Abstract
本发明公开了一种防止起皱的涤棉布,包括本体,所述本体的表面通过粘合剂连接有防皱层,所述防皱层的表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温层,所述防皱层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有尼龙布料层,所述尼龙布料层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有聚酯纤维层,所述聚酯纤维层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有混合涤纶面料层,所述耐高温层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有透明热熔胶膜面料层。本发明通过本体的表面通过粘合剂连接有防皱层,起到了防止起皱的效果,通过防皱层的表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温层,起到了耐高温的效果,防止因高温导致布料起皱,解决了现有的涤棉布在使用时容易起皱,这样就导致产品变形,影响美观的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及涤棉布技术领域,具体为一种防止起皱的涤棉布。
背景技术
涤棉布俗称“的确良”,它既保持了涤纶纤维强度高、弹性恢复性好的特性,又具备棉纤维的特征,易染色、洗后免烫快干,涤棉布品种规格较多,有原色布、色布、印花布及色织布等,生活在七、八十年代的人对它熟悉不过,它是一种化纤织物,通常用来做衬衫短袖,风行在七十年代,挺刮、滑爽尤其是印染出的鲜亮,对熟悉了粗布粗衣或者是洋布洋衫的单一灰暗的国人来说,不能不说是一次巨大的视觉冲击,在那个时代拥有一件的确良衬衫如果算不上时髦,起码也是一个洋气的必不可少的砝码,但现有的涤棉布在使用时容易起皱,这样就导致产品变形,影响美观,为此,我们提出一种防止起皱的涤棉布。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防止起皱的涤棉布,具备防止起皱的优点,解决了现有的涤棉布在使用时容易起皱,这样就导致产品变形,影响美观的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防止起皱的涤棉布,包括本体,所述本体的表面通过粘合剂连接有防皱层,所述防皱层的表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温层,所述防皱层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有尼龙布料层,所述尼龙布料层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有聚酯纤维层,所述聚酯纤维层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有混合涤纶面料层,所述耐高温层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有透明热熔胶膜面料层,所述透明热熔胶膜面料层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有全棉阻燃面料层,所述全棉阻燃面料层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温漆布面料层。
优选的,所述尼龙布料层、聚酯纤维层和混合涤纶面料层的厚度为0.35mm-0.51mm。
优选的,所述透明热熔胶膜面料层、全棉阻燃面料层和耐高温漆布面料层的厚度为0.36mm-0.56mm。
优选的,所述防皱层和耐高温层的厚度为0.12mm-0.22mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过本体的表面通过粘合剂连接有防皱层,通过尼龙布料层、聚酯纤维层和混合涤纶面料层的配合,起到了防止起皱的效果,通过防皱层的表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温层,通过透明热熔胶膜面料层、全棉阻燃面料层和耐高温漆布面料层的配合,起到了耐高温的效果,防止因高温导致布料起皱,解决了现有的涤棉布在使用时容易起皱,这样就导致产品变形,影响美观的问题。

本发明的本体1、防皱层2、尼龙布料层21、聚酯纤维层22、混合涤纶面料层23、耐高温层3、透明热熔胶膜面料层31、全棉阻燃面料层32和耐高温漆布面料层33部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。
请参阅图1-3,一种防止起皱的涤棉布,包括本体1,本体1的表面通过粘合剂连接有防皱层2,防皱层2的表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温层3,起到了耐高温的效果,防皱层2和耐高温层3的厚度为0.12mm-0.22mm,防皱层2的内表面通过粘合剂连接有尼龙布料层21,尼龙布料层21的内表面通过粘合剂连接有聚酯纤维层22,聚酯纤维层22的内表面通过粘合剂连接有混合涤纶面料层23,起到了防止起皱的效果,尼龙布料层21、聚酯纤维层22和混合涤纶面料层23的厚度为0.35mm-0.51mm,耐高温层3的内表面通过粘合剂连接有透明热熔胶膜面料层31,透明热熔胶膜面料层31的内表面通过粘合剂连接有全棉阻燃面料层32,全棉阻燃面料层32的内表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温漆布面料层33,透明热熔胶膜面料层31、全棉阻燃面料层32和耐高温漆布面料层33的厚度为0.36mm-0.56mm。
使用时,通过本体1的表面通过粘合剂连接有防皱层2,通过尼龙布料层21、聚酯纤维层22和混合涤纶面料层23的配合,起到了防止起皱的效果,通过防皱层2的表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温层3,通过透明热熔胶膜面料层31、全棉阻燃面料层32和耐高温漆布面料层33的配合,起到了耐高温的效果,防止因高温导致布料起皱,解决了现有的涤棉布在使用时容易起皱,这样就导致产品变形,影响美观的问题。

1.一种防止起皱的涤棉布,包括本体(1),其特征在于:所述本体(1)的表面通过粘合剂连接有防皱层(2),所述防皱层(2)的表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温层(3),所述防皱层(2)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有尼龙布料层(21),所述尼龙布料层(21)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有聚酯纤维层(22),所述聚酯纤维层(22)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有混合涤纶面料层(23),所述耐高温层(3)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有透明热熔胶膜面料层(31),所述透明热熔胶膜面料层(31)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有全棉阻燃面料层(32),所述全棉阻燃面料层(32)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有耐高温漆布面料层(33)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止起皱的涤棉布,其特征在于:所述尼龙布料层(21)、聚酯纤维层(22)和混合涤纶面料层(23)的厚度为0.35mm-0.51mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止起皱的涤棉布,其特征在于:所述透明热熔胶膜面料层(31)、全棉阻燃面料层(32)和耐高温漆布面料层(33)的厚度为0.36mm-0.56mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止起皱的涤棉布,其特征在于:所述防皱层(2)和耐高温层(3)的厚度为0.12mm-0.22mm。
