Abstract

本发明涉及一种无授权传输方法、用户终端和基站。其中,用户终端侧的无授权传输方法包括:a.向基站发送本用户终端选择的第一多址接入模式;b.接收基站对本用户终端的干预结果;c.当所述干预结果为采用第一多址接入模式时,确定采用第一多址接入模式进行数据传输;d.当所述干预结果为采用第二多址接入模式时,确定采用第二多址接入模式进行数据传输。根据本发明所涉及的无授权传输方法、用户终端和基站,能够以较少的信令开销避免或减少无授权传输过程中的碰撞。
