Abstract
发送信息和测量接收功率的方法、设备及系统,涉及无线通信技术领域,其中该方法包括网络设备获取第一指示信息,并向终端设备发送第一指示信息,终端设备根据接收到的第一指示信息、第一信号的接收功率和参考信号的接收功率,确定第一接收功率。其中,第一指示信息用于指示第一信号的发射功率与参考信号的发射功率之间的大小关系,或者,第一指示信息用于指示第一信号的发射功率,第一信号可以为同步信号、定位参考信号和广播信号中的至少一种。由于在本申请实施例中引入第一指示信息,来得到第一接收功率,与现有技术相比,第一接收功率更准确的衡量小区的信号强度,从而有助于提高通信过程中信号的传输质量。
