For the escalator spot inspection monitoring device of the escalator remote monitoring control system provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention, further, by arranging the upper deck fixed state measuring device 6 and the lower deck fixed state measuring device 8, the fixed states of the upper mechanical room deck and the lower mechanical room deck can be measured in real time, and the deck state measuring data can be fed back to the remote control device 2, the remote control device 2 can further send deck fixed state information to the remote monitoring server 4, the switch states of the relevant deck fixed state measuring devices are monitored, and the occurrence of the potential safety hazard of trampling of an ascending or descending escalator caused by the fault or unfixed position of a fixed switch is prevented.
As for the communication link between the escalator point inspection monitoring device and the remote control device, not limited to a specific form, a communication part and a point inspection command receiving part for communication and interaction with the remote control device may be respectively provided, and preferably, referring to fig. 1, in order to reduce the wiring complexity, wiring or communication cost of the escalator point inspection monitoring device as much as possible, the upper deck fixed state measuring device 6 may be communicatively connected to the motor current measuring device 5; meanwhile, the remote control device 2 is in communication connection with the motor current measuring device 5; the lower deck fixed state measuring device 8 is in communication connection with the step sliding distance measuring device 7; the step sliding distance measuring device 7 is in communication connection with the remote control device 2.
When the structure is implemented, a circuit for collecting current data of the upper driving motor of the escalator is arranged on the motor current measuring device 5, a collecting circuit for collecting an assembly switch signal of an upper mechanical chamber deck is arranged on the upper deck fixed state measuring device 6, and the upper deck fixed state measuring device 6 is in communication connection with the motor current measuring device 5; an acquisition circuit for measuring the step sliding distance is arranged on the step sliding distance measuring device 7; the lower deck fixed state measuring device 8 is provided with an acquisition circuit for acquiring a lower machine room deck assembly switch signal, and the lower deck fixed state measuring device 8 is connected to the step sliding distance measuring device 7 in communication. Receiving the assembly fixing state signal of the upper deck fixing state measuring device 6 through the motor current measuring device 5, and feeding back motor current measuring information and upper deck fixing state information to the remote control device through the motor current measuring device 5; the assembly fixed state signal of the lower deck fixed state measuring device 8 is received by the step sliding distance measuring device 7, and the lower deck fixed state information and the step sliding distance measuring information can be fed back to the remote control device by the step sliding distance measuring device 7, so that the real-time automatic remote monitoring of the spot inspection information is realized. On the other hand, the remote control device can also transmit a point inspection command to the escalator point inspection monitoring device, wherein when the motor current measuring device 5 receives the remote point inspection command, the motor current parameter can be measured, and meanwhile, the upper deck fixing state measuring device 6 can be driven to detect the assembling state of the deck of the upper mechanical room in real time; when the step sliding distance measuring device 7 receives the spot inspection command transmitted by the remote control device, the step sliding distance measuring device can measure step sliding distance data in the positioning time and drive the lower deck fixed state measuring device 8 to measure the assembly state of the lower mechanical room deck in real time, thus, the remote control device can obtain the spot inspection information of the escalator only by communicating with the step sliding distance measuring device 7, the motor current measuring device 5 and the step noise vibration measuring device 3, and the layout of the spot inspection monitoring system is optimized.
In order to facilitate the implementation of the escalator point inspection work after the point inspection personnel receive the fault information transmitted by the remote monitoring server, referring to fig. 1 or fig. 4, the escalator remote monitoring control system further comprises a mobile monitoring client 9; the remote monitoring server 4 is in communication connection with the mobile monitoring client 9, and the remote monitoring server 4 updates escalator fault information and escalator point inspection information to the interface of the mobile monitoring client 9; the remote control apparatus 2 includes a client communication section 23, and the mobile monitoring client 9 can establish short-range wireless communication with the remote control apparatus 2 through the client communication section 23.
