Abstract
本发明公开了一种双球囊精准量化注药导管,包括导丝、主导管和球囊,所述球囊由内球囊和外球囊组成,所述主导管置于外球囊和内球囊中间部,所述导丝置于主导管内,导丝由主导管上设置的导丝入口穿入从导丝出口处穿出,主导管内设有加压导管和注药导管,所述注药导管的出口端穿过导管置于内球囊和外球囊之间的间隙处,注药导管的另一端与注药泵连接,注药导管上设有控制阀。所述加压导管的出口端穿过主导管与内球囊联通,加压导管的另一端与加压泵连接。本发明可实现对使用药物剂量的精准控制,通过注药管和加压管分别控制注药量和加压大小,药物注入血管内膜壁内,给药均匀,不浪费药物,使药物能够充分发挥作用,并可反复注药,还可更换注药种类。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械,尤其涉及一种用于双球囊精准量化注药导管。
背景技术
支架内再狭窄(ISR)是当今冠心病PCI时代面临的一大难题,在目前的ISR治疗方案中,冠状动脉旁路移植术的危险因素及禁忌证较多,而再次植入支架则可能引发再次ISR和其他多次支架植入风险,药物洗脱球囊(DCB)治疗避免了异物植入,为患者保留了必要时的后续治疗机会。目前市面上应用的药物球囊,可将药物释放至局部血管壁,减少抗血小板治疗的时间和强度,且避免体内植入异物,用于治疗ISR,其次在小血管病变、分叉病变、具有高出血风险的患者、正在口服抗凝药或近期进行外科手术的患者、既往有亚急性支架内血栓史的患者、拒绝体内植入异物的患者,球囊表面涂有固定的药物,但涂层的药物多采用紫杉醇或雷帕霉素等抗平滑肌细胞增殖的药物,通过实现局部治疗斑块,防治ISR,在冠心病介入治疗领域占有重要地位,尽管如此,药物涂层球囊仍存在一些问题:1、市面上涂药球囊种类有限;2、不能实现均匀精准给药;3、不能重复给药;4、费用昂贵。针对以上缺陷,我们将关注点转移至注药球囊。注药球囊目前仅用于动物实验,(1)Clearway,产量极少,品种有限,无法转化临床应用,而且注药量无法精确控制;(2)两端带有阻塞球囊的中间段灌注球囊仅仅能将药物注入到血管腔内,对血管壁无任何作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单合理,球囊表面均匀的乳突在高压作用下突入到血管内膜壁并将药物注入其中,同一患者多处病变血管可反复使用并注药,精准控制剂量,方便更换注药种类,可降低使用成本,并可减轻病人及家属的经济负担。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种双球囊精准量化注药导管,包括导丝、主导管和球囊,所述球囊由内球囊和外球囊组成,外球囊包裹在内球囊外部,所述主导管置于外球囊和内球囊中间部,所述导丝置于主导管内,导丝由主导管上设置的导丝入口穿入从导丝出口处穿出,所述主导管内设有加压导管和注药导管,所述注药导管的出口端穿过导管置于内球囊和外球囊之间的间隙处,注药导管的另一端与注药泵连接,并在注药导管上设有控制阀;所述加压导管的出口端穿过主导管与内球囊联通,加压导管的另一端与加压泵连接。
所述加压导管的出口端设有至少一个出口与内球囊联通。
所述外球囊的外壁上设有若干个乳突,乳突上设有出药孔。
本发明的优点是:本发明专利的双球囊精准量化注药导管可实现对使用药物剂量的精准控制,药物注入血管内膜壁内,且给药均匀,不浪费药物,使药物能够充分发挥作用。并可反复注药,还可更换注药种类。通过注药管和加压管分别控制注药量和加压大小,药囊内的药物在内球囊的压力下由外球囊上的乳突处排出,将药物与血管充分接触,以此达到较好的治疗效果。

具体实施方式
实施:如图所示的双球囊精准量化注药导管,包括导丝8、主导管1和球囊,所述球囊由内球囊7和外球囊5组成,根据球囊的特性所述的内球囊7为顺应性,外球囊5为非顺应性,外球囊5包裹在内球囊7外部,所述外球囊5的外壁上设有若干个均匀分布的乳突4,乳突4上设有出药孔6。所述主导管1置于外球囊5和内球囊7中间部,所述导丝8置于主导管1内,导丝8由主导管1上设置的导丝入口10穿入从导丝出口13处穿出,所述主导管1内设有加压导管3和注药导管2,所述注药导管2的出口端穿过导管置于内球囊7和外球囊5之间的间隙处,注药导管2的另一端与注药泵11连接,在注药导管2上位于主导管1的外部设有控制阀9。所述加压导管3的出口端穿过主导管1与内球囊7联通,加压导管3的出口端为至少一个出口与内球囊7联通,加压导管3的另一端与加压泵12(带压力表的注射器)连接。
使用时打开控制阀9,药物通过注药泵11和注药导管2将药物注入内球囊7和外球囊5之间的空隙内,药物达到一定剂量后,关闭控制阀9和注药泵11,然后通过加压泵12压缩加压泵12内的对比剂注入内球囊7内,使内球囊7膨胀,随着内球囊7的体积不断膨胀增大,内球囊7便会挤压内球囊7和外球囊5之间的药物,在持续受压的过程中位于外球囊5上的乳突4便会刺破入血管内膜壁内,药物受到挤压后便会从外球囊5外壁上的乳突4上的出药孔6排出,使药物进入到血管内膜壁内,由于多个乳突4均匀排列在外球囊5的外壁上,药物从乳突4上的出药孔6排出后可均匀附着在血管内膜壁内的病变处,药物在血管内膜壁内能够持续较长时间,对病变处可以达到更好的治疗效果。由于本产品能够精确控制药物的剂量,注药进入血管内膜壁,局部效果好,也降低了药物成本,给患者和家属减轻了经济负担。

1.一种双球囊精准量化注药导管,包括导丝、主导管和球囊,所述球囊由内球囊和外球囊组成,外球囊包裹在内球囊外部,所述主导管置于外球囊和内球囊中间部,所述导丝置于主导管内,导丝由主导管上设置的导丝入口穿入从导丝出口处穿出,其特征是:所述主导管内设有加压导管和注药导管,所述注药导管的出口端穿过导管置于内球囊和外球囊之间的间隙处,注药导管的另一端与注药泵连接,并在注药导管上设有控制阀;所述加压导管的出口端穿过主导管与内球囊联通,加压导管的另一端与加压泵连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双球囊精准量化注药导管,其特征是:所述加压导管的出口端设有至少一个出口与内球囊联通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双球囊精准量化注药导管,其特征是:所述外球囊的外壁上设有若干个乳突,乳突上设有出药孔。
