本发明涉及散热器领域,尤其涉及一种散热器散热管焊接装置。
背景技术
法兰连接是散热管的一种连接方式,在散热管与法兰焊接时,需要多次翻转散热管和法兰,并且需要保持其相对位置稳定,人工翻转稳定性差,容易导致焊接口错位,存在弊端。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种结构合理的一种散热器散热管焊接装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种散热器散热管焊接装置,包括底板、背板、定位板、焊枪架、加固板、支撑板、一号轴承、二号轴承、扣板,所述背板底部连接底板,背板内侧连接焊枪架,背板连接一号轴承外侧,一号轴承内侧连接定位板,定位板连接法兰,法兰具有多个安装孔,定位板具有多个定位杆,定位杆与安装孔相适应,定位杆连接安装孔,所述法兰连接散热管,散热管连接支撑板,支撑板具有通孔,通孔与散热管相适应,散热管穿过通孔,散热管上侧连接上防滑垫内侧,上防滑垫外侧连接加固板,散热管下侧连接下防滑垫内侧,下防滑垫外侧连接支撑板。
所述加固板连接支撑板,加固板两侧通过转轴连接扣板,扣板内侧连接支撑板,支撑板具有凹槽,扣板具有凸块,凸块与凹槽相适应,凸块连接凹槽,所述支撑板连接二号轴承内侧,二号轴承外侧连接连接板,连接板下部连接底板,底板具有限位板,限位板内侧连接连接板,限位板连接紧固板,紧固板两端具有插板,插板依次连接限位板、连接板。
有益效果:
法兰轴向均匀分布多个安装孔,定位板轴向均匀分布多个定位杆,定位杆连接安装孔,增加定位板对法兰支点及连接稳定性,避免法兰偏移脱离,导致焊接口错位,上防滑垫、下防滑垫具有防滑增大摩擦阻力作用,增加对散热管定位性,结构合理,加固板配合支撑板增加对散热管定位支点,避免其所受支撑力不均而发生倾斜,导致焊接口错位,当定位板、支撑板在一号轴承、二号轴承上转动时,带动法兰、散热管同时转动,使法兰、散热管保持相对位置稳定,避免焊接口错位,且操作简单,节省人力的同时提高焊接效率,实用性强,结构合理,紧固板加固连接板与底板间连接紧密性,当紧固板取下时,连接板与底板分离,便于将焊接后的散热管取出,结构合理。

一种散热器散热管焊接装置,包括底板01、背板02、定位板05、焊枪架06、加固板07、支撑板08、一号轴承12、二号轴承13、扣板18,所述背板02底部连接底板01,背板02内侧连接焊枪架06,背板02连接一号轴承12外侧,一号轴承12内侧连接定位板05,定位板05连接法兰03,法兰03具有多个安装孔11,定位板05具有多个定位杆10,定位杆10与安装孔11相适应,定位杆10连接安装孔11,所述法兰03连接散热管04,散热管04连接支撑板08,支撑板08具有通孔16,通孔16与散热管04相适应,散热管04穿过通孔16,散热管04上侧连接上防滑垫15内侧,上防滑垫15外侧连接加固板07,散热管04下侧连接下防滑垫14内侧,下防滑垫14外侧连接支撑板08。
所述加固板07连接支撑板08,加固板07两侧通过转轴17连接扣板18,扣板18内侧连接支撑板08,支撑板08具有凹槽20,扣板18具有凸块19,凸块19与凹槽20相适应,凸块19连接凹槽20,所述支撑板08连接二号轴承13内侧,二号轴承13外侧连接连接板09,连接板09下部连接底板01,底板01具有限位板21,限位板21内侧连接连接板09,限位板21连接紧固板22,紧固板22两端具有插板23,插板23依次连接限位板21、连接板09。
法兰03轴向均匀分布多个安装孔11,定位板05轴向均匀分布多个定位杆10,定位杆10连接安装孔11,增加定位板05对法兰03支点及连接稳定性,避免法兰03偏移脱离,导致焊接口错位,上防滑垫15、下防滑垫14具有防滑增大摩擦阻力作用,增加对散热管04定位性,结构合理,加固板07配合支撑板08增加对散热管04定位支点,避免其所受支撑力不均而发生倾斜,导致焊接口错位,当定位板05、支撑板08在一号轴承12、二号轴承13上转动时,带动法兰03、散热管04同时转动,使法兰03、散热管04保持相对位置稳定,避免焊接口错位,且操作简单,节省人力的同时提高焊接效率,实用性强,结构合理,紧固板22加固连接板09与底板01间连接紧密性,当紧固板22取下时,连接板09与底板01分离,便于将焊接后的散热管04取出,结构合理。