The mobile monitoring client 9 can communicate with the client communication part 23 of the remote control device 2, and can acquire escalator operation information and spot inspection information collected by the remote control device in real time. Referring to fig. 3, the short-distance wireless communication method between the client communication unit 23 and the mobile monitoring client 9 is not limited to a specific form, and for example, a bluetooth communication method may be adopted, that is, a bluetooth communication device is provided in the remote control device, so that when a maintenance worker visits a door for periodic inspection, the maintenance worker can directly connect to the remote control device through the mobile phone APP on the client to perform bluetooth communication (but not limited thereto), and receive and confirm the operation failure information and the spot inspection information in real time. Preferably, the client communication unit 23 is connected to the output buffer unit 224, the remote spot check processing unit 21 (see fig. 4, the client communication unit 23 is connected to the remote spot check instruction unit 211) and the remote control processing unit 225, respectively, so that the mobile client APP of the maintenance staff can directly transmit the spot check command to the remote spot check processing unit 21 through the short-range communication method (for example, bluetooth method) of the client communication unit 23 and/or transmit the remote control command to the remote control processing unit 225, and receive the real-time information through the output buffer unit 224, thereby realizing remote monitoring, remote control and remote spot check. Compared with a method for updating data through a remote monitoring client, the method has the advantages that the time for periodic inspection can be better shortened, the efficiency and the reliability of point inspection operation are improved, relevant deep information related to faults can be conveniently and quickly acquired, data transmission links and links are reduced, and the instantaneity of information collection and control commands is better enhanced.
For the escalator remote monitoring control system provided in embodiment 1 of the present invention, the remote control device 2 can achieve the purpose of comprehensive monitoring of the scheme provided by the present invention as long as it can collect the spot inspection information transmitted by the escalator spot inspection monitoring device and the real-time operation failure information transmitted by the escalator control cabinet 1, and transmit the collected information to the remote monitoring server 4, and is not limited to a specific structure, which can be understood by those skilled in the art. As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment 1 of the present invention, the remote control device 2 includes a remote spot-check processing part 21 for processing spot-check information and an operation information processing part 22 for processing escalator operation information, the operation information processing part 22 is in communication connection with the escalator control cabinet 1, and the operation information processing part 22 includes a fault detection control part 221 for monitoring faults; wherein the remote spot check processing unit 21 includes:
the remote point inspection instruction part 211 is in communication connection with the remote monitoring server 4 and the escalator control cabinet 1 respectively and is used for receiving and transmitting a remote point inspection instruction;
a signal transmission part 212, which is respectively connected with the remote point inspection instruction part 211 and the escalator point inspection monitoring device in a communication manner, and is used for receiving the remote point inspection instruction and then transmitting and receiving the measurement signal transmitted by the escalator point inspection monitoring device;
a ladder path communication unit 213 communicatively connected to the ladder noise/vibration measurement device 3 and to the signal transmission unit 212, for receiving and collecting the ladder path noise, vibration, and position measurement signals;
a spot inspection information calculation part 214 which is respectively connected with the ladder channel communication part 212 and the signal transmission part 212 in a communication way and is used for receiving the spot inspection information of the escalator, calculating the fault condition and outputting a fault signal;
a failure signal output unit 215 which is connected to the spot inspection information calculation unit 214 and the failure detection control unit 221 in a communication manner, respectively, and outputs a failure signal to the failure detection control unit 221;
a measurement data output unit 216, which is connected to the spot inspection information calculation unit 214 in a communication manner, and outputs the measurement data to the remote monitoring server 4.
