技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯制备技术领域,具体属于一种光亮水性聚氨酯及其制备方法。
背景技术
光亮型树脂是织物印花粘合剂生产中常用的一种树脂,可以赋予印花表面光亮的外观,同时也可以赋予合成一定的手感。现有光亮型树脂大多采用溶剂型聚氨酯树脂,通过溶剂稀释后加入各种助剂制备而成。
现有的溶剂型聚氨酯树脂需要有机溶剂进行稀释,在使用过程中会因为溶剂挥发造成环境污染,不符合环保要求及身心健康,为此近年来人们着力于开发水性聚氨酯光亮树脂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种光亮水性聚氨酯,克服了现有技术的不足,减少有毒性有机溶剂的使用,避免有毒性的有机溶剂挥发造成环境污染,同时成品聚氨酯成膜后光泽度很高,手感柔软,耐水牢度好。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种光亮水性聚氨酯,包括组分A和组分B,所述组分A包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇70-80份、聚氧化丙烯三醇10-20份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30-40份、二羟甲基丙酸5-10份、1-2丙二醇5-10份、催化剂0.2-0.8份、三乙胺5-10份和去离子水200-250份;所述组分B包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇70-80份、聚氧化丙烯三醇10-20份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯20-30份、二羟甲基丙酸5-10份、催化剂0.2-0.8份、乙二胺0.3-0.7份、三乙胺5-10份和去离子水180-200份。
进一步,包括组分A和组分B,所述组分A包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇60份、聚氧化丙烯三醇15份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯35份、二羟甲基丙酸7.5份、1-2丙二醇7.5份、催化剂0.5份、三乙胺7.5份和去离子水225份;所述组分B包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇75份、聚氧化丙烯三醇15份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25份、二羟甲基丙酸7.5份、催化剂0.5份、乙二胺0.5份、三乙胺7.5份和去离子水190份。
进一步,所述催化剂为辛酸亚锡。
进一步,所述组分A中采用聚碳酸酯二醇UH-200,所述组分B中采用聚碳酸酯二醇PC-2000。
根据上述的光亮水性聚氨酯的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
(1)制备组分A;根据配方称取原料,将聚碳酸酯二醇UH-200、聚氧化丙烯三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,在85-90℃条件下反应1h后加入二羟甲基丙酸及1-2丙二醇,反应1h后加入催化剂并保温3.5h后,在45℃加入三乙胺中和,高速搅拌条件下加入去离子水分散乳化10min,减压脱丙酮,即得组分A;
(2)制备组分B;根据配方称取原料,将聚碳酸酯二醇PC-2000、聚氧化丙烯三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,在85-90℃条件下反应1h后加入二羟甲基丙酸及1-2丙二醇,反应1h后加入催化剂并保温3.5h后,在45℃加入三乙胺中和,高速搅拌条件下加入去离子水分散乳化10min,并加入乙二胺扩链,减压脱丙酮,即得组分B;
(3)成品包装;将步骤1中成品的组分A和步骤2中成品的组分B按照一定比例混合即可得所需乳液,将乳液分别灌装即得成品。
进一步,所述步骤3中组分A和组分B的体积比为1.1-1.5:1。
进一步,所述步骤3中包装的规格为5L、10L或者15L。

一种光亮水性聚氨酯,包括组分A和组分B,组分A包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇UH-20070份、聚氧化丙烯三醇10份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30份、二羟甲基丙酸5份、1-2丙二醇5份、辛酸亚锡0.2份、三乙胺5份和去离子水200份;组分B包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇PC-200070份、聚氧化丙烯三醇10份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯20份、二羟甲基丙酸5份、辛酸亚锡0.2份、乙二胺0.3份、三乙胺5份和去离子水180份。
根据上述的光亮水性聚氨酯的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
(1)制备组分A;根据配方称取原料,将聚碳酸酯二醇UH-200、聚氧化丙烯三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,在85℃条件下反应1h后加入二羟甲基丙酸及1-2丙二醇,反应1h后加入辛酸亚锡并保温3.5h后,在45℃加入三乙胺中和,高速搅拌条件下加入去离子水分散乳化10min,减压脱丙酮,即得组分A;
(2)制备组分B;根据配方称取原料,将聚碳酸酯二醇PC-2000、聚氧化丙烯三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,在85℃条件下反应1h后加入二羟甲基丙酸及1-2丙二醇,反应1h后加入辛酸亚锡并保温3.5h后,在45℃加入三乙胺中和,高速搅拌条件下加入去离子水分散乳化10min,并加入乙二胺扩链,减压脱丙酮,即得组分B;
(3)成品包装;将步骤1中成品的组分A和步骤2中成品的组分B按照1.1:1的体积比混合即可得所需乳液,将乳液分别灌装即得成品。
实施例2
一种光亮水性聚氨酯,包括组分A和组分B,所述组分A包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇60份、聚氧化丙烯三醇15份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯35份、二羟甲基丙酸7.5份、1-2丙二醇7.5份、辛酸亚锡0.5份、三乙胺7.5份和去离子水225份;所述组分B包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇75份、聚氧化丙烯三醇15份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25份、二羟甲基丙酸7.5份、辛酸亚锡0.5份、乙二胺0.5份、三乙胺7.5份和去离子水190份。
根据上述的光亮水性聚氨酯的制备方法,包括如下步骤,

