if the second judgment result shows that the monitoring data of the running state quantity of the elevator after maintenance meets a second preset condition, outputting an indication for approving the completion of the maintenance work; if not, outputting a work instruction for maintaining the work to continue;
the second preset condition comprises that the real-time monitoring data of any running state quantity of the elevator after maintenance is within a preset state quantity threshold range.

obtaining location information of a failed elevator in the identity information database;
obtaining the maintenance time length from the time when the maintenance personnel reach the position of the fault elevator to the time when the maintenance work is finished;
and comparing the obtained maintenance time length with the expected time length in the maintenance plan, so as to judge the maintenance work and generate a judgment report.