By the structure of the remote spot inspection processing part 21, the step channel communication part 213 can be in communication connection with the step noise vibration measuring device 3 arranged at the bottom of the escalator step, and abnormal noise vibration and measured position information of each switch component in the channel acquired by the step noise vibration measuring device 3 in a stepping mode can be collected. The escalator point inspection monitoring device can be in communication connection with escalator point inspection monitoring devices (the motor current measuring device 5 and/or the upper deck fixed state measuring device 6 and/or the step sliding distance measuring device 7 and/or the lower deck fixed state measuring device 8) arranged outside the escalator through the arranged signal transmission part 212, point inspection measured data information fed back in real time is received, point inspection command receiving parts are arranged in the escalator point inspection monitoring devices when point inspection commands are received, and point inspection parameter measurement and information feedback can be carried out according to point inspection requirements when the point inspection commands are received. Furthermore, by setting the spot check information operation part 214, the self-diagnosis of the fault signal can be actively realized in the remote control device 2, the hysteresis caused by the diagnosis work performed by the remote monitoring server 4 after the transmission to the remote monitoring server 4 is reduced, the spot check information operation part 214 can transmit the spot check fault signal to the operation information processing part 21 by performing the spot check data fault operation to the step noise vibration device 3 and other spot check monitoring devices arranged outside the escalator, because the operation information processing part 21 receives the real-time states of the relevant action mechanism, the contact and the like when the escalator reacts to the operation of the escalator in real time, the operation information processing part 21 can comprehensively check the fault condition for deeper fault diagnosis, the reliability of fault information is greatly improved, and first-hand real-time data are provided for later-stage fault verification of the remote monitoring server 4. The remote spot inspection processing part 21 can also arrange the spot inspection data and the calculation result information output by the spot inspection information calculation part 214 through the measured data output part and feed the spot inspection data and the calculation result information back to the remote monitoring server 4, so that the timeliness of fault analysis is not influenced, and data information is collected and transmitted, and the remote monitoring server can be further stored in a database for later-stage fault verification or data analysis, so that the escalator remote monitoring control system provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention has higher comprehensive management capability.
The spot check information calculation section 214 is not limited to a specific organization, and the object of the invention provided in embodiment 1 can be achieved as long as the spot check data can be calculated. Preferably, referring to fig. 5, for convenience of processing, the spot inspection intelligence calculation unit 214 includes:
a noise and vibration calculation part 2141, which is in communication connection with the ladder channel communication part 213, and is used for receiving the noise and vibration measurement signal and comparing the signal with a preset value;
a noise/vibration failure determination unit 2142, which is in communication connection with the noise/vibration calculation unit 2141, the failure signal output unit 215, and the measurement data output unit 216, respectively, and is configured to receive a noise/vibration calculation result, determine a failure occurrence condition, and transmit a step internal failure signal;
a deck failure determination unit 2143 communicatively connected to the signal transmission unit 212, the failure signal output unit 215, and the measurement data output unit 216, respectively, and configured to receive upper and lower machine room deck fixation state data, determine whether an upper and lower deck failure has occurred, and output a deck failure signal;
a step sliding distance calculation section 2144 communicatively connected to the signal transmission section 212, for receiving the step sliding distance measurement data, calculating the escalator drive speed, and predicting the step sliding distance when the escalator is stopped;
a step sliding distance failure determination part 2145, which is connected to the step sliding distance calculation part 2144, the failure signal output part 215, and the measurement data output part 216 in communication, and is configured to receive a step sliding distance calculation value, determine that a failure occurs when the calculation value exceeds a reference sliding distance, and output a sliding distance failure signal;
a motor current calculation part 2146, which is connected to the signal transmission part 212 in a communication manner, and is used for receiving the motor current measurement data, comparing the motor current measurement data with a preset value, and calculating the motor fault condition;
a motor failure determination unit 2147, which is connected to the motor current calculation unit 2146, the failure signal output unit 215, and the measurement data output unit 216 in communication, and is configured to determine whether a step needs to be replaced, whether a reverse operation occurs, and whether a motor abnormal failure occurs, and output a motor failure signal.
The calculation of the step sliding distance can help to calculate the escalator braking safety performance parameters such as the step sliding average speed, the speed deviation, the speed synchronization rate, the starting acceleration, the braking deceleration, the braking stopping distance and the like in unit time, and is convenient for judging the safety performance of the escalator. If the calculation value exceeds the preset threshold value, the fault occurs, and timely correction or maintenance is required to be implemented so as to meet the safety standard of the escalator, which is very necessary for ensuring the safety of elevator passengers and the reliability of the escalator operation. The motor failure determination algorithm is not limited to the specific embodiment, and for example, when the step driving state is detected, when a load current is detected in the current data, the magnetizing current data may be detected, and when a no-load current value of the magnetizing current is detected, an operation and determination may be made as to whether or not the step needs to be replaced; calculating the current phase value when judging whether the reverse driving occurs, and calculating the reverse driving condition when the opposite phase index occurs; if the motor current value deviates from the normal reference value due to the failure of the driving components such as the motor bearing, the failure condition of the motor is calculated, and the calculation and determination method for the motor failure is not limited thereto.
