the rotary motor 46 is arranged on the bottom of the front end of the movable bracket 43 through a motor sleeve, the output shaft of the rotary motor 46 is provided with a rotary disc 47, a transmission rod 48 is arranged between the bottom of the outer end of the rotary disc 47 and a connecting column arranged on the cutting saw 45 through a bearing, a convex slide block arranged on the cutting saw 45 is connected with a sliding chute arranged on the movable bracket 43 in a sliding fit mode, a supporting mechanism 44 is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the movable bracket 43, during specific work, the cutting device 4 can cut the foam brick, when the upper end of the foam brick is scraped and moved between the flattening device 3 and the cutting device 4, a side plate of a mould is removed, then the foam brick is controlled to move to the lower part of the cutting device 4, the supporting mechanism 44 can be firstly supported on the left side and the right side of the foam brick through the extending movement of the cutting push rod 42, then the rotary motor 46 is controlled to rotate and the cutting, slitting saw 45 can cut the foam brick, transfer line 48 can drive slitting saw 45 and remove, the protruding slider of slitting saw 45 rear end can carry on spacingly to slitting saw 45's shift position, because the size of foam brick is bigger, ordinary rotation saw can't carry out the complete cutting to the foam brick, thereby adopt control slitting saw 45 to carry out front and back circulation and remove and can once only open the foam brick, supporting mechanism 44 can carry on spacingly to slitting saw 45's cutting position, prevent that slitting saw 45 from sawing to the base of mould.

an adjusting support plate 446 is distributed above each pressing block 444, the adjusting support plate 446 is installed on the bottom of the movable support 43, waist-shaped holes are formed in the adjusting support plate 446, the blocking frame 447 is of an L-shaped structure, the blocking frame 447 is installed on the waist-shaped holes formed in the adjusting support plate 446 through bolts, when the cutting push rod 42 extends, the blocking blocks 445 can be supported on the front side and the rear side of a foam brick to prevent the foam brick from moving during cutting, the supporting expansion plate 443 can move to the upper end of the locking plate 5, when the cutting push rod 42 continues to extend, the supporting springs 442 can contract, when the blocking frame 447 is in contact with the pressing block 444, the cutting position of the cutting saw 45 is limited, and the blocking frame 447 is locked at different positions on the adjusting support plate 446, so that the limiting position of the cutting saw 45 can be adjusted.
During operation, the first step: firstly, an initially solidified foam brick mould is placed on the left side of a decompression column 51 on a locking plate 5 and locked, an electric slide rail 2 drives the foam brick mould to move rightwards, the decompression column 51 is contacted with a guide block 384, so that a downward pressing push plate 383 releases downward pressing actions on a primary spreading plate 32 and a secondary spreading plate 33, a contact block on the primary spreading plate 32 is contacted with the upper end of the foam brick mould when the electric slide rail 2 moves continuously, the primary spreading plate 32 and the secondary spreading plate 33 are at proper spreading heights, when the decompression column 51 is separated from the guide block 384, a downward pressing mechanism 38 can be pressed on a connecting plate again to prevent the primary spreading plate 32 and the secondary spreading plate 33 from shaking during the spreading actions, a pointed structure at the bottom of the primary spreading plate 32 can carry out primary scraping on materials at the upper end of the mould, a scraper at the bottom of the secondary spreading plate 33 can carry out secondary scraping on the materials at the upper end of the mould, the V-shaped cleaning block on the secondary spreading plate 33 can push the residual material at the upper end of the die to two sides of the die, the waste scraped from the die can be recovered by the recovery frame, and the cleaning rotating plate 371 can clean the chips falling on the outer side of the locking plate 5, so that the chips can move into the cleaning frame along the inclined guide plate arranged on the locking plate 5;
the second step is that: when the foam brick upper end is strickleed off and is moved to between shakeout device 3 and the cutting device 4, the manual work is demolishd the curb plate of mould, then control foam brick removes the below of cutting device 4, make supporting mechanism 44 prop the left and right sides at foam brick earlier through the extension motion of cutting push rod 42, later control is rotated motor 46 and is rotated and control cutting push rod 42 and slowly extend at the uniform velocity, slitting saw 45 can cut foam brick, transfer line 48 can drive slitting saw 45 and remove, the protruding slider of slitting saw 45 rear end can carry on spacingly to slitting saw 45's shift position, supporting mechanism 44 can carry on spacingly to slitting saw 45's cutting position, prevent that slitting saw 45 from sawing to the base of mould, thereby accomplished the cutting action to foam brick.
The foam brick flattening device has the advantages that the functions of flattening the upper end of the foam brick and limiting and cutting the flattened foam brick are realized, the problems that the foam brick is required to be flattened manually when the existing foam brick is flattened and cut, the flattening effect of the foam brick is poor, scraps scraped by the foam brick are difficult to clean, the foam brick cannot be limited when being cut, the foam brick can move when being cut and the like are solved, and the purpose is achieved.