(2)制备组分B;根据配方称取原料,将聚碳酸酯二醇PC-2000、聚氧化丙烯三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,在87℃条件下反应1h后加入二羟甲基丙酸及1-2丙二醇,反应1h后加入辛酸亚锡并保温3.5h后,在45℃加入三乙胺中和,高速搅拌条件下加入去离子水分散乳化10min,并加入乙二胺扩链,减压脱丙酮,即得组分B;
(3)成品包装;将步骤1中成品的组分A和步骤2中成品的组分B按照1.3:1的体积比混合即可得所需乳液,将乳液分别灌装即得成品。
实施例3
一种光亮水性聚氨酯,包括组分A和组分B,组分A包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇UH-20080份、聚氧化丙烯三醇20份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯40份、二羟甲基丙酸10份、1-2丙二醇10份、辛酸亚锡0.8份、三乙胺10份和去离子水250份;组分B包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳酸酯二醇PC-200080份、聚氧化丙烯三醇20份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30份、二羟甲基丙酸10份、辛酸亚锡0.8份、乙二胺0.7份、三乙胺10份和去离子水200份。
根据上述的光亮水性聚氨酯的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
(1)制备组分A;根据配方称取原料,将聚碳酸酯二醇UH-200、聚氧化丙烯三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,在90℃条件下反应1h后加入二羟甲基丙酸及1-2丙二醇,反应1h后加入辛酸亚锡并保温3.5h后,在45℃加入三乙胺中和,高速搅拌条件下加入去离子水分散乳化10min,减压脱丙酮,即得组分A;
(2)制备组分B;根据配方称取原料,将聚碳酸酯二醇PC-2000、聚氧化丙烯三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,在90℃条件下反应1h后加入二羟甲基丙酸及1-2丙二醇,反应1h后加入辛酸亚锡并保温3.5h后,在45℃加入三乙胺中和,高速搅拌条件下加入去离子水分散乳化10min,并加入乙二胺扩链,减压脱丙酮,即得组分B;
(3)成品包装;将步骤1中成品的组分A和步骤2中成品的组分B按照1.5:1的体积比混合即可得所需乳液,将乳液分别灌装即得成品。

(1)制备组分A;根据配方称取原料,将聚碳酸酯二醇UH-200、聚氧化丙烯三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,在85-90℃条件下反应1h后加入二羟甲基丙酸及1-2丙二醇,反应1h后加入催化剂并保温3.5h后,在45℃加入三乙胺中和,高速搅拌条件下加入去离子水分散乳化10min,减压脱丙酮,即得组分A;
(2)制备组分B;根据配方称取原料,将聚碳酸酯二醇PC-2000、聚氧化丙烯三醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,在85-90℃条件下反应1h后加入二羟甲基丙酸及1-2丙二醇,反应1h后加入催化剂并保温3.5h后,在45℃加入三乙胺中和,高速搅拌条件下加入去离子水分散乳化10min,并加入乙二胺扩链,减压脱丙酮,即得组分B;
(3)成品包装;将步骤1中成品的组分A和步骤2中成品的组分B按照一定比例混合即可得所需乳液,将乳液分别灌装即得成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种光亮水性聚氨酯,其特征在于:所述步骤3中组分A和组分B的体积比为1.1-1.5:1。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种光亮水性聚氨酯,其特征在于:所述步骤3中包装的规格为5L、10L或者15L。