For the escalator remote monitoring control system provided in embodiment 1 of the present invention, the operation information processing unit 22 can collect and monitor information as long as it can receive real-time operation information in the escalator control cabinet 1 and monitor a fault, and transmit the operation fault information to the remote monitoring server 4 terminal. In order to enhance the transaction capability of the operation information processing unit 22 of the remote control device and improve the monitoring and control level, as a specific and preferred embodiment, the operation information processing unit 22 further includes, in addition to the failure detection control unit 221, as shown in fig. 4:
an operation information buffer part 222 which is in communication connection with the escalator control cabinet 1 and is used for receiving operation information and storing real-time operation information;
a statistical calculation section 223 connected to the operation information buffer section 222 in communication, for calculating the operation performance and the operation history, and outputting an operation performance table and an operation history table;
an output buffer unit 224, which is connected to the operation information buffer unit 222, the fault detection control unit 221, the statistical calculation unit 223 and the measured data output unit 216 in a communication manner, and is used for outputting escalator operation information, operation performance and operation history information, fault information and remote spot detection information to a remote monitoring server;
and a remote control processing part 225 which is respectively connected with the remote monitoring server 4 and the escalator control cabinet 1 in a communication way and is used for receiving escalator remote control commands and remotely controlling the actions of the escalator.
By the structure of the operation information processing part 22, the operation information buffer part 222 receives and stores the real-time operation information (the real-time state, the contact state, the operation data and the like of each part related to the real-time operation of the escalator) transmitted by the elevator control cabinet, the statistical operation part 223 receives the operation data in the operation information buffer part 221, performs operation performance and operation record calculation, statistically outputs an operation performance table and an operation record table, and the fault detection control part 221 performs fault monitoring and fault detection on the fault information transmitted by the escalator control cabinet by self diagnosis, the operation data in the operation information buffer part and the fault signal transmitted by the remote point detection processing part 21, thereby improving the reliability of the fault detection result. The output buffer unit collects the operation information in the operation information buffer unit, the fault information obtained by the fault detection control unit 221, the operation history information obtained by the statistical operation unit 223 and the remote point detection information transmitted by the measured data output unit 216, and transmits the collected information to the remote monitoring server 4, so that the remote monitoring server 4 can further analyze and process the real-time operation information.
Embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a method for controlling an escalator remote monitoring and controlling system based on the aforementioned escalator remote monitoring and controlling system structure, as shown in fig. 6, including the following steps:

The escalator spot inspection monitoring device transmits the deck state information of the upper and lower mechanical rooms of the escalator, the noise vibration information of the step channel, the motor current measuring information and the step sliding distance measuring information to the remote control device, and the remote control device stores the received measuring information into an internal temporary buffer; the escalator control cabinet can control the escalator to act, simultaneously output the running state operation information of each group of devices of the escalator to the remote control device, and detect whether the current state of each group of devices of the escalator is abnormal or not. And when the remote control device is successfully connected with the remote monitoring server, the information is transmitted to the remote monitoring server. The remote control device can also periodically confirm whether a control or point inspection command transmitted by the remote monitoring server is received, if so, the remote control device transmits the control or point inspection feedback information to the server. The remote monitoring server receives the real-time information in the remote control device, stores the real-time information in the database, and can be connected with the monitoring client of the corresponding personnel if the fault information exists in the real-time information, and the monitoring client carries out further fault analysis. If the client interface displays the fault, the detection information related to the fault can be further collected by implementing a remote point inspection command, and the severity of the fault can be verified. If the fault verification result is serious, the remote monitoring client can start maintenance personnel and transmit related fault information to the maintenance personnel mobile client APP, and the maintenance personnel mobile client APP can directly carry out short-distance communication (for example, in a Bluetooth mode) with the remote control device through the client communication part after arriving at the site so as to implement faster and deeper fault point detection.

