The preparation method of the flexible color mortar for soft stone finished product paste described in examples 1-5 comprises the following steps:
Step a, adding ordinary Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement, quartz sand, heavy calcium carbonate, fly ash, ferric oxide pigment, organic bentonite, anti-whiskering brightening agent and lignocellulose in sequence in a stirring kettle according to the formula amount under stirring, and stirring and mixing for 10min to obtain a component A;
Step B, according to the formula amount, controlling the stirring speed to be 300-500r/min, sequentially adding deionized water, high-elastic pure acrylic emulsion and soap-free polymerized silicone acrylic emulsion into a stirring tank, stirring for 2min, controlling the stirring speed to be 300-500r/min, adding a defoaming agent, a bactericide, a hydrophobic modified dispersing agent, a PH value stabilizer, an antifreezing agent, a film-forming auxiliary agent and a water-retaining agent into the stirring tank, and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a component B;
and c, when the soft stone paste is used, mixing the component A and the component B according to the formula amount to obtain the soft color mortar of the soft stone paste.

Further, the present invention also performed performance tests on the color mortars of the above examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1, and the test methods and test results are shown in table 1:
the above test results show that the color mortar prepared by using the high-elasticity pure acrylic emulsion and the flexible acrylic emulsion as the combined base materials in examples 1-5 is better than that in comparative example 1 in terms of the flexibility of the adhesive strength putty film and the dynamic cracking resistance test results. Color mortar prepared by using high-elasticity pure acrylic emulsion and flexible acrylic emulsion as combined base materials solves the problem of poor elasticity of the traditional color mortar

Claims (9)
1. The flexible color mortar for the soft stone finished product paste is characterized by being prepared by mixing a component A and a component B according to the weight ratio of 2:0.9-1.1;
The component A consists of the following components in parts by weight: 20.0 to 30.0 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 3.0 to 7.0 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 26.0 to 33.0 parts of quartz sand, 12 to 17.0 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 12.0 to 7.0 parts of fly ash, 4.0 to 7.0 parts of ferric oxide pigment, 2.0 to 6.0 parts of organic bentonite, 0.3 to 0.7 part of anti-efflorescence brightening agent and 0.3 to 0.7 part of lignocellulose;
The component B consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18.0 to 25.0 portions of high-elastic pure acrylic emulsion, 10.0 to 15.0 portions of flexible acrylic emulsion, 0.2 to 0.4 portion of defoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.3 portion of bactericide, 0.3 to 0.7 portion of hydrophobically modified dispersing agent, 0.1 to 0.3 portion of pH stabilizer, 0.5 to 2.0 portions of antifreezing agent, 0.5 to 1.5 portions of film forming additive, 0.01 to 0.06 portion of water retention agent and 8.0 to 15.0 portions of deionized water.
2. The flexible color mortar for soft stone finished product plaster according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 2:1, mixing and preparing;

The component B consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22.0 parts of high-elastic pure acrylic emulsion, 13.0 parts of flexible acrylic emulsion, 0.3 part of defoamer, 0.2 part of bactericide, 0.5 part of hydrophobically modified dispersing agent, 0.1 part of pH stabilizer, 1.5 parts of antifreezing agent, 1.0 part of film forming additive, 0.03 part of water retention agent and 11.37 parts of deionized water.
3. The flexible color mortar for soft stone finished product paste according to any of claims 1-2, wherein the flexible acrylic emulsion is a barrich RS-300A emulsion; the Gao Danchun acrylic emulsion is a Baderfu RS-9689AS emulsion.
4. The flexible color mortar for soft stone finished product paste according to claim 1, wherein the anti-efflorescence brightening agent is SEALON-1 anti-efflorescence brightening agent of Guangzhou Chengcheng commercial company.
5. The flexible colour mortar for soft stone finished plaster according to claim 1, characterized in that the lignocellulosic brand is lignocellulose FD40 from JRS company, germany.
6. The flexible color mortar for soft stone finished paste according to claim 1, wherein the antifoaming agent is a mineral oil type antifoaming agent.
