Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚轮挺柱,尤其是用于燃料高压泵或用于内燃机的气门机构,滚轮挺柱具有壳体,壳体在其驱动侧的端面处具有用于周期式升降产生器的松动的滚轮,滚轮在一体式地属于桥接件的罩体中延伸,桥接件以与壳体一体式接驳的方式穿过壳体突伸并且朝壳体的从动侧的端面的方向具有用于挺柱后续部件的贴靠部,并且其中,挺柱具有至少一个用于滚轮的端侧的单独拼接的抵靠运转器件。
背景技术
按类属的滚轮挺柱,在此用于燃料高压泵的滚轮挺柱来自于DE 10 2012 212 579A1、图1A、1B。作为单独的抵靠运转器件示出一种挡圈,挡圈直接在端侧包绕滚轮并且位于壳体的环形槽中。滚轮因此直接抵靠在挡圈的较窄的内罩上运转。
具有用于另外的滚轮挺柱的滚轮的直接的轴向的挡圈固定件的另外的滚轮挺柱来自于DE 10 2006 028 348 B3的图1、2。类似于线材的固定构件在此位于挺柱的壳体的内罩上的环绕槽中。滚轮的端侧为了滚轮的轴向固定又在内侧抵靠在环形线材上运转。
在之前提到的设计中,松动的滚轮通过各自的环形部件的轴向的固定证实为是太不稳定的和非限定的。同时预计会有在端侧的接触区域中的强的磨损。
DE 10 2012 222 217 A1公开了一种滚轮挺柱,两个对置的类似于半圆的用于轴向固定滚轮的夹子从滚轮挺柱的凸轮侧的底部出发。
从DE 10 2011 083 571 A1可以得到制成的滚轮挺柱,滚轮挺柱的滚轮支承在单独的底部的兜部中,在底部中还压入保持元件。滚轮通过支持元件的横向壁轴向固定。
此外,DE 2 361 679 A示出了一种泵活塞装置,具有与凸轮反向运转的位于壳体中的滚轮。贴靠在远离凸轮的底部上的保持夹子在此利用两个平行的轴向指部包绕挺柱的外周面。指部的自由端部在此轴向固定滚轮。
此外,从DE 10 2006 041 673 A1得到在高压泵中的滚轮挺柱,其具有与偏心轮反向运转的滚轮。滚轮位于壳体的支撑兜部中。在此,在接触区域中设置特殊的磨损保护措施。
最后参考根据DE 10 2009 056 303 A1的滚轮挺柱。在滚轮挺柱的凸轮侧的用于滚轮的容纳部中设置有单独的罩体,用于直接支承滚轮。用于滚轮的侧向抵靠运转在壳体的裙部的特殊安排的内罩区段上进行。罩体可以在运转时倾斜,必须单独保持,并且可以在最不利情况下导致影响滚轮的滚道。此外,滚轮在壳体上的端侧的抵靠运转变得在制造技术比较困难。
发明内容
本发明的任务是设计一种滚轮挺柱,其具有牢固且抗磨损地固定的松动的滚轮。
根据本发明,该任务以如下方式解决,作为抵靠运转器件使用两个位于壳体的裙部的凹部中的盘形件,滚轮以其端侧抵靠盘形件的内侧地运转,盘形件与壳体的裙部的外周面齐平地或内错地布置并且通过至少一个在壳体的外周面的相应的环形槽中围箍壳体的卡环在位置上固定,卡环同样位于各自的盘形件的缝隙中。
通过这些措施存在没有提到的缺点的挺柱。不再出现可容易地安装的滚轮的位置偏差。端侧的滚轮抵靠运转现在直接通过“固定的”盘形件实现。也仅可以是与盘形件类似的盘形件可以简单地例如通过压印或冲压来制造和配对。
用于盘形件的简单的保持根据本发明同时通过至少一个环、例如在壳体的相应的环形槽中的挡圈实现。环又位于相应的盘形件的缝隙状的槽中,对盘形件进行固定。备选地,盘形件也可以螺接、填缝、粘贴、钎焊或融焊。
根据本发明的另一改进方案,桥接件直接来自于壳体的上方的驱动侧的边缘,从而罩体的精细处理(打磨、例如抛光那样的精加工等)证实为是比较简单的。
桥接件中还要提出的其可以是穿孔状的轴向穿口阻止挺柱在运行时“充气(Aufpumpen)”,并且尤其是允许润滑剂、如油或燃料顺利穿过。
在此特别有利的是,之前提到的盘形件至少在其内侧设有磨损保护层、如DLC层等,从而存在特别小摩擦的滚轮抵靠运转。清楚的是,罩体或滚轮必要时也可以设有这种层。

具体实施方式
尤其是参见图1、4,示出了用于质量经调节的内燃机的燃料高压泵的滚轮挺柱1。滚轮挺柱1具有壳体2,一体式接驳的桥接件5在壳体的驱动侧的端面3穿过壳体突伸。在最后提到的桥接件中成形有罩体18,用于升降凸轮的无栓的滚轮4以能转动的方式位于罩体中。
朝壳体2的从动侧的端面6的方向,也就是在下侧,桥接件5具有穹顶状下沉的用于作为挺柱后续部件的泵活塞的贴靠部7。
滚轮4的端侧9抵靠在单独的盘形件8的内侧11上运转。盘形件位于壳体2的裙部10的半壳状的向上敞开的凹部19中。
如从图1、2很好看出的那样,盘形件8与裙部10的外周面12齐平地延伸。在此,两个盘形件8通过挡圈14来保持,挡圈位于盘形件的缝隙15中并且保持在壳体2的环形槽13中。
最后要注意的是,桥接件5具有两个用于柴油机燃料/油的在滚轮4上对置的轴向穿口16。

Claims (4)
1.滚轮挺柱(1),所述滚轮挺柱用于燃料高压泵或用于内燃机的气门机构,所述滚轮挺柱具有壳体(2),所述壳体在其驱动侧的端面(3)处具有用于周期式升降产生器的松动的滚轮(4),所述滚轮在一体式地属于桥接件(5)的罩体(18)中延伸,所述桥接件(5)以与所述壳体一体式接驳的方式穿过壳体(2)突伸并且朝所述壳体(2)的从动侧的端面(6)的方向具有用于挺柱后续部件的贴靠部(7),并且其中,所述挺柱(1)具有至少一个用于所述滚轮(4)的端侧(9)的单独拼接的抵靠运转器件(8),其特征在于,作为抵靠运转器件(8)使用两个位于所述壳体(2)的裙部(10)的凹部(19)中的盘形件,所述滚轮(4)以其端侧(9)抵靠所述盘形件的内侧(11)地运转,所述盘形件(8)相对所述壳体(2)的裙部(10)的外周面(12)齐平地或内错地布置并且通过至少一个在所述壳体的外周面(12)的相应的环形槽(13)中围箍所述壳体(2)的卡环(14)在位置上固定,所述卡环同样位于各自的盘形件(8)的缝隙(15)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮挺柱,其特征在于,所述桥接件(5)在所述壳体的驱动侧的端面(3)附近或从该端面出发顶状地跨接所述壳体(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮挺柱,其特征在于,所述桥接件(5)具有至少一个轴向穿口(16)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮挺柱,其特征在于,所述盘形件(8)至少在其内侧(11)设有单独施加的DLC硬质材料层作为磨损保护层。
