本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,并进一步公开其制备方法。
背景技术
随着近代工业的发展,环境污染也随之产生,噪音污染就是环境污染的一种,已经成为人类的一大危害。目前,噪音污染与水污染、大气污染被看成是世界范围内三个主要环境问题,对人类生活质量构成严重的威胁。
物体的吸声作用是普遍的,声波在传播过程中,如果遇到屏障,一部分会被反射,另一部分会被吸收。物体的吸声效果不仅与吸声材料有关还与所选的吸声结构有关,通常称平均吸声系数a大于0.2的材料为吸声材料,而提高建筑材料对声波的吸收率,对于减少环境噪声污染具有重要的作用。现有技术中已开发出多种基于陶瓷材料、水泥材料或石膏材料形成的吸声材料,均在建筑材料领域发挥着不同的作用。但是,现有吸声材料却存在着材料脆性大、耐火差或者抗水性差等缺陷。如,岩棉材料虽然轻质,但工人施工却较为艰难,且对所接触人群的皮肤有副作用;泡沫铝虽然耐火单导热系数较大;苯板虽然质轻,但却存在易燃的缺陷。
硫氧镁胶凝材料是一种较为新型的气硬性胶凝材料,其最主要的特点是轻质高强,以硫氧镁胶凝材料为基础形成的制品已引起广泛研究,但对于具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料却鲜有报道,也成为建筑材料市场的空白。
发明内容
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有吸声降噪、防火阻燃、轻质高强功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料;
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题在于提供上述硫氧镁胶凝材料的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,包括如下重量份的原料:轻烧氧化镁粉20-24重量份、硫酸镁溶液15-18重量份、外加剂0.15-0.4重量份、粉煤灰15-22重量份、木质素1.3-1.8重量份、风积沙25-30重量份。
具体的,所述轻烧氧化镁粉的氧化镁含量70-80%、二氧化硅含量为7-9%、氧化钙含量为2-3%。
具体的,所述硫酸镁溶液的波美度为20-30Be。

