Abstract
The invention relates to the field of scraper conveyors of underground fully-mechanized mining working faces of coal mines, in particular to a telescopic simple tail of a scraper conveyor and the scraper conveyor; the traditional scraper conveyor head and tail are provided with driving devices, but some coal mines have shorter working surfaces or larger slopes, and under the condition, the carrying requirements can be met by arranging one driving device on the head. Meanwhile, in order to realize the adjustment of the chain tension at any time, a section of telescopic simple tail is required to be arranged. The traditional telescopic tail is widely formed by a fixed frame and a movable frame, but the telescopic tail is large and heavy in structure. According to the telescopic simple tail, the sliding frame is arranged in the tail frame, and the telescopic lap joint part is positioned on the slope section of the tail frame, so that the space can be saved to the greatest extent, the climbing angle of the middle plate is reduced, the bedding amount of the coal mining machine is increased, the equipment cost can be saved, the pushing and the maintenance are facilitated, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of scraper conveyors for underground fully-mechanized mining working faces of coal mines, in particular to a telescopic simple tail of a scraper conveyor and the scraper conveyor.
Background
In the underground fully-mechanized coal mining face of a coal mine, a scraper conveyor is one of main equipment of the fully-mechanized coal mining face. In the working process, the load of the scraper chain is continuously changed along with the influence of the coal mining speed of the coal mining machine, the pushing of the bracket and the like, and the scraper chain is also loosened or tightened. The telescopic tail is used as a main component of the scraper conveyor, so that the chain tension can be adjusted at any time, the frequency of chain cutting operation of the scraper conveyor on a working face is effectively reduced, the labor force of workers is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
The telescopic tail of the scraper conveyor widely used at present consists of a fixed frame and a movable frame, wherein the two ends of an oil cylinder are respectively connected with the fixed frame and the movable frame, and the telescopic movement of the movable frame is driven by the telescopic movement of the oil cylinder. The telescopic lap joint part of the structure is positioned on the horizontal section, so that the horizontal section is required to be longer, but under the condition that the length of the tail is required to be certain, the longer the horizontal section is, the larger the climbing angle of the middle plate is, and the more serious the abrasion of the scraper chain to the middle plate is. Moreover, the structure is heavy, the overall size is bigger, and the requirements of the coal mining machine on bedding and cutting through the bottom plate are difficult to meet.
In addition, the head and the tail of the traditional scraper conveyor are provided with driving devices, but some coal mines have shorter working surfaces or larger slopes, and under the condition, the carrying requirements can be met by only arranging one driving device on the head. Meanwhile, in order to realize the adjustment of the chain tension at any time, a section of telescopic simple tail is required to be arranged.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a telescopic simple tail of a scraper conveyor, which is not equipped with a driving device and has a telescopic function, and a telescopic overlap part is located at a slope section and is telescopic obliquely. Shortening the horizontal section of the tail, reducing the climbing angle, reducing the central height of the chain wheel and increasing the bedding amount of the coal mining machine.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a scraper conveyor, which is provided with a telescopic simple tail, wherein the tail is not provided with a driving device, has a telescopic function, and can adjust the tension of a chain at any time.

Further, locating plates 4 are arranged above side plate slideways on two sides of the tail frame 1, four locating pin holes A with the interval of 150mm are uniformly formed in the locating plates 4, and the locating plates 4 and the tail frame 1 are welded into a whole.
Further, two sides of the tail frame 1 are provided with connecting lugs A2, the connecting lugs A2 and the tail frame 1 are welded into a whole, and are connected with one end of the oil cylinder 3 through a fixing pin B7; the side plates at two sides of the tail frame 1 are provided with supports, and the pushing part is connected with the tail frame 1 through support bolts to push the tail.
Further, an upper cover plate 10 and a rear cover plate 11 are respectively arranged above and behind the tail frame 1. The telescopic part is obliquely arranged, so that the climbing angle of the middle plate is reduced to the greatest extent, the abrasion of the scraper chain to the middle plate and the upper wing plate is reduced, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged. And the thrust direction of the oil cylinder is on the same straight line with the centers of the sliding frame and the chain wheel, so that the stress state of the oil cylinder during pushing and pulling is more optimized and perfected. In addition, the height of the tail is reduced, the bedding amount of the coal mining machine is increased, and the tail is convenient to push.
