Abstract
The application relates to an easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film for a cosmetic cover ring, which comprises an outer layer, an aluminum foil layer and a heat sealing layer, wherein the outer layer and the heat sealing layer are respectively arranged on the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the aluminum foil layer, the outer layer is connected with the aluminum foil layer and the heat sealing layer through an adhesive, the outer layer is a PET film layer with the thickness of 6-30 mu m, the aluminum foil layer is an O-shaped aluminum foil with the thickness of 6-50 mu m, the heat sealing layer is a PE film layer with the thickness of 30-50 mu m, and the PE film layer consists of 50-90wt% of ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer and 10-50wt% of PE. The application also relates to a production process and application of the easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring. The easy-to-uncovering type aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring has low heat sealing temperature when being heat-sealed with the PP or PE cover ring, high heat sealing strength and good heat sealing uniformity, and is not easy to open when being impacted by certain air pressure when being sealed with other packages after the cosmetic cover ring is compounded with the easy-to-uncovering type aluminum plastic cover film.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of composite packaging films, in particular to an easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film for a cosmetic cover ring, a production process and application thereof.
Background
Because plastic products are light in weight and high in plasticity, plastic bottles are mostly adopted as accommodating vessels in the field of cosmetic packaging. For cosmetics with larger cream oil, polyethylene or polypropylene plastic bottles are mostly adopted, and in order to avoid the oxidation of active ingredients in the cream cosmetics, the plastic bottles are usually sealed in a packaging production link, and certain technical requirements on the sealing performance are met. At present, plastic-aluminum films are mostly adopted on the market to carry out film covering packaging on cream cosmetics, and the film covering is only in heat sealing with a cover ring during packaging, so that the requirement on the heat sealing performance of the film covering is higher, and particularly, the uniformity of bonding strength is high. When the heat-sealed cover ring is buckled at the bottle mouth of the cosmetic, certain pressure can be generated on the aluminum plastic cover film in the bottle, and if the combination strength of the cover film and the cover ring is uneven, the cosmetic is easy to leak, and the product quality is affected.
The Chinese patent document CN102700819A discloses an aluminum foil sealing film and a preparation method thereof, wherein the disclosed aluminum foil sealing film comprises a protective layer, a barrier layer and a heat sealing layer, the protective layer is a gloss oil layer or a PET film layer, the barrier layer is an aluminum foil layer, and the heat sealing layer consists of 15-25wt% of polybutene, 25-35wt% of ethylene-propylene copolymer and 40-60wt% of HDPE. The aluminum foil sealing film in the patent document has excellent easy-to-open and steaming-resistant performances when being used as the sealing film of the polypropylene plastic bottle, and greatly improves the use characteristics of the aluminum foil sealing film, but in the actual use process, the aluminum foil sealing film in the patent document is found to have uneven bonding strength.
The Chinese patent document CN105059707B discloses an aluminum foil sealing film and a preparation method thereof, wherein the disclosed aluminum foil sealing film comprises a protective layer, a barrier layer and a heat sealing layer which are sequentially compounded from top to bottom, the protective layer is a gloss oil layer or a PET film, the barrier layer is an aluminum foil layer, and the heat sealing layer consists of 15-25wt% of polybutene, 25-50wt% of metallocene LLDPE and 25-60wt% of HDPE. However, the aluminum foil sealing film in the patent document still has the problem of uneven bonding strength in the sealing process with the cover ring.
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide an easy-to-tear aluminum plastic cover film for use on cosmetic cover rings, which can improve the bonding force with a cover ring made of polyethylene or polypropylene base material, and can reduce the heat sealing temperature, and can simultaneously satisfy the heat sealing strength of a PP or PE base material.
Disclosure of Invention
The first aim of the application is to provide an easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film for a cosmetic cover ring, and the second aim is to provide a production process of the easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring; a third object is to provide an application of the easy-to-tear aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring in the packaging field. The easy-to-uncovering type aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring has the advantages of low heat sealing temperature when in heat sealing with the PP or PE cover ring, high heat sealing strength and good heat sealing uniformity, and is not easy to open when being impacted by certain air pressure when being sealed with other packages after the cosmetic cover ring is compounded with the easy-to-uncovering type aluminum plastic cover film.
In order to achieve the aim of the application, the easy-to-tear aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring comprises an outer layer, an aluminum foil layer and a heat sealing layer, wherein the outer layer and the heat sealing layer are respectively arranged on the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the aluminum foil layer, the outer layer is connected with the aluminum foil layer, the aluminum foil layer is connected with the heat sealing layer through an adhesive, and the easy-to-tear aluminum plastic cover film is characterized in that the outer layer is a PET film layer with the thickness of 6-30 mu m, the aluminum foil layer is an O-shaped aluminum foil with the thickness of 6-50 mu m, the heat sealing layer is a PE film layer with the thickness of 30-50 mu m, and the PE film layer consists of an ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer with the thickness of 50-90wt% and PE with the thickness of 10-50 wt%. The adhesive is solvent polyurethane glue.
Preferably, the outer layer is a PET film layer with the thickness of 12 mu m, the aluminum foil layer is an O-state aluminum foil with the thickness of 50 mu m, and the heat sealing layer is a PE film layer with the thickness of 40 mu m.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer to PE is 80:20.
Preferably, the PE is LLDPE or/and LDPE.
Further, the PE is composed of 50 parts by weight of LLDPE and 50 parts by weight of LDPE, based on 100 parts by weight.
The ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer is preferably selected from Dow chemical Nordel IP4570 and vistalon 6602 of Ekson Mobil company. The solvent type polyurethane glue provided by the application is glue containing urethane groups and isocyanate groups in molecular chains, and is preferably LH3721AB aluminum-plastic composite double-component adhesive of Jiangsu Lihe adhesive Co. (A) Coating an adhesive on one side of an outer layer on a dry-method compounding machine, drying a solvent to obtain an outer adhesive layer, and pressing an aluminum foil layer by a compounding roller to obtain a compound aluminum foil layer;
(B) Coating adhesive on the aluminum foil surface of the composite aluminum foil layer again, drying the solvent to obtain an outer adhesive layer, enabling the outer adhesive layer to face the heat seal layer, and pressing through a composite roller to obtain a semi-finished product;
(C) And (C) curing the semi-finished product obtained in the step (B) for 48 hours at the temperature of 40 ℃ in a heat preservation room, and then performing die cutting to obtain the easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film finished product for the cosmetic cover ring.

