The glue feeding assembly 451 comprises a glue feeding driving element 4511 and a glue clamping portion 4512 which are connected, wherein the glue feeding driving element 4511 is connected with the frame 10 and can drive the glue clamping portion 4512 to reciprocate along the glue feeding direction so as to pull out the adhesive tape on the glue disc 4546. The glue pressing component 452 comprises a glue pressing driving part 4521 and a glue pressing part 4522 which are connected, the glue pressing driving part 4521 is connected with the rack 10, and the glue pressing part 4522 can be driven to press the adhesive tape. When the rubber taking wheel 4542 is located at the rubber taking position, the axial direction of the rubber taking wheel 4542 is parallel to the rubber feeding direction, and the rubber taking wheel 4542 can suck the cut rubber belt. When the rubber taking wheel 4542 is located at the rubberizing position, the rubber taking wheel 4542 corresponds to the rubberizing station, the axial direction of the rubber taking wheel 4542 is parallel to the axial direction of the battery cell, and the rubber taking wheel 4542 can paste the adhesive tape onto the battery cell at the rubberizing station along the axial direction of the battery cell.
In the above tape pasting apparatus, the tape feeding driving element 4511 drives the tape clamping portion 4512 to pull out the tape along the tape feeding direction, and the tape pressing driving element 4521 drives the tape pressing portion 4522 to press the tape onto the tape taking wheel 4542. Because the axial direction of the rubber taking wheel 4542 is parallel to the rubber feeding direction and the axial direction of the battery cell, when the cut adhesive tape is adsorbed on the rubber taking wheel 4542, the length direction of the adhesive tape is parallel to the axial direction of the rubber taking wheel 4542, so that the adhesive tape can be pasted on the battery cell along the axial direction of the battery cell, and the using amount of the adhesive tape is saved. Moreover, the mode of pasting the adhesive tape on the battery core along the axial direction of the battery core does not influence the tightness degree of the winding of the battery core, and the phenomenon that the battery core becomes tight after being pasted with the adhesive tape and loosens the core during discharging can be avoided, so that the production quality of the winding equipment adopting the adhesive tape pasting mechanism 45 is improved. In addition, because the adhesive tape is cut off and then attached to the battery cell, the length and the flatness of each adhesive tape are kept consistent, and the production consistency of the battery cell can be ensured.
Specifically, referring primarily to fig. 8, the glue driver 4521 includes a first glue driver 45211 and a second glue driver 45212. Before the second glue pressing driving member 45212 drives the glue pressing part 4522 to press the adhesive tape onto the glue taking wheel 4542, the first glue pressing driving member 45211 drives the glue pressing part 4522 to approach the glue clamping part 4512 in the glue feeding direction through the second glue pressing driving member 45212. After the second glue pressing driving member 45212 drives the glue pressing part 4522 to press the adhesive tape onto the glue taking wheel 4542, the first glue pressing driving member 45211 drives the glue pressing part 4522 to reset through the second glue pressing driving member 45212. In the process of resetting of the rubber pressing portion 4522, the rubber pressing portion 4522 can smooth the adhesive tape on the rubber taking wheel 4542, so that the adhesive tape is smoother. Finally, the second glue pressing driving member 45212 drives the glue pressing portion 4522 to reset.
Further, the glue cutting driving member 4531 is connected to the glue feeding driving member 4511, and the glue feeding driving member 4511 can drive the glue clamping portion 4512 and the glue cutting assembly 453 to reciprocate in the glue feeding direction together. That is, the glue cutting assembly and the glue feeding assembly 451 do not have relative displacement in the glue feeding direction. It is understood that in other embodiments, the glue cutting drive 4531 may be directly connected to the frame 10. At this time, in order to avoid that the glue clamping portion 4512 does not touch the glue cutting assembly when moving in the glue feeding direction, the glue cutting assembly needs to be arranged on the side of the glue clamping portion 4512 away from the glue taking wheel 4542. At this moment, the distance between the rubber cutting assembly and the rubber belt becomes large, and the rubber cutting knife 4532 needs to move a larger distance when cutting off the rubber belt, which is not beneficial to improving the working efficiency of the rubber coating device.