优选的,所述减水剂的加入量为0.1-0.3重量份,所述有机酸的加入量为0.05-0.1重量份。

本发明还公开了一种制备所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取选定量的所述硫酸镁溶液与外加剂混匀,并加入选定量的所述轻烧氧化镁粉混匀,随后加入选定量的所述粉煤灰、木质素和风积沙混匀,得到干硬性物料;
(2)将所得干硬性物料倒入模具中,静压成型;
(3)脱模,将试样进行养护,即得。
具体的,所述步骤(1)中,控制各所述原料混合步骤的温度为30-32℃。
具体的,所述步骤(2)中,所述静压成型步骤采用液压机持续增压10-15吨,并静压保持2分钟。
具体的,所述步骤(3)中,所述养护步骤的温度为25-35℃。
本发明所述硫氧镁胶凝材料,以轻烧氧化镁粉、硫酸镁、减水剂、有机酸、粉煤灰、木质素和风积沙为原料,制得硫氧镁凝胶材料产品的体积密度为0.8-1.6cm3/g、抗折强度为6.5-7.5MPa、抗压强度为30-35MPa,在球磨机上使用只占设备本身重量的0.2-0.9%,具有轻质、高强的性能优势;同时,所述凝胶材料可以将声能吸收后由于空气粘滞阻力,空气分子与孔隙壁的摩擦使声能转化为热能,再将其分散溢出达到吸声降噪的效果,制得的建筑材料可满足工业区55dba、居民商业区50dba的国标要求。
本发明所述硫氧镁胶凝材料的原料中,轻烧氧化镁粉和七水硫酸镁是镁水泥的基本原料,无机材料风积沙的熔点高达1700℃、耐火材料轻烧氧化镁也可耐1600-2100℃高温,制得凝胶材料是绝好的防火耐火材料,具有极高的阻燃性能;加入的粉煤灰可以缓解由镁水泥水化快导致产生的水化热集中对产品的不利影响;加入木质素有助于使产品的柔亮增强;加入细小颗粒的风积沙可以在与其它材料复合重组后产生细微开孔,从提高产品的吸声效果;而选定外加剂的加入则有助于改性镁水泥,起到减水、增强和抗水的作用。本发明所述硫氧镁胶凝材料集防火、耐火、轻质高强、吸声降噪性能为一体,解决了现有建筑材料的应用难题,所生产出的产品用途广泛,尤其适用于工厂的球磨机,特别是煤磨球磨机的内壁、外壁,以及某些易燃墙体的外表面和某些需用吸声的环境使用,具有较好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
本发明下述实施例中:
所述轻烧氧化镁为由低品位菱镁矿经常规185℃煅烧后所得,其中,氧化镁含量70-80%,二氧化硅含量为7-9%,氧化钙含量为2-3%,其中,活性氧化镁含量在62-65%,细度为200目,筛余量不超过10%;
所述七水硫酸镁溶液中所使用七水硫酸镁含量为96-99%,溶液的波美度为30Be,保持溶液温度为30℃;
所述粉煤灰中各组分含量为:CaO:6.09%、SiO2:50.37%、Fe2O3:4.92%、MgO:1.94%、SO3:0.96%、K2O:1.36%、Al2O3:20.85%、Na2O:0.20%、Cl-:0.035%、Loss:7.14%;
所述减水剂选用萘系减水剂,为粉剂褐黄色粉末,主要起到减水作用;
所述有机酸选用柠檬酸,为食品级一水合柠檬酸,含量为99.9%;
所述风积砂为细度模数0.8-1.5的细级砂。
实施例1
本实施例所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,包括如下重量原料:轻烧氧化镁粉22kg、七水硫酸镁溶液15kg、萘系减水剂0.2kg、柠檬酸0.1kg、粉煤灰20kg、木质素1.8kg、风积沙25kg。
本实施例所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)于30-32℃温度下,将所述七水硫酸镁溶液与萘系减水剂和柠檬酸加入到搅拌装置搅拌2分钟,然后加入所述轻烧氧化镁粉继续搅拌4分钟,最后加入所述粉煤灰、木质素和风积沙搅拌3分钟,得到搅拌均匀的干硬性物料,测定其塌落度为0;
(2)将所得干硬性物料倒入压制成型的模具中,采用液压机持续增压10-15吨,静压保持2分钟,成型;
(3)将成型的试样脱模,并置于养护室内,于30℃恒温进行养护,即得。
实施例2
本实施例所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,包括如下重量原料:轻烧氧化镁粉20kg、七水硫酸镁溶液15kg、萘系减水剂0.1kg、柠檬酸0.1kg、粉煤灰22kg、木质素1.6kg、风积沙27kg。
本实施例所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,包括如下重量原料:轻烧氧化镁粉24kg、七水硫酸镁溶液18kg、萘系减水剂0.1kg、柠檬酸0.05kg、粉煤灰15kg、木质素1.3kg、风积沙30kg。
本实施例所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
本实施例所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,包括如下重量原料:轻烧氧化镁粉22kg、七水硫酸镁溶液16kg、萘系减水剂0.3kg、柠檬酸0.1kg、粉煤灰20kg、木质素1.5kg、风积沙28kg。
本实施例所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料的制备方法同实施例1。
实验例
分别对上述实施例1-4中制备的硫氧镁胶凝材料进行相关性能测试,具体测试项目及测试结果见下表1所示。

可见,本发明所述硫氧镁胶凝材料具有较好的吸声降噪性能,且具有轻质、高强的性能优势。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:轻烧氧化镁粉20-24重量份、硫酸镁溶液15-18重量份、外加剂0.15-0.4重量份、粉煤灰15-22重量份、木质素1.3-1.8重量份、风积沙25-30重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,其特征在于,所述轻烧氧化镁粉的氧化镁含量70-80%、二氧化硅含量为7-9%、氧化钙含量为2-3%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,其特征在于,所述硫酸镁溶液的波美度为22-30Be。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,其特征在于,所述外加剂包括减水剂和有机酸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,其特征在于,所述减水剂的加入量为0.1-0.3重量份,所述有机酸的加入量为0.05-0.1重量份。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料,其特征在于,所述减水剂包括萘系减水剂,所述有机酸包括柠檬酸。
7.一种制备权利要求1-6任一项所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)取选定量的所述硫酸镁溶液与外加剂混匀,并加入选定量的所述轻烧氧化镁粉混匀,随后加入选定量的所述粉煤灰、木质素和风积沙混匀,得到干硬性物料;
(2)将所得干硬性物料倒入模具中,静压成型;
(3)脱模,将试样进行养护,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,控制各所述原料混合步骤的温度为30-32℃。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的制备所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述静压成型步骤采用液压机持续增压10-15吨,并静压保持2分钟。
10.根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的制备所述具有吸声降噪功效的硫氧镁胶凝材料的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,所述养护步骤的温度为25-35℃。
