表面喷涂一层色漆层16,色漆层16外表面设置防腐蚀层17,防腐蚀层17的设置提高了管道本体的防腐蚀能力,防腐蚀层17外表面固定连接第一保护层18,管道本体1底部安装防腐蚀贴片19,根据已经发布的学术报告显示,95%的管道损伤与腐蚀是来自管道底部,底部管道恰巧处在通风性和土壤电阻率最低,而湿度与温度最高的部分,因此也就不难解释为什么总是从底部开始遭受腐蚀,而防腐蚀贴片19的设置可以更好地保护管道本体1的底部不被腐蚀,防腐蚀贴片19内部设有防虫药剂191,防虫药剂191的设置可以防止蛀虫侵蚀,防止管体受到蛀虫的侵蚀而引起管部受损的情况,防腐蚀贴片19底部固定设置第二保护层192,管道本体1外部安装法兰2。
所述的法兰2设置三个。
所述的钢管本体1和法兰2的连接处安装垫片21,垫片21为橡胶垫片,垫片21的设置使管道本体1与法兰2的连接更稳定。
所述的管道本体1内部腔体为管腔3,管腔3和管道本体1一体成型设置。
所述的防腐蚀层17的材质为熔结环氧树脂。
所述的防腐蚀贴片19为一种月牙形贴片。
所述的色漆层16为红色、绿色或黑色等漆层,使管道本体1可以为多种颜色的管体。
本发明专利的工作原理:在基管和钢衬之间胶接缓冲层,使管道本体具有缓冲的功能,在管道本体底部安装月牙形的贴片,并在月牙贴片内部放置防虫药片,一旦蛀虫开始侵蚀管道本体后,防虫药片逐渐被暴露,蛀虫在防虫药剂的作用下被杀害,防止蛀虫进一步损坏管道本体。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明专利有益效果为:1、缓冲层的设置能够对基管进行保护,避免由于管道本体外部受力内凹的情况下损伤基管;2、防腐层的设置提高了管道本体的防腐蚀能力;3、防腐蚀贴片的设置进一步加强了和管道本体底部的防腐蚀能力,提高管道本体的使用寿命;4、防水层的设置使管道本体具有一定的防水性能;5、防虫药剂的设置可以防止蛀虫侵蚀,防止管体受到蛀虫的侵蚀而引起管部受损的情况。总的来说,它的结构设计合理,具有粘接、缓冲效果好的优点,并且防腐蚀能力强,还具有防水能力,延长了管道本体的使用寿命,适合推广使用。

1.一种地埋衬塑管道,其特征在于:它包含管道本体(1)、塑料内衬(11)、基管(12)、缓冲层(13)、钢衬(14)、粘接层(141)、防水层(15)、色漆层(16)、防腐蚀层(17)、第一保护层(18)、防腐蚀贴片(19)、防虫药剂(191)、第二保护层(192)、法兰(2),管道本体(1)为直管或三通结构,管道本体(1)内部设置塑料内衬(11),塑料内衬(11)外壁和基管(12)内壁热压成型,基管(12)外部粘接固定缓冲层(13),缓冲层(13)外部设置钢衬(14),钢衬(14)和缓冲层(13)通过粘接层(141)固定连接,钢衬(14)外侧设置防水层(15),防水层(15)外表面喷涂色漆层(16),色漆层(16)外壁设置防腐蚀层(17),防腐蚀层(17)往外表面涂覆第一保护层(18),管道本体(1)底部粘接固定防腐蚀贴片(19),防腐蚀贴片(19)内部镶嵌设置防虫药剂(191),防腐蚀贴片(19)底部涂覆第二保护层(192),管道本体(1)端口设置法兰(2)。