For the above control method, referring to fig. 4, passenger sensors may be respectively installed near the ascending and descending decks of the escalator to sense whether a passenger rides the escalator, and sensing signals of the upper and lower passenger sensors 10 are transmitted to the escalator control cabinet, which can recognize whether a passenger rides the escalator, to implement automatic escalator control, for example, to suspend the operation state of the escalator when no passenger rides the escalator, and to start the normal control of the escalator when the passenger rides the escalator, to implement energy saving. Referring to fig. 5, the signals of the upper and lower passenger sensors 10 are collected into the signal transmission part 212 of the remote spot inspection processing part 21 of the remote control device 2, so that when the remote spot inspection processing part 212 receives the instructions issued by the APP of the remote monitoring server 4 or the mobile monitoring client 9, the passenger riding condition is firstly judged, and then the escalator is driven to perform uplink or downlink control according to the preset spot inspection requirement, so as to ensure the safety during spot inspection. In the process, the remote control device 2 can collect the collected point inspection information in real time and calculate the fault and then transmit the fault to the remote monitoring server 4, and the remote monitoring server 4 can carry out deep verification according to the collected screened fault information, so that the operation time of the remote monitoring server 4 is reduced, and the decision-making speed and the fault identification processing speed are improved.
In the escalator remote monitoring control system provided in embodiment 1 of the present invention, the step noise/vibration measuring device 3 is disposed at the lower part of the escalator step, and measures noise and vibration data of each channel inside the escalator step when the escalator rises or falls, and sends position and measurement information to the remote control device 2 in a wireless communication manner; the motor current measuring device 5 can measure current data of the escalator drive motor at ordinary times and transmit the current data to the remote control device 2 to perform remote monitoring. When receiving a remote point inspection command, the motor current measuring device 5 also feeds back a current detection value of the escalator motor to the remote control device 2; the upper deck fixed state measuring device 6 usually measures the assembly state of the deck of the upper mechanical room of the escalator, and sends remote monitoring information to the remote control device 2 through the motor current measuring device 5; or, when receiving the remote point inspection command, the motor current measuring device 5 drives the upper deck state measuring device 6 to detect the assembly state of the upper machinery room deck; the step sliding distance measuring device 7 usually measures the sliding quantity of the escalator steps and transmits information to the remote control device; when a remote point inspection command is received, the sliding distance of the escalator steps can be measured and fed back. The lower deck fixed state measuring device 8 measures the assembly state of the lower mechanical room deck of the escalator at ordinary times, is in communication connection with the step sliding distance measuring device 7, and transmits information to the remote control device through the step sliding distance measuring device 7 to realize remote monitoring; when receiving the remote check command, the remote control device 2 transmits the check command to the lower deck fixed state measuring device 8 via the step sliding distance measuring device 7, and feeds back information. The remote control device 2 receives the running information of the current state of each component device of the escalator from the escalator control cabinet 1, and simultaneously receives the information of the deck state of the mechanical room at the upper part and the lower part of the escalator, the information of the noise vibration state of the internal channel of the ladder, the information of the measurement of the motor current and the information of the measurement of the sliding distance of the ladder, and transmits the information to the remote monitoring server 4 of the remote control center; after receiving the abnormal state, the remote monitoring server 4 will push the failure information to the maintenance personnel. After the maintenance personnel arrive the scene, can connect the bluetooth through APP, receive operation information and trouble information. If the escalator control cabinet 1 does not find the escalator to be abnormal, the escalator control operation is continuously executed; when the remote control device 2 monitors an abnormal code, a failure alarm is generated to control the escalator to stop the operation. After receiving the operation information of the escalator control cabinet, the remote control device 2 detects the abnormal operation condition of the escalator by combining all the operation items of the escalator, namely information such as the operation state, the contact state and the operation numerical value of each switch and fault signals in the spot inspection information, calculates the detailed real-time operation performance and the operation record of the escalator, and stores the operation information in the form of a table. When the remote control device 2 detects and judges that there is an abnormality, it outputs operation failure information with a performance history table. The remote monitoring server 4 can periodically receive escalator operation fault information and remote spot inspection information, the remote monitoring server can utilize processing resources of the remote monitoring server to execute deep fault analysis and diagnosis, namely, a fault verification algorithm is executed to detect whether the fault information is serious, if the fault information is serious, the remote monitoring server can mark the fault condition and immediately transmit the relevant information to maintenance personnel to enable the maintenance personnel to immediately go out to perform spot inspection and inspection on the fault point, and if the fault condition is not serious, real-time data can be continuously collected from a remote control device and stored in a database to serve as a data base for later-stage algorithm development and data analysis, and the service life prediction of escalator components can be remotely realized. When the maintenance personnel is receiving the trouble information of remote monitoring server 4 conveying and overhauls, remote control device 2 accessible client communication portion 23 directly establishes short distance communication with maintenance personnel's mobile client APP and connects, will operate and trouble information transmission update to the APP interface on, maintenance personnel can also carry out remote control and long-range point and examine the instruction, remote control device passes through client communication portion and receives long-range point and examine the instruction, and carry out long-range point and examine information collection flow, can feed back the information simultaneously and carry out the record to remote monitoring server of remote control center.
