If fault information and insufficient oil quantity information exist, the fault information and the insufficient oil quantity information can be pushed to relevant personnel for processing, for example, the fault information and the insufficient oil quantity information can be pushed to a remote monitoring client. The remote monitoring client receives the fault information and the oil quantity shortage information transmitted by the remote monitoring server and can confirm the fault information and the oil quantity shortage information, and if a remote client operator confirms the fault information and/or the oil quantity shortage information, a remote check command can be executed to measure the noise and the vibration value. Of course, the remote monitoring server may also automatically perform remote inspection without confirmation, and collect noise and vibration values when the oil amount is insufficient. When the remote monitoring server/remote monitoring client receives the oil shortage information, the severity of the oil shortage degree can be judged, a corresponding control strategy is implemented according to the severity degree, for example, when the severity is light, technicians supplement the oil periodically according to the original set period. And when the oil shortage is in a serious state, the remote monitoring server directly transmits the warning of the serious shortage to related maintenance personnel, so that the maintenance personnel can immediately arrive at the site for oil injection. In order to further improve the processing efficiency when the oil quantity is seriously insufficient and reduce the damage of the guide rail of the elevator caused by the lack of the oil quantity, the remote monitoring client can also implement a remote control instruction to realize automatic control such as the stop of the elevator or the automatic oil injection of the system.
In the implementation process of the elevator oil tank oil mass remote monitoring system and the control method provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention, the remote control device can receive elevator real-time operation data from the elevator control cabinet, the remote control device stores the real-time operation data in the buffer area and determines the current connection condition with the remote monitoring server, and if the connection is not successful, the remote control device sends the real-time operation data after waiting for the successful connection; meanwhile, the remote control device also confirms whether the remote control and remote inspection command information is received through a wired or wireless network, when the remote control and remote inspection information is received, the command is transmitted to the elevator control cabinet and the data processing device, and the elevator control cabinet and the data processing device can control the operation of the elevator or measure the noise vibration quantity according to the remote control and remote inspection command. The remote monitoring server receives the elevator operation data transmitted by the remote control device, stores the elevator operation data which operates in real time in a database, and if fault data exists, the elevator operation data can be displayed on the remote monitoring client so that a manager can receive fault information. The remote monitoring system for the oil quantity of the oil tank of the elevator, which is provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention, can also judge whether the remote control and remote inspection commands are finished, if the remote control and remote inspection commands are not finished successfully, the remote monitoring server can automatically execute the control and inspection again, check whether the related inspection results are received or not according to the inspection date, time and feedback information requirements when the remote monitoring server executes the automatic remote inspection, and log the received inspection results in the database in time, so that the integrity and reliability of the data in the database are ensured.

For the monitoring system and the control method mentioned in the description of the invention, further circuit design and specific programmed control and algorithm design can be realized based on the disclosed thought, a fault detection algorithm can be designed and implemented for fault analysis to carry out fault analysis on elevator operation parameters, and a specific prediction algorithm for the lack degree of oil quantity can also be developed through operation data accumulated in a database, which can be understood by those skilled in the art. A remote monitoring system for the oil quantity of an elevator oil tank is characterized by comprising a remote control device for implementing remote signal transceiving processing, a remote monitoring server for processing elevator operation items, an oil quantity sensor for sensing the oil quantity of the oil tank of an oil feeder and a data processing device for transceiving processing signals; the oil mass sensor is connected with the oil feeder oil tank in an induction manner, and can judge whether the oil mass is sufficient or not; the oil quantity sensor is in communication connection with the data processing device, and when the oil quantity sensor transmits an oil quantity shortage signal, the data processing device can receive the oil quantity shortage signal; the remote control device is in communication connection with the data processing device; the remote control device is in communication connection with the remote monitoring server; the elevator oil tank oil mass remote monitoring system also comprises a noise measuring device for measuring the noise of the elevator and a vibration mass measuring device for measuring the vibration frequency of the elevator; the noise measuring device and the vibration quantity measuring device are respectively in communication connection with the data processing device;
the control method of the elevator oil tank oil mass remote monitoring system comprises the following steps: the oil mass sensor senses the oil mass of an oil tank of the oil feeder in real time, and when the sensed oil mass is smaller than a set value, the oil mass sensor sends an oil mass shortage signal to the data processing device;
when the data processing device receives the oil quantity shortage signal, alarm information of oil quantity shortage is transmitted to the remote control device;
the remote control device transmits the alarm information of the position identification and insufficient oil quantity of the oil tank of the elevator oil filler to a remote monitoring server;
when the remote monitoring server receives the alarm information of insufficient oil quantity, a remote check command is sent to the remote control device;
the remote control device receives the remote inspection command and sends a real-time noise and vibration data detection instruction to the data processing device;
the data processing device is communicated with the noise measuring device and the vibration measuring device respectively to obtain real-time noise and vibration detection data, and the data processing device sends the real-time noise and vibration detection data to the remote monitoring server through the remote control device;
and the remote monitoring server diagnoses the currently received real-time noise and vibration quantity detection data, judges the severity of insufficient oil quantity and processes the severity.

