Background
The blind road floor tile is generally fired by clay, and the surface of the blind road floor tile is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped bulges arranged side by side, so that when the blind person steps on the floor tile, the blind person can walk on the blind road through the touch of the soles to reduce the walking risk.
However, the existing blind sidewalk floor tiles are usually integrally formed, and the blind person walks on the floor tiles for a long time, because the contact area between the soles and the floor tiles is small, the pressure intensity is large, and the soles are pressed for a long time, the situations of acid and numb are easy to occur, so that the touch sense is reduced, and meanwhile, because the gaps between the protrusions of the blind sidewalk floor tiles are small, the blind sidewalk floor tiles are easy to become dead corners for cleaning, so that inconvenience is brought to cleaning personnel.
To this end, we propose a blind road tile to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a blind road floor tile which is convenient to clean and has small pressure on soles, aiming at the problems of poor touch feeling and inconvenient cleaning of the traditional blind road floor tile.

In the above blind sidewalk floor tile, the movable block is provided with vertically arranged bar-shaped through holes, a plurality of bar-shaped through holes are internally provided with a same limiting rod in a penetrating manner, and two ends of the limiting rod are respectively fixedly connected with the side walls on two sides of the mounting groove.
In the blind sidewalk floor tile, a closed coil is embedded in the tile body and arranged on the periphery of the mounting groove, and two buzzers are coupled to the closed coil and arranged on two sides of the tile body respectively.
Compared with the prior art, the blind road floor tile has the advantages that:
1. according to the invention, the movable block with magnetic force is arranged, so that when the blind person walks on the blind road floor tile, the movable block can move downwards under the action of the self gravity of the blind person, thereby playing a role in buffering, and relieving the discomfort of the sole of the foot caused by the long-time walking of the blind person on the raised floor tile.
2. According to the blind sidewalk floor tile, the plurality of movable blocks arranged side by side are arranged, so that the positions of the movable blocks are changed after the blind person steps on the movable blocks, the adjacent movable blocks can work alternately, the service life of the blind sidewalk floor tile is greatly prolonged, and the blind sidewalk floor tile can be conveniently cleaned by a cleaner.
3. the movable plate 12, the movable plate 12 includes a plurality of movable blocks 121 disposed side by side, the movable blocks 121 are made of magnetic materials, the magnetic pole direction of the movable blocks 121 is disposed along the vertical direction, two ends of the movable blocks 121 are slidably connected with the side walls of the mounting groove 11, it is worth mentioning that the movable blocks 121 are provided with vertically disposed strip-shaped through holes 1211, the same limiting rod 1212 penetrates through the strip-shaped through holes 1211, two ends of the limiting rod 1212 are respectively fixedly connected with the side walls of the mounting groove 11, by disposing the limiting rod 1212 and the strip-shaped through holes 1211, not only the movable range of the movable blocks 121 can be limited, but also the pressure bearing capacity of the movable blocks 121 can be improved, and the structural strength of the blind sidewalk is improved;

the permanent magnets 1311 are arranged in a columnar shape, the magnetic pole directions of the permanent magnets 1311 are arranged in the vertical direction, the permanent magnets 1311 correspond to the movable blocks 121 one by one, magnetic interaction exists between the permanent magnets 1311 and the corresponding movable blocks 121, and the magnetic pole directions of two adjacent permanent magnets 1311 are opposite, that is, the permanent magnets 1311 and the movable blocks 121 attract or repel each other, so that the movable blocks 121 are arranged in a protruding manner at intervals (as shown in fig. 1);
drive mechanism 14, drive mechanism 14 includes:
the one-way bearing 141, the one-way bearing 141 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft 131, the locking direction of the one-way bearing 141 is shown by an arrow in fig. 3, that is, the rotating shaft 131 is driven to rotate when the one-way bearing 141 rotates clockwise, and the rotating shaft 131 is not driven to rotate when the one-way bearing 141 rotates counterclockwise;

In the initial state of the embodiment, the plurality of movable blocks 121 are arranged in a convex shape at intervals, when the blind person walks on the floor tile, the blind person can step on the convex movable blocks 121, and when feeling touch, the blind person can step on the movable blocks 121 downwards, so that under the action of repulsion force between the movable blocks 121 and the permanent magnets 1311, a good buffering effect is achieved, and the condition that the blind person walks on the convex floor tile for a long time and brings discomfort to soles is relieved; the movable block 121 drives the rack 143 to move downward, and the rack 143 drives the gear 142 to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 131 rotates, and the magnetic poles of all the permanent magnets 1311 change, so that: one of them is a set of bellied movable block 121 originally receives suction, and is located a set of movable block 121 of downside originally and receives repulsion, leaves the back from the brick body 1 at the blind person, under the effect of repulsion, makes the position of two sets of movable blocks 121 exchange, has not only reduced the clean degree of difficulty of cleaning personnel to the ceramic tile, moreover, makes the loss of movable block 121 reduce, prolongs its life.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: brick body 1 is embedded to be equipped with closed coil 15, and closed coil 15 sets up in the periphery of mounting groove 11, and the coupling has two buzzers 151 on closed coil 15, and two buzzers 151 set up respectively in the both sides of brick body 1.
In this embodiment, when the position of the movable block 121 is changed, the magnetic flux in the closed coil 15 is changed, so that an induced current is generated and the buzzer 151 is powered, the buzzer 151 makes a sound, and the blind can be assisted to position the blind, especially, the two buzzers 151 are respectively arranged on two sides of the brick body 1, so that the blind can judge the position of the blind according to the volume sensed by the ears, and can make an adjustment in time, thereby improving the safety.