The remote control device 2 can collect monitoring data information to be transmitted based on the escalator control cabinet 1 and data information in the escalator spot inspection monitoring device. The remote control device 2 stores the information to be transmitted in the operation information buffer 224, and determines whether the remote control device is connected to the remote monitoring server 4, and when the remote monitoring server 4 is disconnected, the remote control device 2 tries to reconnect, and determines whether the connection is successful. If the connection is successful, the remote control device 2 will transmit the collected information to the remote monitoring server 4, and the remote monitoring client 4 can update the real-time information stored in the database to the monitoring interface. The remote control device 2 can confirm whether a remote control or remote point inspection instruction is received or not through a wired or wireless network, and if the remote control instruction is received, the remote control device can transmit a corresponding instruction to the escalator control cabinet 1 to realize remote operation control on the escalator; if the remote point inspection instruction is received, the operation parameter information and the measurement information are remotely collected.
For the system and the control method mentioned in the present specification, further circuit design and specific programmed control and algorithm design can be realized based on the disclosed idea, which can be understood by those skilled in the art. Meanwhile, the communication connection described in the present invention only represents an implementation idea, and the communication connection in the implementation process may perform data transmission or signal transmission in a wired or wireless manner, and the electrical connection described in the present invention may be in various manners such as an integrated circuit and a wire, and a certain description of a functional circuit such as a driving circuit, an amplifying circuit, a switch control circuit, and a voltage transformation circuit is omitted, and it will not affect the system architecture and the technical solution of obtaining a specific level according to the present disclosure by those skilled in the art, which will be clear and understood by those skilled in the art.

Claims (8)

1. The escalator remote monitoring control system is characterized by comprising an escalator control cabinet, a remote control device, an escalator point inspection monitoring device and a remote monitoring server, wherein the escalator control cabinet is used for controlling the escalator to run;
the escalator point inspection monitoring device comprises a step noise vibration measuring device attached to the bottom of an escalator step, and the step noise vibration measuring device measures noise, vibration and position data in a step channel when the escalator runs up and down; the step noise vibration measuring device is in communication connection with the remote control device; the escalator control cabinet is in communication connection with the remote control device and transmits escalator operation information to the remote control device; the remote control device is in communication connection with the remote monitoring server, and transmits escalator operation fault information and escalator spot inspection information to the remote monitoring server;
the remote control device comprises a remote spot inspection processing part for processing spot inspection information and an operation information processing part for processing escalator operation information, wherein the operation information processing part is in communication connection with the escalator control cabinet and comprises a fault detection control part for monitoring faults; wherein the remote spot check processing part comprises:
the remote point inspection instruction part is respectively in communication connection with the remote monitoring server and the escalator control cabinet and is used for receiving and transmitting a remote point inspection instruction;
the signal transmission part is respectively in communication connection with the remote point inspection instruction part and the escalator point inspection monitoring device and is used for receiving the remote point inspection instruction and then receiving and transmitting a measurement signal transmitted by the escalator point inspection monitoring device;
a step channel communication part which is in communication connection with the step noise vibration measuring device and the signal transmission part and is used for receiving and collecting the noise, vibration and position measuring signals in the step channel;
a point inspection information calculation part which is respectively in communication connection with the ladder channel communication part and the signal transmission part and is used for receiving the point inspection information of the escalator, calculating the fault condition and outputting a fault signal;
a fault signal output part which is respectively connected with the point detection information calculation part and the fault detection control part in a communication way and is used for outputting a fault signal to the fault detection control part;
and a measured data output part which is connected with the point inspection information calculation part in a communication way and is used for outputting the measured data to a remote monitoring server.
