Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of highway engineering machinery, and mainly relates to a pavement scarifier capable of milling a maintenance pavement and recycling milling materials.
Background
The existing scarifier is limited by the overall dimension of the whole machine, and can only be transported in a pulling mode during transportation, and the transportation mode needs to be matched with a crane, and the scarifier is lifted to a certain height to be connected with a trailer, so that two rows of lanes are occupied, and traffic jam and traffic accidents are easily caused. The operation of the scarifier is limited by the width of the road surface, so that the flexibility of the construction operation is poor. The hot air heating system of the scarifier is arranged at the middle position of the whole vehicle, so that a certain distance is formed between the hot air heating system and the road surface heated by the heater, the distance can increase the heat dissipation of the road surface heated by the heater, and the construction efficiency is reduced. The regenerant spraying mechanism of the existing scarifier is a transverse pipe for spraying, so that uneven spraying is easily caused due to the reasons of inclination of a vehicle or manufacturing errors and the like. In addition, the asphalt pipe is directly sprayed to the ground, new asphalt can only be sprayed locally, and the new asphalt and the old materials are unevenly mixed, so that the difficulty for stirring at the back is increased.
