Abstract
The invention discloses an early warning method for monitoring an escalator, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a key phase signal of a gear box; presetting a safe braking distance range of the elevator; and calculating the braking distance of the elevator after the elevator stops running according to the gear box key phase signal, comparing the braking distance with the safe braking distance range, and judging whether the elevator is abnormal or not. The early warning method for monitoring the escalator provided by the invention can be used for judging whether the escalator is abnormal or not by calculating the brake distance of the escalator, so that the intelligent early warning of the escalator is realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent early warning, in particular to an early warning method for monitoring an escalator.
Background
Escalators are a class of escalators with circulating moving steps, which are stationary electrically driven devices used to transport passengers up or down.
Electric escalators are generally positioned diagonally. The steps automatically walking by the pedestrian on one end station of the escalator can be automatically taken to the other end of the escalator, and the steps can be kept horizontal all the way. The stairs are provided with armrests which move synchronously with the stairs for users to hold. The escalator can always walk in one direction, but most of the escalators can control the walking direction according to the needs of time, people flow and the like. Another pedestrian transportation tool similar to an escalator is an Automatic Sidewalk (Automatic Sidewalk). The automatic pedestrian path and the automatic pedestrian path are respectively provided with no steps; most will only travel on flat ground or be slightly inclined.
The escalator consists of a ladder way (a modified slat conveyor) and handrails (a modified belt conveyor) on both sides. The main components of the device comprise steps, a traction chain and a chain wheel, a guide rail system, a main driving system (comprising a motor, a speed reducer, a brake, an intermediate driving link and the like) driving main shaft, a ladder way tensioning device, a handrail system, a comb plate, a ladder framework, an electric system and the like. The stairs gradually form steps after horizontal movement (facilitating the passengers to step on the stairs) at the passenger entrance; the steps gradually disappear near the entrance, and the steps move horizontally again. The movements are realized by the main wheels and the auxiliary wheels of the steps respectively walking along different step guide rails.
The existing escalator cannot achieve accurate early warning in the aspect of monitoring.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides an early warning method for monitoring an escalator. The technical scheme is as follows:
in one aspect, a warning method for monitoring an escalator is provided, including:
acquiring a key phase signal of a gear box;
presetting a safe braking distance range of the elevator;
and calculating the braking distance of the elevator after the elevator stops running according to the gear box key phase signal, comparing the braking distance with the safe braking distance range, and judging whether the elevator is abnormal or not.
Further, the early warning method for monitoring the escalator further comprises the following steps: and acquiring an elevator current signal, wherein the elevator current signal is used for judging whether the elevator stops working or not.
Further, the early warning method for monitoring the escalator further comprises the following steps: judging the running state of the elevator according to the elevator current signal;
and calculating the braking distance of the elevator according to different running states.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the early warning method for monitoring the escalator provided by the invention can be used for judging whether the escalator is abnormal or not by calculating the brake distance of the escalator, so that the intelligent early warning of the escalator is realized.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, the drawings needed to be used in the description of the embodiments will be briefly introduced below, and it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious for those skilled in the art to obtain other drawings based on these drawings without creative efforts.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an early warning method for monitoring an escalator according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides an early warning method for monitoring an escalator, which is shown in figure 1 and comprises the following steps:
s100: acquiring a key phase signal of a gear box;
s200: presetting a safe braking distance range of the elevator;
s300: and calculating the braking distance of the elevator after the elevator stops running according to the gear box key phase signal, comparing the braking distance with the safe braking distance range, and judging whether the elevator is abnormal or not.
Further, the early warning method for monitoring the escalator further comprises the following steps: and acquiring an elevator current signal, wherein the elevator current signal is used for judging whether the elevator stops working or not.
Further, the early warning method for monitoring the escalator further comprises the following steps: judging the running state of the elevator according to the elevator current signal;
and calculating the braking distance of the elevator according to different running states.
Specifically, whether the elevator runs or not is judged through the elevator current signal, if the elevator runs, the braking distance of the elevator is calculated according to a first algorithm, and whether the elevator is abnormal or not is judged according to the calculated braking distance;
and if the elevator stops running, judging the braking distance of the elevator according to a second algorithm, namely the elevator walking distance, and judging whether the elevator is abnormal or not according to the elevator walking distance.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