2. The escalator remote monitoring and control system according to claim 1, wherein said step noise vibration determining means comprises:
a noise measuring part for measuring abnormal noise data of each part in the escalator passage when the escalator ascends or descends;
the vibration measuring part is used for measuring abnormal vibration data of each part in the escalator passage when the escalator ascends or descends;
a position measuring section for measuring position data at the time of abnormal noise or abnormal vibration;
the data collecting department is respectively in communication connection with the noise measuring part, the vibration measuring part and the position measuring part and is used for storing and collecting the noise, vibration and position data in the escalator step channel to be collected;
the remote communication part is in communication connection with the data summarizing part; the remote communication part is in communication connection with the remote control device and is used for wirelessly transmitting the summarized noise, vibration and position measurement data to the remote control device;
a power supply part, wherein the power supply part provides working power supply for the step noise vibration measuring device and gives an alarm when the electric quantity is insufficient;
and the measuring command part is respectively in communication connection with the remote communication part, the noise measuring part, the vibration measuring part and the position measuring part and is used for receiving a remote point inspection command and implementing point inspection data collection control.
3. The escalator remote monitoring and control system of claim 1, wherein said escalator point inspection monitoring device further comprises:
the motor current measuring device is electrically connected with a driving motor of the escalator and is in communication connection with the remote control device; and/or
The upper deck fixing state measuring device is electrically connected with a fixing switch of a deck of an upper mechanical room of the escalator and is used for measuring the assembling state of the deck of the mechanical room of the escalator; the upper deck fixed state measuring device is in communication connection with the remote control device; and/or
The step sliding distance measuring device is used for measuring the sliding distance of the escalator steps and is in communication connection with the remote control device; and/or
The lower deck fixing state measuring device is electrically connected with a fixing switch of a deck of a lower mechanical room of the escalator and is used for measuring the assembling state of the deck of the lower mechanical room of the escalator; the lower deck fixed state measuring device is in communication connection with the remote control device.

An escalator remote monitoring and control system according to claim 3, wherein said upper deck fixed condition determining means is communicatively connected to said motor current determining means; the remote control device is in communication connection with the motor current measuring device; the lower deck fixed state measuring device is in communication connection with the step sliding distance measuring device; the step sliding distance measuring device is in communication connection with the remote control device.
5. The escalator remote monitoring control system according to claim 3, wherein said spot check intelligence calculation section includes:
the noise and vibration calculation part is in communication connection with the step channel communication part and is used for receiving the noise and vibration measurement signals and comparing and calculating the noise and vibration measurement signals with a preset value;
a noise vibration fault judgment part which is respectively connected with the noise vibration calculation part, the fault signal output part and the measured data output part in a communication way and is used for receiving the noise vibration calculation result, judging the fault occurrence condition and transmitting the fault signal in the step channel;
a deck fault determination unit which is in communication connection with the signal transmission unit, the fault signal output unit, and the measured data output unit, respectively, and which receives the upper and lower machine room deck fixation state data, determines whether an upper and lower deck fault occurs, and outputs a deck fault signal;
a step sliding distance calculation part which is connected with the signal transmission part in a communication way and is used for receiving the step sliding distance measurement data, calculating the driving speed of the escalator and predicting the step sliding distance when the escalator stops;
a step sliding distance fault judging part which is respectively connected with the step sliding distance calculating part, the fault signal output part and the measured data output part in a communication way and is used for receiving a step sliding distance calculating value, judging as a fault and outputting a sliding distance fault signal if the calculating value exceeds a reference sliding distance;
the motor current calculation part is in communication connection with the signal transmission part and is used for receiving the motor current measurement data, comparing the motor current measurement data with a preset value and calculating the motor fault condition;
and the motor fault judging part is respectively in communication connection with the motor current calculating part, the fault signal output part and the measured data output part and is used for judging whether steps need to be replaced or not, whether reverse running occurs or not and whether a motor abnormal fault occurs or not and outputting a motor fault signal.
