Patent application CN1168432C discloses a lower limb massager that supports a pair of massage members by providing a pair of cam members on a rotation shaft and cooperates with a pair of guide members to achieve kneading massage. In the solution of patent application CN1168432C, the rotation axes of the two cam members are coincident and are the axes of the rotation shafts, if one of the cam members is damaged and needs to be replaced, the rotation shaft needs to be detached first, and both cam members will be affected, which is inconvenient as a whole. The X direction is the left-to-right direction in the drawing, the Y direction is the back-to-front direction, and the Z direction is the bottom-to-top direction.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the first massaging structure 2 has: a first kneading part 2A, a first sleeving part 2B and a first buffer piece 2C. The first rubbing part 2A and the first sleeving part 2B are connected into a bending structure, and the first buffer piece 2C is arranged on the first rubbing part 2A and used for buffering the massage force. The second rubbing part 3A and the second sleeving part 3B are connected into a bending structure, and the second buffer piece 3C is arranged on the second rubbing part 3A and used for buffering the massage force. The finger pressing piece 3D is disposed on the sleeve joint portion 3B of the second friction structure 3, and the finger pressing piece 3D is located between the first sleeve joint portion 2B and the second sleeve joint portion 3B. The first and second kneading parts 2A and 3A are interposed therebetween and can reciprocate toward and away from each other in a biased manner in the left-right direction in a state similar to the action state of the patent application CN1168432C, specifically, the first and second kneading parts 2A and 3A come close to and away from each other in a state in which the longitudinal directions thereof are inclined in opposite directions, and at the same time, the inclination of the longitudinal directions of the first and second kneading parts 2A and 3A with respect to the user's limb is changed at the time of such approaching and separating.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, two cam members 4 corresponding to the respective kneading devices 1 are disposed opposite to each other in the left-right direction and have axes of rotation parallel to each other, and in this embodiment, the extending direction of the axes of rotation of the cam members 4 is the up-down direction. Each cam member 4 includes: cam member 4B and fixing portion 4A. The cam member 4B has an annular cam surface S inclined with respect to its rotation axis, and the fixing portion 4A is engaged with the cam member to clamp the fixing portion after the engaging portion engages with the annular cam surface S of the cam member. The first massage structure 2 and the second massage structure 3 respectively correspond to the two cam members 4, and the first sleeving part 2B of the first massage structure 2 and the second sleeving part 3B of the second massage structure 3 are respectively sleeved on the annular cam surface S of the corresponding cam member 4.
With reference to fig. 3 to 6, two guide members 5 corresponding to the respective kneading devices 1 are disposed opposite to each other from left to right. The first massage structure 2 and the second massage structure 3 of each kneading device 1 correspond to two guide members 5, respectively, and each guide member 5 restricts the rotation of the kneading portion along with the cam member 4 while allowing the swinging movement of the kneading portion of the corresponding massage structure. In the present embodiment, each guide member 5 includes: a sliding rod piece 5A positioned on the corresponding massage structure, a guide piece 5B with a sliding groove L and a supporting seat 5C for supporting the cam component 4. The sliding rod piece 5A slides in the sliding groove L, and the supporting seat 5C and the guide piece 5B are of an integrated structure. The support bracket 5C is mounted on a housing 10 that houses the rotary drive mechanism 6.
The rotation driving mechanism 6 is used for driving the two cam members 4 to rotate respectively, and in this embodiment, the rotation driving mechanism 6 includes: a motor 7, four-axis support 8, and two transmission components 9. The shaft support 8 is a group of two, and corresponds to a kneading device 1. A transmission assembly 9 corresponds to a kneading device 1. The motor 7 is connected with the two shaft supports 8 in a transmission way through a transmission component 9 so as to drive the two shaft supports 8 to rotate reversely. The first and second kneading parts 2A and 3A of each kneading device 1 are located at left and right sides of the two supporting members 11. The upper surface of the upper case 10A has protrusions, and the lower surface of each support member 1 has grooves, and the support members 1 are disposed on the upper case 10A in such a manner that the protrusions are fitted into the grooves.
The above is the first embodiment of the present application, in another embodiment, the massager may be adjusted to have only one kneading device 1, corresponding to two cam members 4, guide members 5 and shaft support 8, and one group of transmission components 9. In another embodiment, the support bracket 5C and the guide 5B may not be an integrally formed structure. In another embodiment, the support bracket 5C may be omitted depending on the product design requirements. In another embodiment, the finger grip 3D may not be provided.