Compared with the prior art, the easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring has the following advantages:
the aluminum plastic cover film prepared by the technical scheme has even binding force with the heat-sealed substrate and high binding strength, and is not easy to open when being impacted by certain air pressure when being sealed with other packages after the cosmetic cover ring is compounded with the easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film, so that the leakage risk is greatly reduced; the heat-sealing temperature is lower than the conventional heat-sealing temperature, so that the process requirement of the aluminum plastic cover film in the process of compounding other matrixes is reduced, the molten deformation of the heat-sealed matrixes is avoided, the aluminum plastic cover film can still keep a good shape after heat sealing, and the aluminum plastic cover film can be widely applied to the heat-sealing packaging industry of PE and PP matrixes.

Example 1:

In this embodiment, the PET film is a plastic industry limited company in Hangzhou Dahua; the aluminum foil layer 2 is O-shaped aluminum foil, and 8011 aluminum foil produced by Xiamen Xia aluminum foil limited company is selected.
The heat-seal layer 3 in this example consisted of 80wt% ethylene propylene copolymer elastomer and 20wt% PE, where PE consisted of L LDPE and HDPE, LLDPE was 50wt% and HDPE was 50wt% of the total PE mass.
The preparation method of the heat-seal layer 3 in this embodiment is as follows:
after 80 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer, 10 parts by weight of LLDPE and 10 parts by weight of HDPE were uniformly mixed in a mixer, a PE film having a thickness of 40 μm was prepared by a film blowing method, and the heat seal layer 3 required in this example was obtained.
The production process of the easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring in the embodiment is as follows:
(A) Coating an adhesive on one side of an aluminum foil layer 2 on a dry-method compounding machine, drying a solvent to obtain an outer adhesive layer, and pressing the outer layer 1 by a compounding roller to obtain a compound aluminum foil layer 2;
(B) Coating adhesive on the aluminum foil surface of the composite aluminum foil layer 2 again, drying the solvent to obtain an outer adhesive layer, enabling the outer adhesive layer to face the heat seal layer 35, and pressing through a composite roller to obtain a semi-finished product;