Referring primarily to fig. 8, the glue feeding assembly 451 further includes an auxiliary drive 4513, the auxiliary drive 4513 is connected to the glue feeding drive 4511, and the glue clamping portion 4512 is connected to the auxiliary drive 4513. Send gluey driving piece 4511 can pass through auxiliary driving piece 4513 drive doubling portion 4512 and move along sending gluey direction, and auxiliary driving piece 4513 can drive doubling portion 4512 and move along being close to the direction of getting gluey wheel 4542 to make the sticky tape be close to and get gluey wheel 4542, make things convenient for glue pressing portion 4522 to compress tightly the sticky tape to getting gluey wheel 4542 on.
The clamping part 4512 comprises a feeding platform 45121, a clamping driving member 45122 and a clamping member 45123, wherein the feeding platform 45121 and the clamping driving member 45122 are both connected with an auxiliary driving member 4513, and the clamping driving member 45122 is connected with the clamping member 45123. The clamping driving member 45122 can drive the clamping member 45123 to move so as to clamp the adhesive tape between the feeding station 45121 and the clamping member 45123.
Referring primarily to fig. 9, the glue dispensing assembly further includes a mounting member 4543, the mounting member 4543 being rotatably coupled to the frame 10, and the mounting member 4543 being coupled to the glue dispensing wheel 4542. The glue taking driving part 4541 comprises a first glue taking driving part 45411 and a second glue taking driving part 45412, the first glue taking driving part 45411 is connected with the rack 10, the second glue taking driving part 45412 is connected with the mounting part 4543, and the first glue taking driving part 45411 and the second glue taking driving part 45412 can both drive the mounting part 4543 to rotate so that the glue taking wheel 4542 swings between a glue taking position and a glue pasting position.
Specifically, the first glue taking driving member 45411 and the second glue taking driving member 45412 are both air cylinders, and the stroke and the thrust of the first glue taking driving member 45411 are both larger than the second glue taking driving member 45412. The first glue taking driving part 45411 can drive the glue taking wheel 4542 to move rapidly, and the second glue taking driving part 45412 can drive the glue taking wheel 4542 to be located at a glue taking position and a glue pasting position accurately. The two cooperate to enable the glue fetching wheel 4542 to move quickly and accurately.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the glue taking driving member 4541 drives the glue taking wheel 4542 to swing relative to the frame 10, so that the glue taking wheel 4542 reciprocates between the glue taking position and the glue applying position. Of course, in other embodiments, the glue taking driving member 4541 may also drive the glue taking wheel 4542 to slide relative to the frame 10, and the movement path of the glue taking wheel 4542 is selected according to the relative position of the gluing device and the winding device 40.
Further, referring primarily to fig. 7, the outer peripheral surface of the glue dispensing wheel 4542 has an arcuate portion 45421 and a flat portion 45422, the flat portion 45422 being provided with vacuum holes 45423. Thus, the adhesive tape can be adsorbed on the plane part 45422, so that the adhesive tape is more flat.
It is understood that, in the present embodiment, the gluing mechanism 45 further includes a vacuum generator (not shown) and a controller (not shown), and the vacuum generator is connected to the glue taking wheel 4542 to enable the vacuum hole 45423 to switch between the vacuum state and the non-vacuum state. The controller is electrically connected with each driving piece and the vacuum generator, and the controller can control each driving piece and the vacuum generator to act cooperatively so as to finish adhesive tape pasting.

Thus, when the rubber taking wheel 4542 moves to the rubber taking position, the rotation driving element 4544 can drive the rubber taking wheel 4542 to rotate to a position where the vacuum hole 45423 faces the rubber belt, so as to suck the rubber belt. When the glue taking driving part 4541 drives the glue taking wheel 4542 to move to the gluing position, the rotation driving part 4544 can also drive the glue taking wheel 4542 to rotate, so that the adhesive tape on the glue taking wheel 4542 is aligned with the battery cell, and the adhesive tape is glued on the battery cell. Moreover, when the rubber taking wheel 4542 rotates, the adhesive tape can be smoothed, so that the adhesive tape attached to the battery cell is smoother and firmer.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the rotation drive 4544 may be eliminated. At this time, it is necessary to set the initial position of the glue dispensing wheel 4542 so that the vacuum holes 45423 are aligned with the tape at the glue dispensing position. When the rubber taking wheel 4542 moves to the rubberizing position, the rubber taking wheel 4542 abuts against the battery cell, and the battery cell rotates to drive the rubber taking wheel 4542 to rotate so as to paste the adhesive tape on the rubber taking wheel 4542 onto the battery cell.
