本发明涉及一种精密切割装置,属于机械技术领域。包括支撑架,所述支撑架上设置有水平支撑板,所述水平支撑板上设置有多个立柱,所述立柱上设置有升降气缸,所述立柱之间还设置有升降杆,所述升降杆固定到升降气缸的气缸轴上,所述升降杆上设置有切割支架,所述切割支架上设置有切割电机,所述切割电机的电机轴上设置有切割刀盘,所述升降杆上还设置有多个红外传感器。本发明的有益之处是:通过多个红外传感器检测切割距离和尺寸,然后通过升降气缸带动切割刀盘升降从而实现切割,通过多个红外传感器提高了切割的精度,本发明结构新颖,操作方便。

本发明涉及一种精密切割装置,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术:
在机械行业中,经常需要对零部件进行切割,现有的切割方法主要是利用切割锯或者切割砂轮进行切割,这种切割方法较为粗放,适合要求不高的材料切割,但是机械行业中有一些材料切割精度要求较高,不能用上述方法进行切割,针对上述问题,行业中需要一种精密切割装置,以解决行业中面临的问题。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种精密切割装置,以解决行业中面临的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种精密切割装置,包括支撑架,所述支撑架上设置有水平支撑板,所述水平支撑板上设置有多个立柱,所述立柱上设置有升降气缸,所述立柱之间还设置有升降杆,所述升降杆固定到升降气缸的气缸轴上,所述升降杆上设置有切割支架,所述切割支架上设置有切割电机,所述切割电机的电机轴上设置有切割刀盘,所述升降杆上还设置有多个红外传感器。
作为优选,所述切割支架包括支架立柱和斜拉支撑杆。
作为优选,所述红外传感器通过螺栓固定到所述升降杆上。
作为优选,所述红外传感器的数量至少为两个。
作为优选,所述支撑架的底部设置有多个滚轮。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:通过多个红外传感器检测切割距离和尺寸,然后通过升降气缸带动切割刀盘升降从而实现切割,通过多个红外传感器提高了切割的精度,本发明结构新颖,操作方便。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:一种精密切割装置,包括支撑架1,所述支撑架1上设置有水平支撑板2,所述水平支撑板2上设置有多个立柱3,所述立柱3上设置有升降气缸4,所述立柱3之间还设置有升降杆5,所述升降杆5固定到升降气缸4的气缸轴上,所述升降杆5上设置有切割支架6,所述切割支架6上设置有切割电机7,所述切割电机7的电机轴上设置有切割刀盘8,所述升降杆5上还设置有多个红外传感器9。
为了提高稳定性,进一步地,所述切割支架6包括支架立柱601和斜拉支撑杆602。
为了方便拆卸和移动红外传感器9,进一步地,所述红外传感器9通过螺栓固定到所述升降杆5上。
为了提高检测精度,进一地,所述红外传感器9的数量至少为两个。
为了方便设备的移动,进一步地,所述支撑架1的底部设置有多个滚轮101。
使用时,根据实际需要,将红外传感器9通过螺栓固定到升降杆5上,红外传感器9的间距和距离根据实际需求确定,然后将待切割的零件放置到水平支撑板2上,启动升降气缸4,通过升降气缸4带动升降杆5升降,从而实现了运用切割电机7进行切割的目的,通过多个红外传感器9实现精密切割。

1.一种精密切割装置,其特征在于:包括支撑架(1),所述支撑架(1)上设置有水平支撑板(2),所述水平支撑板(2)上设置有多个立柱(3),所述立柱(3)上设置有升降气缸(4),所述立柱(3)之间还设置有升降杆(5),所述升降杆(5)固定到升降气缸(4)的气缸轴上,所述升降杆(5)上设置有切割支架(6),所述切割支架(6)上设置有切割电机(7),所述切割电机(7)的电机轴上设置有切割刀盘(8),所述升降杆(5)上还设置有多个红外传感器(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精密切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割支架(6)包括支架立柱(601)和斜拉支撑杆(602)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精密切割装置,其特征在于:所述红外传感器(9)通过螺栓固定到所述升降杆(5)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的精密切割装置,其特征在于:所述红外传感器(9)的数量至少为两个。
