Abstract

一种起重机的制动控制方法包括:当处于停机状态的控制起重机的变频器(200)收到运行指令时,根据运行指令启动;增加变频器(200)的输出频率至开闸延迟频率,开闸延迟频率大于制动器(500)打开所需的开闸频率;当变频器(200)的输出电流及输出转矩达到起重机当前负载所需条件后,变频器(200)向制动器(500)发出开闸指令。通过根据变频器处于不同状态以及接收的指令改变变频器的输出频率并控制制动器的打开或闭合,且持续获取变频器的输出电流及输出转矩,以及实时获取制动器的状态反馈,保证了起重机在每次升降过程中变频器有充足的输出转矩,且制动器能够充分的打开或闭合,有效防止起重机出现溜钩现象。