The heat-seal layer 3 consists of 65wt% of ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer and 35wt% of PE, the PE in this example consists of LLDPE and HDPE, wherein LLDPE comprises 50wt% of the total PE mass and HDPE comprises 50wt% of the total PE mass
The preparation method of the heat-seal layer 3 in this embodiment is as follows:
after 65 parts by weight of the ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer, 17.5 parts by weight of LLDPE and 17.5 parts by weight of HDPE were uniformly mixed in a mixer, a PE film having a thickness of 50 μm was prepared by a film blowing method, and the heat-seal layer 3 required in this example was obtained.
The production process of the easy-to-uncover aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring in the embodiment is as follows:

Comparative example 3:
the aluminum plastic cover film of this comparative example is identical to example 1 in that: the heat-seal layer 3 consists of 95wt% of ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer and 5w t% of PE, wherein the PE is LLDPE. Because the ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer content is too high, the film forming property of the heat seal layer is too poor, and the heat seal layer is difficult to process.
Performance test:
the plastic-aluminum cover films for cosmetic cover rings prepared in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested for easy-to-open property, sealability, and heat-seal uniformity using the following test methods, and the test results are shown in table 1:
1) Heat sealability test method and evaluation: the heat-seal layers of the cosmetic cover films of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were heat-sealed with a PP sheet under a heat-seal pressure of 0.2MPa for a heat-seal time of 1s, and the heat-seal equipment was an HST-H3 heat-seal tester of Jinan optical mechanical and electrical technologies Co., ltd.
Evaluation criteria: when the heat seal strength is higher than 3N/15mm and the temperature is not higher than 150 ℃, the heat seal strength is qualified, and when the heat seal strength is higher than 150 ℃, the heat seal strength is NG; a temperature of 150℃or less when the heat seal strength is more than 5N/15mm is regarded as excellent.
2) And (3) a tightness test method and an evaluation: GB/T1038-2000 "differential pressure method for testing gas permeability of Plastic film and sheet" is adopted when gas permeability is less than or equal to 0.5cm 3 At the time of/square meter 24h 0.1MPa, the sealing property is OK; when the gas permeation quantity is more than or equal to 0.5cm 3 At 24 h.0.1 MPa, the sealing property was NG.

As shown in the experimental results of Table 1, the heat sealing temperatures of the easy-to-tear aluminum plastic cover films in the embodiments 1 to 9 of the application are all lower than 150 ℃, and the easy-to-tear aluminum plastic cover films of the application have good heat sealing performance. When the mass of the ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer in the PE film layer accounts for 50-90% of the total mass of the heat sealing layer, the easy-to-tear aluminum plastic cover film and the PP or PE cover ring are subjected to actual heat sealing test, and the defective rate is less than 0.005%, wherein when the mass content of the ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer in the heat sealing layer is 80%, the heat sealing uniformity is optimal; when the mass of the ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer is less than 50% of the total mass of the heat sealing layer, the quality of the plastic-aluminum cover film which is easy to uncover is more than 0.01% when the plastic-aluminum cover film is heat sealed with the PP or P E cover ring, and the plastic-aluminum cover film is not suitable for being matched with the cosmetic cover ring for packaging; when the mass of the ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer is more than 90% of the total mass of the heat sealing layer, the film forming property of the heat sealing layer is too poor, the processing is difficult, and the cover is difficult to uncover after heat sealing. The easy-to-uncovering type aluminum plastic cover film for the cosmetic cover ring has low heat sealing temperature when being heat-sealed with the PP or PE cover ring, high heat sealing strength and good heat sealing uniformity, and is not easy to open when being impacted by certain air pressure when being sealed with other packages after the cosmetic cover ring is compounded with the easy-to-uncovering type aluminum plastic cover film.

(A) Coating an adhesive on one side of an outer layer on a dry-method compounding machine, drying a solvent to obtain an outer adhesive layer, and pressing an aluminum foil layer by a compounding roller to obtain a compound aluminum foil layer;
(B) Coating adhesive on the aluminum foil surface of the composite aluminum foil layer again, drying the solvent to obtain an outer adhesive layer, enabling the outer adhesive layer to face the heat seal layer, and pressing through a composite roller to obtain a semi-finished product;
