Description

Auxiliary device for mounting machine for processing printing material on ground
Technical Field
The invention relates to an auxiliary device and a system comprising a machine for processing printing material and an auxiliary device and a method for installing and operating a machine for processing printing material.
Background
The invention is based on the technical field of the graphic industry and is in particular the field of machine installation, that is to say in particular the field of placing machine components on the ground and laying machine lines (for example ink lines).
If a new machine for the graphic industry is installed at the customer site, i.e. on the floor of its production plant, together with all its components, the components, such as the printing units and the machine cabinets, should be positioned and oriented relative to one another exactly at the required intervals. Connections (e.g., cables, hoses and pipes) between these machine components should also be laid. Care must be taken here that these connections are not damaged. These should be achieved in as short a time as possible in order to be cost-effective and to be able to be put into production quickly.
It is known to first lay out a mounting aid made of paper on the ground and to orient the machine, its components and the connecting part on this aid. After installation, the paper installation aid is removed again, since otherwise it may decay and collapse on the ground. There may occur a problem that the paper mounting aid is slipped or damaged. This takes valuable time.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is therefore to provide an improved solution compared to the prior art, which makes it possible in particular to: the machine for processing the printing material is mounted on the floor in the shortest possible time, precisely and without problems.
According to the solution of the invention:
this object is achieved by the aid according to the invention, the system according to the invention and the method according to the invention. Advantageous and further preferred developments of the invention result from the preferred embodiments and from the description and the drawings.
The invention relates to an auxiliary device for mounting a machine for processing printing material, in particular an ink jet printer, on a floor, comprising a multi-part floor panel, which comprises a recess (Aussparcng) or depression (Vertiefrung) for the adjusting foot of the machine and a guide for the wiring comprising the machine.
The invention advantageously enables: the machine for processing the printing material is mounted on the floor in the shortest possible time, precisely and without problems, and in this case, in particular, a defined length of the line is laid. For this purpose, the machine is oriented on the auxiliary device. Prior to this, the auxiliary equipment was oriented in space and fixed on the ground.
The invention has the advantages that: up to several hours can be saved during installation, the machine with its components can be positioned and oriented very accurately, and therefore several meters of wiring can be saved. But also damage to the already laid lines by the adjusting feet of the machine can be prevented.
The auxiliary device is made of sheet metal (Blech), which has the advantage that: the panel is less likely to be damaged during installation of the machine. Furthermore, the plate element can also remain on the ground below the machine during subsequent operation of the machine. For this reason, the plates are preferably corrosion resistant. This multiple piece nature of the floor panel member allows: in particular in the case of large machines, they are advantageously easy to carry and lay by the installer.
The provision of the recesses or recesses in the plate for the adjusting foot of the machine results in the following advantages: these adjustment feet and therefore the machine itself can be positioned very accurately. These adjusting feet can for orientation impinge on the plate, for example, on the edges of the recesses or recesses. Furthermore, these voids or depressions effectively prevent the wiring from being laid on such locations: the adjustment feet are positioned at these locations. This prevents the lines from being re-laid or damaged.
Those guides provided for the machine line can be connected (e.g. welded, screwed or riveted) to the panel. The laying of these lines (under the machine) is then no longer subject to accidents, but is advantageously definable with regard to the course and length of these lines.
The improvement scheme of the invention is as follows:

The size and shape of the recesses 8 can be adapted to the size and shape of the adjustment feet. Thereby preventing slipping.
It can also be seen in fig. 2 that horizontal guides 11 for the lines 13 are provided on the multi-part floor panel 5. These guides 11 are made of plate (or bent) and are fixed to the multi-piece floor panel 5. As can be seen with reference to fig. 1, these lines 13 can be an energy line 13a, an information line 13b, a liquid line 13c and/or a gas line 13 d. These lines, which are shown in fig. 1, are laid in horizontal guides 11 (which can be seen more clearly in fig. 2 or 3).
Also shown in fig. 2 is an overhead guide or bridge 14 for the line 13. Overhead guides 14 are arranged on supporting elements 15, which supporting elements 15 are in turn arranged on the multipart floor panel part 5. As can be seen with reference to fig. 1, this allows: the line 13 is led in a horizontal plane 16 over an obstacle 17, for example another line. By means of such a support 15 it is possible to: the two lines are crossed without problems at defined location positions (kreuzen). The support 15 again serves as a vertical guide 12 for the lines 13 in such a way that the support 15 guides the lines 1 from the plane of the floor 4 into the above-mentioned horizontal plane.
Fig. 3 shows another preferred embodiment of the auxiliary device 2 according to the invention. In fig. 3, the multi-piece floor panel 5 is assembled from a plurality of panels 5a to 5 c. Here, the plate elements each form a sub-basin: a first sub basin 7a, a second sub basin 7b and a further sub basin 7 c. Each sub-basin preferably forms a basin by itself. These sub-tubs in turn together form a multi-piece tub 7. Recesses 9 are formed in the plate parts 5a to 5c of the multi-part bowl 7. In these recesses 9, in turn, the adjusting feet 10 of the machine 1 (in particular the adjusting feet 10b of the channel 1b) are preferably arranged.