6. The escalator remote monitoring and control system according to claim 3, wherein said operation intelligence processing unit further comprises:
the operation information buffer part is in communication connection with the escalator control cabinet and is used for receiving the operation information and storing the real-time operation information;
a statistic calculation part which is connected with the operation information buffer part in a communication way and is used for calculating the operation performance and the operation record and outputting the operation performance table and the operation record table;
an output buffer part which is respectively connected with the operation information buffer part, the fault detection control part, the statistical calculation part and the measured data output part in a communication way and is used for outputting escalator operation information, operation performance history information, fault information and remote point detection information to a remote monitoring server;
and the remote control processing part is in communication connection with the remote monitoring server and the escalator control cabinet respectively and is used for receiving escalator remote control commands and remotely controlling the escalator to act.

An escalator remote monitoring and control system according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the escalator remote monitoring and control system further comprises a mobile monitoring client; the remote monitoring server is in communication connection with the mobile monitoring client, and updates escalator fault information and escalator point inspection information to the interface of the mobile monitoring client; the remote control device includes a client communication part through which the mobile monitoring client can establish short-range wireless communication with the remote control device.
8. A control method of an escalator remote monitoring control system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the remote control device is communicated with the escalator point inspection monitoring device, receives the information of the internal noise vibration state of the escalator step channel and/or the information of the upper deck fixing state and/or the information of the lower deck fixing state and/or the information of the motor current measurement and/or the information of the step sliding quantity measurement, and summarizes the information into the escalator point inspection information;
the remote control device is communicated with the escalator control cabinet, receives escalator operation information transmitted by the escalator control cabinet and summarizes escalator operation fault information;
the remote control device is communicated with the remote monitoring server and transmits escalator point inspection information and escalator operation fault information to the remote monitoring server;
the method for remote point inspection of the escalator is also included:
the remote monitoring server transmits a remote point inspection command to the remote control device according to the control of a manager or the date, time and times preset in a database or the mobile monitoring client transmits the remote point inspection command to the remote control device through the client communication part;
after the remote control device confirms that no passenger is carried, a remote point inspection command is sent to the escalator control cabinet and/or the escalator point inspection monitoring device;
the escalator control cabinet receives the remote spot inspection command, after the situation that no person takes the escalator is determined, the escalator control cabinet drives the escalator to ascend or descend, remote spot inspection control is executed, operation state spot inspection information is fed back to the remote control device, and the remote control device transmits the operation state spot inspection information to the remote monitoring server or the mobile monitoring client;
the step noise vibration measuring device receives a remote point inspection command, feeds back abnormal noise, abnormal vibration measuring data and position data in a step channel to the remote control device under the point inspection control of ascending or descending of the escalator, and the remote control device outputs step channel measuring information to a remote monitoring server or a mobile monitoring client;
the motor current measuring device feeds back motor current measuring data to the remote control device, and the remote control device outputs motor current measuring information to the remote monitoring server or the mobile monitoring client;
the upper deck fixed state measuring device feeds back upper mechanical room deck assembly state measuring data, the lower deck fixed state measuring device feeds back lower mechanical room deck assembly state measuring data to the remote control device, and the remote control device outputs deck state measuring information to the remote monitoring server or the mobile monitoring client;
the step sliding distance measuring device feeds back the step sliding distance measuring number to the remote control device, and the remote control device outputs step sliding distance measuring information to the remote monitoring server or the mobile monitoring client.