The elevator oil tank capacity remote monitoring system of claim 1, further comprising an elevator control cabinet for controlling elevator operation and a remote monitoring client for performing remote monitoring; the elevator control cabinet is in communication connection with the remote control device, and the remote monitoring server receives elevator running information in the elevator control cabinet through the remote control device; the remote monitoring client is in communication connection with the remote monitoring server, and the remote monitoring client can share the database resources of the remote monitoring server.

The elevator oil tank oil quantity remote monitoring system according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the oil quantity sensor is a floating ball type liquid level switch; when the oil quantity sensor detects that the oil quantity is smaller than the preset oil quantity minimum value, an oil quantity shortage signal can be sent to the data processing device.

The control method of the elevator oil tank oil quantity remote monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the step of diagnosing the currently received real-time noise and vibration quantity detection data by the remote monitoring server, judging the severity of the oil quantity insufficiency and processing the severity of the oil quantity insufficiency comprises the steps of:
the remote monitoring server inquires a historical noise and vibration database of the elevator marked as an insufficient oil state at present;
the remote monitoring server respectively compares the real-time noise and vibration quantity detection data with the average values in the historical noise and vibration quantity database;
if the deviation degree of the real-time noise and vibration quantity detection data and the average value of the noise and vibration quantity in the historical database conforms to the set range, the remote monitoring server defines the oil quantity shortage degree as a light level and stores the real-time noise and vibration quantity detection data to the database;
if the deviation degree of the real-time noise and vibration quantity detection data and the average value of the noise and vibration quantity in the historical database exceeds the preset range, the remote monitoring server defines the fuel quantity shortage degree as serious, immediately sends out a fuel quantity serious shortage warning to a manager and/or maintenance personnel, and pushes the information of the fuel tank with the fuel quantity shortage.
5. The method for controlling the remote monitoring system for the oil quantity in the oil tank of the elevator as claimed in claim 4, further comprising:
the remote monitoring server receives real-time elevator operation information transmitted by the elevator control cabinet through the remote control device and executes fault diagnosis;
the remote monitoring server receives real-time insufficient oil quantity alarm information, real-time noise detection data and real-time vibration quantity detection data through a remote control device;
the remote monitoring server logs real-time elevator operation information, fault diagnosis results, real-time insufficient oil alarm information, real-time noise detection data and real-time vibration detection data into a database in sequence according to time sequence.
6. The method for controlling an elevator fuel tank quantity remote monitoring system according to claim 5, further comprising:
the remote monitoring server updates the fault diagnosis result of the real-time elevator operation information and/or the insufficient oil quantity alarm information and/or the real-time noise detection data and/or the real-time vibration quantity detection data to a remote monitoring client interface;
the remote monitoring client can execute the sending of a remote control command or a remote inspection command according to the control of an operator;
after the remote monitoring client executes the sending of the remote control command or the remote inspection command, the remote monitoring server sends the remote control command or the remote inspection command to the elevator control cabinet and/or the data processing device through the remote control device and receives the execution result of the remote control command or the remote inspection command;
and the remote monitoring server logs the execution result of the remote control command or the remote check command in the database and updates the remote monitoring client.

the remote monitoring server sends a remote check command to the remote control device according to the date, time and times logged in the database;

the remote control device transmits the remote inspection result to the remote monitoring server;
and the remote monitoring server logs the received remote inspection result in the database.
